Public House Heights

Public House is your typical dive bar. I've only come here for steak night and it is always a hit. I usually split one meal because it is more than enough.I got the steak fat boy. Since we were sharing they split the meal in half on two plates for us.The steak is always perfectly cooked. The pork chop is tender. The mashed potatoes are delicious. And the sauces are AMAZING. The sauces do cost extra but so worth it. Highly highly recommend steak night here!

Got some drinks with my friends here. I drank Grayson Merlot, house wine, tasted so good. My friends drank Raspberry Mojito and Moscow Mule that's was good too.Theme of bar is like Texan country style , I like it.On Monday quite slow but staffs friendly and niceWill be my regular place!!

Meat Mojo Steak Night @ Public House Heights (they'll be here on only Monday and Wednesday)We decided to have steak here as our dinner. It was fabulous!!! Lamb is the best.The bar Public House Heights itself is also good tho. Music not too loud and they have tv screens for you to watch games

With everything going on for Covid, I'm extremely happy that this place still carry the tradition of Steak Night Wednesday! They serve Pork chop, Rib-eye, to rack of lamb. Serve with two sides (Mash or Cold Pasta). Drinks are amazing!!! My favorite is cucumber cooler! Service is great as well! No complaint here. Omg! Don't forget to try their sauces with your steak. My favorite pick would be the ninja. Their signature sweet chili garlic sauce and tangy at the same time,

My partner and I came for a drink during a stay in Houston while we searched for places to have dinner at. It just happened to be steak day that night and we ended up ordering food. I am not exaggerating when I say that this place was freaking AMAZING! They're making the food outside of the bar under a pop up tent and a grill. I feel like expectations weren't that high with that kind of setup but we were very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the half rack of lamb with half order of potato salad and half order of pasta salad and some pineapple slices. I was extremely satisfied.

Steak Night in the heights!!!! (Wednesday) Walked in everything was peachy keen!!!! $10 drink specials all night!!! Some gentleman with a red "War" hat prepared us the perfect concoctions! The vibes were vibing!! $32 Steak w/ a side. (mashed potatoes or pasta salad) $30 1/2 Lamb chop w/ a side. I chose 1/2 mashed potatoes and pasta salad. *Mashed Potatoes were AMAZING*Cons: *One server for the food vendor short tempered at times* *You can only order the Lambchops prepared Medium Rare (I wanted Medium & settled ‍) *Also the food is Cash only* *No servers* you have to keep going to the Bar to order**We did have to keep requesting to put the game on Golden VS Celtics.. *Paid Parking with no security* and a vehicle that clearly had a busted window ‍

Five stars for the Meat Mojo Steak Night! The steaks are very well seasoned and served with delish sauces, served with super tasty mashed cheddar jalapeño potatoes. Yum!!This is a cozy little bar, with great potential. I enjoyed the cozy christmas decor, etc. However, the bar service was icy. We had to go up to the bar, so no table service. On top of the that the bartender guy was not friendly. At all. He had an unfriendly edge to him, seemed like he really did not want to serve us. Driniks were not very good, mine was weak and watery. Probably the worst margarita I've ever had.

the vibe is incredible every single thing on the menu is so well crafted and made, but what absolutely makes the place is the staff. they're so kind inviting welcoming and cool people, please come here for everything from incredible drinks to darts to good convo.
