I order the peanut butter swizzle several times a week, and it is usually the same every time. The minor differences include not including a banana, but the rest of the times I've had excellent service. I'm going to try delivery today and see how that goes.

Brand new smoothie king Right next door? Why yes please. They just built this in a new shopping center near the dominos, wing stop, and a optical place. Place is bright, nice, and really well organized. The two girls inside were welcoming, and super nice. They have a little fridge for pickup orders. Lots of treats and supplements for your workout needs. Found my new spot! Will be back.

Worst service in the food industry! Sat in the drive through for over 45 minutes to get an over priced drink and when I get to the window finally! It's not ready WTF --- here we go another 15 minutes!!

Lexy, the store manager saw that I was befuddled when I walked into her store at about 11:00 or so, asking for the GoHealth clinic. She replied with a smile - " They are at the next door over" and promptly escorted my there.After a less-than satisfactory visit at GoHealth, I returned to Smoothie King.I use a cane, have double-vision and have a cane; one of the SK associates saw me struggling with the door and jetted from behind the cash register to the door and, much to my delight, held it open for me. Eleigha introduced herself and welcomed me to the store. The store sparkled; not a smudge on the large windows; airy, sunny and comfy seating.Lexy welcomed me back and asked how the clinic appointment went; "Mediocre," I replied. I asked if she could make a banana/peanut butter/almond milk/almond/protein powder smoothie. "I'll see what we can do!" and preceded to prepare a delicious smoothie ( not too cold; that lessens the flavors ).While preparing my elixir ( Drat! I forgot the cinnamon! ), Lexy & Eleigha both chatted with me as they multi-tasked to serve other customers and keep the store humming. Education, psychology and AI ( no escaping _that_ disrupter ) swirled about and ended much too soon.I intend to be a client of Smoothie King on Grant Road. Cinnamon for sure next time ; )

I like Smoothie King, even though they are overpriced. My review here is not for all Smoothie King's, but this one in particular. I've never gone through the drive thru, so I have no experience there, but I've always been impressed inside. The store is kept very clean and I've met the owner and several of the employees and they are super friendly and very helpful. Today I ordered through the app and I wasn't going to make by the time I ordered it. A simple phone call and they were more than willing to hold off making it until I arrived.

I come at least 3x a week to order the same $10 plus smoothie for my daughter after training. I order the same thing every time. Today, they said I added chocolate to it, when I clearly know how to speak my order and she repeated it back and said nothing about chocolate when repeated. To told them they made it wrong and she told me that I had to pay another $10 to have it remade and that is how the owner says it must be done. They lost a customer over a drink, which is ridiculous. Horrible service to say the least.

Placed an order to be picked up where the special was buy one get one free. My husband picked it up and I saw that my account was charged for both smoothies. He went back in to have it resolved and the associate asked him to come back when the manager was available bc she didn't know how to give refunds. Inconvenient but totally ok. A week or so later I came up there, asked for the manager and explained the situation. Instead of the refund I ask to get the same type of smoothie I was charged for originally- a 20oz smoothie. It also was a Friday where 20oz smoothies are upgraded for free. The manager refused to upgrade my drink saying things like "I see what you're trying to do and we're not doing that" and "you're not going to get more than what you paid for", insinuating I was somehow taking advantage of their system. After wasting 5+ mins trying to explain that the only reason I was even in the store, 9 months pregnant between meetings was bc they mischarged me in the first place and even regardless of that, the special itself allows for 20oz= the cost of 32oz , a line started to form and, frustrated, I just asked for a refund and left.I went home (bc I had to make a meeting), placed the same exact order I had tried to place in store on my app, and paid the same amount she had refunded me in store, minus a dollar bc I had a reward (look at God).Later, when I picked up the order I requested to speak with the manager to explain to her how disappointed I was in her lack of empathy, unwillingness to listen. She seemed unbothered by what at this point had become a huge inconvenience for me and left it at that.Moral of the story- listen to your customers, empathize, and try your best to make it right instead of making excuses for why you can't/ won't be accommodating, especially if you/ your team made the mistake to begin with. Giving 3 stars bc the drinks are consistent and the service is typically ok. I hope this is just a lesson to learn for that particular manager.

I'm a big smoothie king girl already, but this location knocks it out of the park! The customer service was so phenomenal that I felt like I travelled back to a time when community meant something. These people care about you as a person before a customer and it shows.
