Simmz Kitchen Food Truck

Saw them at Klaus Brewing Co. Their food goes so well witH the beer there. It is hot, tasty, and the staff is so nice and welcoming! They obviously love their food because the way they speak about their food. I've ordered their philly cheese steak and I ordered their philly cheese steak bacon ranch fries. I LOVE their secret Simmz sauce and requested to add that to the fries. It was saucy and full of flavor. The portion is nice and big and it is easily shareable so you can order a lot and share with everyone at the table. If you see them, stop and try them. They're good!

Listen, I'm always down for food truck food but this is the first time I've eaten at a truck that throws together low quality food. The pictures on the truck looked amazing but it's not real! If you like the McCormick Old Bay seasoning then these are the wings for you. They taste like Tyson wings that are coating with Old Bay. The brisket fries are super small and the brisket it more bacon bits then anything else! It's VERY low quality food. Not worth paying $13 for!! It's not worth the price and that's the honest truth, respectfully.The owner was not satisfied with my review. Unfortunately, I don't particularly enjoy chicken wings of the sea. Again, not worth the money I paid for them.... probably wouldn't be as upset if it was a reasonable price. I honestly don't appreciate the owners reply to my honest OPINION.

Idk when these people went by this food truck but the reviews are not correct. The food is straight outta Tha H and full of soulful flavors. This is one of the best food truck I have come across yet. It's nothing these people don't make. I've followed them on all socials to make sure I keep up. The burgers are my absolute favorite! I love them. They are juicy, full of flavor, and are big! Next to that I love the fish and shrimp... so flavorful.. and the fish can't get nowhere else.. it wasn't burnt or misleading every bite was crisp and full of fish. The boudin balls were to die for, they had a lil spice to it but I liked it. Next I'm trying the wings. I recommend this food truck to anyone who loves to eat which is everyone.! Great food.

For the first time since I have been a yelper, I am sorry that I read the reviews for this food truck before giving it a chance. Because the reviews were so bad, I elected to eat before going to the venue Saturday night. Late in the evening we got hungry for a snack so headed to the food truck.Because we waited so late, they had run out of many things, including the fries. But the owners were very nice and helped us come up with an option. My daughter got a hamburger and I got the boudin balls. Both of these items were wonderful! Very hot and fresh. The burger was juicy and had great flavor. The boudin was spicy and moist, just like I like them.I can't wait to try the fries! Next time I'll order early!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! $12 dollars for a frozen hamburger that was undercooked along with fries that were literally cold in the middle and no season (YUCK). Simmz Kitchen came out to our office yesterday and had the nerve to sell chicken sandwiches and hamburgers for $12!!!! What in the world? This is not a football game people! I was foolish and hungry enough to try, but never again. 3 of my co workers were also pissed they forked over so much money for terrible food. One co-worker ordered the shrimp po-boy and received 4 tiny, little shrimp in total on that big a$$ bun for $12!!! I could buy a whole pound of shrimp at Kroger and cook it for $12. Not everyone has $12 to waste on meals - I want my money back!

So happy that Simms came tonight for dinner. The seafood shrimp basket was really good & the people are real nice.

Delicious food! And HUGE portions! You can easily share this with someone else. The food was delicious, we got the fried shrimp basket and philly cheesecake yum!

This food truck was doing too much, yes a lot of choices to chose from the menu but that is not always a good thing meaning they are using the same grease to fry all those different foods of flavor. Had the grilled chicken sandwich tasting like I don't know... really no flavor. Co-worker had boudin link and the rice was mushy and mashed up with chunks of ground meat.... nothing southern about this boudin, another Co-worker had philly cheese steak on flat bread very creative but the taste was not up to par of a philly cheese steak.. meat was tender but to greasy.The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of food that is served. Owner was semi polite but kool the female cook was not wearing proper gear when handling food. Food trucks have their good days and bad days and some are a hit and miss and this food truck is a miss on today. Will not be eating here again unless I'm drunk. I support small businesses all the time but unfortunately I will say they need to stick to one to three special items and lower their prices. Note: stick to the chicken wing basket that was the only winner leave the boudin alone. Signed: I have eaten here.

Had the roadhouse burger basket. Hot and juicy burger with perfect bacon, crisp veggies and a really savory sauce. I caught them at Saloon Door Brewing. Really glad I waited to eat until I got to the tap room. This was a really nice surprise.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. This place should be called Simmz Microwave, or better yet they should just "shut down it down" like Gordon Ramsay would say. Don't be fooled by the pictures plastered on their truck, ITS A LIE! I honestly think they only have a Microwave. Don't do it! Just WALK AWAY. Being drunk wouldn't help either. I paid $9 bucks for a Grilled Cheese & Bacon that was actually dollar store cheese paired with dollar store burger buns. Also, my friend paid $13 for brisket fries.... the brisket turned out to be bacon bits. Save yourself!They confirmed no microwave, but I'm not convinced.
