We were there during the soft opening so kinks were still being worked out - tables weren't turned very quickly and we had to wait awhile (almost 20min) before anyone took our order. Food wise, the Family Reunion hit the spot. They also have small sides like pickled radish, cilantro, etc that you can help yourself to. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed some delicious soup here on a (surprisingly) cold weekend. The soup itself came out piping hot, with yummy additions like peanuts, seaweed, bean curd, cabbage, noodles and more. I requested a mild version and felt it was just the right spice level, with the soup base itself being incredibly flavorful. The amount of food was also tremendous for the price I paid (~$14), to the point that even I, as a voracious eater, had leftovers. There was also a small self-serve side area to grab miscellaneous sides like jalapenos, pickled radish, and more. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal in the area.

You get so many toppings in one bowl of noodles. If you think the soup has too much sodium, then try Japanese Ramen which is has more sodium than here. Don't expect you will get a healthy food when you eat out. I mean this is not a fancy restaurant. I went to many Ramen noodle restaurants, they are all expensive than here but not many toppings and the tastes too strong. Overall, I liked it based on my taste and the price tag.

I was excited to try this place after reading the reviews but honestly I was so that impressed by it. While they do have very authentic dishes, the flavors are kind of lackluster.The ambiance and the service of this place are very nice.I got the matcha which was 90% milk, not much matcha flavor.The vegetable lousifen in the menu had an egg so I was disappointed not to find an egg. The dish itself was lacking salt and flavor in general.Not impressed.

I know there is another location in the Bellaire area, and I hope they continue to grow/expand their businesses.+The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean, with a nice layout.+The takeout packaging was well-prepared.-The bone broth was a little too salty for our liking. Other than the high sodium content, the soups were very flavorful and full of umami.-The chicken wings appetizer left a lot to be desired. The quality of the wings used was terrible, and there was too much fat and breading. Skip this appetizer. Maybe get the Taiwanese popcorn chicken instead?-Some random menu items; i.e., tater tots. Would love to see some more traditional Southern Chinese dishes on the menu, even in the appetizers section.-The website could use some improvement, including some better descriptions of the menu offerings, if they would like to expand their customer demographics.What we ordered:'1 A6. You can add what ever you need from the side bar I think it needs some work on the cross contamination between the different options. Food is good great flavor first time here and got explained the whole menu and what options I would prefer good service. Place feels homie and small.

This cute little bistro might get overlooked with so many other options available in Asia-town, but it's well worth seeking-out! Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, guiding customers to the perfect level of "spice" on their menu. Wide variety of noodle dishes served either dry or with broth. Arrive with an empty stomach as the portions here are huge! Free side-dish bar is also included!

We saw this new restaurant in Katy Asian Town area and had to try it out. Our group was all pleasantly surprised with the food and will definitely be coming back!They have a few categories of types of noodle dishes with various meat options. Our waiter was very helpful with recommendations for first timers as well as spice preferences. Note, all of the noodle dishes have roasted peanuts in them which add a nice crunch element. Also, as it's rice noodles, the dishes are gluten free friendly! The bowls have a good flavor to them, but if you want extra add ins, there is a small condiment area with sauces as well. It's a small interior, but can accommodate a sizable group as we had 6 and were seated comfortably. Of note, as they are new there are kinks to work through, as our waiter never really returned and we had to get his attention for the check, and we refilled our own water at the station. Both of which were fine for us!

I'm coming out of my Yelp Elite retirement to write this review so please try it.First off, the service was great. Our server learned that it was our first time so she made sure to explain the menu and gave us recommendations. The food presentation was so pretty, per picture. The noodles might look bland in photos, but it was packed with flavor. The broth tasted smooth and clean.It is a unique spot. Worth a try. Will be back soon!
