I have to write a love letter to this taco bell. I've tried pretty much all the taco bells in the Sugar Land area and they don't hold a candle to this one. It's the only taco bell that I've ever seen with above a 3 star rating. While their food isn't always amazing, when it's good it's great and when it's great it's life changing. Their burritos are always warm, their service is always quick. The fillings are always well balanced. It's about as good as a fast food restaurant run by high school kids is going to get. I'm honestly amazed by its consistency of greatness and a little suspicious. What drugs are y'all putting in these tacos...? Definitely the taco bell to be at if you're in Sugar Land.

All taco bells start at 3 stars for me because let's face it, it's a fast food joint. Compared to other Tex-Mex restaurants, it's not the most stellar of places. But, it is fast, and the food is somewhat decent. I ordered the nacho fries and the Mexican pizza for myself. The former is new, and the latter has been a menu item ever since I can remember, even as a kid. I like the Mexican pizza because it's crispy and not something I can make at home. This item was pretty standard at this place compared to other locations in terms of taste and texture. The nacho fries were well-seasoned, and the accompanying cheese had a kick to it which I liked. The only problem was that the fries were cold within a couple of minutes of obtaining the order.I docked a star at this location due to the inside being dirty. There was food and crumbs on the bench seats. There were cups and water bottles left behind by previous customers. It was not clean, and our food was available before the guy could clean the tables and seats. I felt awkward for standing with my tray while the guy cleaned. Oh well. Don't let the rat traps around the restaurant deter you. One is a gray box not far from the door which looks like a vent; the other looks like a rock near the bushes. You can tell because they've got ramps entering the holes. I wouldn't have known otherwise, but someone pointed it out to me. I have to say I am only giving this restaurant two stars instead of one because of the gentleman who I believe to be the manager/team lead as he always has on a button up shirt and not the taco bell t-shirts.I have kids, and I know they need jobs and I know teenagers are silly and immature, HOWEVER, that's fine when you don't have customers but not while you have people to serve. Their always on their phones, loud, cursing, playing around (drive thru and in the lobby). And when i said loud, i mean LOUD. I personally don't want people playing around while making my food!Last night I stood in the lobby for a good 5 minutes while 4 or so ignored me. Only until the "manager" came around the corner, did my order get taken. He asked them why they let me stand there, and one answered, "I didn't even see her". Right buddy. Anyways, the "manager took my order and made it perfectly, but do better. This location needs a overhaul. Not to mention, half of the time I go they say customers cant come in, have the doors locked and you have to use the drive thru. Why?

This location by west airport in the parking lot of kroger is garbage. They cheat on every item on the menu. Order for yourself and see. They rip you off on the portions...every, single, time.Here's a little tip on how not to get ripped off at Taco Bell that ive come to know through countless, exhaustive hours of research in going and studying there...Dont go...period.If you like being hungry after wasting $16 on food, this is your place.Never again.

Wow usually they are alright. They rush my order, one of the workers dropped my food on the ground. Luckily if I wasn't looking he wouldn't have made a new one.- 2 weeks ago.Today drove all the way from Stanford after working and they had a come on drive thru way before they should've been close. Absurd. And sad. Had to drive to bellaire and hwy 6 Taco Bell to even get my food which they were amazing! You guys really suck. No offense.
