Subway

Sign on the door says it opens at 7am during the week. The 1st employee didn't show up till 705am walks in the door and locks it behind her. Then when I went to the door she waived me away saying they're closed at 715am. Looks like they want to turn away money, that's one interesting business model. Good luck at this location. I'm sure this location won't last long. Hopefully the franchise pays attention to reviews because serious culture changes need to happen here.

I have been eating here for over 5 years. I never had any complains about this Subway, because the staff is always friendly and helpful. Most of them are bilingual (English/Spanish) and everyone is fluent in English. I preferred this one was also for the convenience. They have a shared parking lot & many entrances. I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's never crowded during breakfast and dinner hours. Most of lunch crowd is just pick 'n go, so the parking is very manageable.

If I could rate this subway 0 stars I would, the cashier guy was very nice and had great customer service however the 2 OLD Hispanic ladies that would take your order were not only rude but very smart Alec In the way they spoke to you. They would glance over at each other to smirk about the customers. I asked for "a little bit of onions" she placed 1 on the foot long I ordered. So I told her "I didn't mean just one put less than a handful" and she glanced at her partner in crime as she corrected her pettiness of an onion.I'm never coming here again.

Today, April 25, I was mistreated in the cruelest way that could have existed in this location by a woman who did not want to assist me. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

This is my go-to spot for lunch. Staff is always nice even when I always ask for "all the vegetables"

I asked to get my sub toasted they didn't do it I asked for them to heat it up on the microwave at least They completely ignored me Horrible service Terrible Employee look like they didn't wanna work or do anything

They only had white bread at 11:15 am on a Sunday! Only had 3 of the 8 fountain drinks. Service was horrible. Worst Subway I have ever been to!I assume whoever wrote a positive review owns this store.

BEWARE THEY STEAL MONEYMe and my Gf came here for a quick lunch and everything was normal until we payed and the bill seemed higher than I expected and I look at the receipt and they added and $2 tip which I NEVER selected and they charged us both for avocado when I was the only one who ordered avocado on my Sandwhich?? Then, when my gf went to ask about the extra charges they ignored her twice before they finally acknowledged her and then were refusing to refund us the tip saying we should "be careful what we press on the screen" even though no option for tip ever showed up! Then they claimed we had Avacado on both and my gf offered to show them the damn sandwhich. No wonder these people are still working at subway. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed when I ordered a salad And the drink machine wasbroken. I asked for a cup for tap water, and was told I couldn't even get any ice. Then I asked for a knife to cut my salad and was told they didn't have any plastic knives. The staff seemed pretty unapologetic to be out of such basic necessities for a restaurant. I will never frequent this location again!

I just arrived at this restaurant with all the lights on, including 'Open', that is unpleasant, because on Yelp it says it closes at 10pm and it's still 8:30 pm Pessimistic professionalism!
