Torchy's Tacos

Mariah was so friendly at the register! In the area so I've popped into this Torchy's many times. Always here for Baja Shrimp and Mr. Orange, because seafood. Other favs of mine are the queso & chips and the Mexican rice. Interior is nicely designed, and all locations look different, but the vibes are here. Margaritas are good as well, and there's a full bar from what I know. Great service, and good food.

This was my first time at Torchy's and I truly enjoyed it. We enjoyed a Tex-Mex dining experience with a large variety of tacos--but I was pleasantly surprised with one: the brisket taco. My dish consisted of two generous mouth-watering chunks of slow-cooked brisket on a flour tortilla, with a side of fluffy Mexican rice and a Jarritos mandarin-flavored soda.In relation to the service, it was on point with the young lady at the front going over their menu with finesse, and the runner who brought all of our meals was caring and served us well. Too bad it's fast food and they don't take tips! With regard to the location, it stands in a small but new shopping strip mall. The decor is casual and colorful, and, that Thursday night it was full to the rim with happy people but they weren't loud! I look forward to returning during my next trip to Richmond and trying some other items from their menu.

No Wi-Fi !! Wtf? Nice new place, full bar. Staff was nice, I tried a burrito for the first time it was ok but I should've ordered tacos or gone next door to chipotle for a good burrito. Margarita was good... They have Wi-Fi but not for customers? I wanted to go over some emails but nope. I would give 4stars if not for the burrito and lack of modern technology

Lots of space. , great set up , but some problems. Chips on the floor, staff coming from the back eating chips. The wait was a little unreasonable. If staff is behind the counter , one working and see you waiting and donot complete you. Not good. Tables had trash left on it. The food was not worth the prices. The items were small and not tasty .

The customer service at this place was great. Since it was my first time Brandon didn't mind me asking a ton of questions. The MoFaux was freaking delicious and my daughter said the Baja shrimp was really good. We returned today and they gave my daughter a sample of this sauce that was really good but too spicy for my liking. 10 minutes before closing and they still served us as if they had an hour or more left. Definitely returning again.

We've been ordering breakfast tacos here for the last couple of years, and it's usually pretty good. Today, we ordered two potato, egg, bacon and cheese tacos, one wrangler, and a regular potato, egg, and cheese taco. I checked the receipt on the bag and it stated that exactly! Instead, when I opened the bag, it had three wranglers and a jalapeño sausage and egg taco! How do you mess that up so badly??? What the actual f...!!!

This place is not good at all Service wasn't good Tacos were so dry Empty drinks I ate the taco because I was hungry!! Will never come back again!!

This isn't my favorite Torchy's location. I'm not sure why but this location always takes so long. I've tried both dine-in and to go, doesn't make a difference. Always waited a really long time. My go tos are the shrimp and fried avocado tacos. Queso also if I'm really hungry. I didn't take photos of the tacos because by the time we got them we were so hungry and immediately ate them. 3 of us completely finished the chips, still had queso left but ran out of chips :( I don't know if you're able to ask for more and if there's a charge. We just wait for our food, didn't want to ruin our appetites. While we sat down, we noticed people coming in for their to go orders. We finally got our chips and queso, eventually got our tacos, ate, visited, left and those people were still waiting on their to go orders. I know to never stop at this location if I'm pressed for time.

Came in for breakfast tacos this morning and it took me going to the restroom for the worker to notice us and come attend us at the counter. Our breakfast tacos were mediocre at best. The egg seemed to be the only thing that was cooked. Our tortillas were cold and fell apart easily. The shredded cheese was also cold and just thrown on top and not mixed in like other locations make do. Will not be returning to this location.

Food is ok but service questionable - they keep leaving salad dressing, condiments and silverware's on to go order constantly- last night for dinner we ate a dry salad.
