Freebirds World Burrito

Today was $6 burrito day. That being said it was stupid packed and they were struggling. But Cory kept a smile on his face and made it a little easier waiting. He double checked all the orders and apologized numerous time and gave us 2 drinks for the almost 2 hour wait. He was vocal with how long and any one could get a refund and apologized. We will be back for him. The manager was a champ also she kept it all going and never lost her cool with all the Karen's that though it was ok to yell and act like they were not busy. #freebirdsforlife

Free birds smashes on chipotle and we all know this but this location specifically is a gem purely because of the employees! they're all so cool and the service is great! highly recommend.. good food, good vibes.

Freebirds use to be one of our favorite places to go grab a quick "healthy" lunch, unfortunately today will be our last visit. I got the Nachos, the chips were stale. I added the steak it was burnt. I wanted Mixed Greens but they were slimy so I got lettuce instead. The staff was friendly so they get 5 stars but the food gets 0. Also something was salty I'm just not sure what.

I have to bump them up to four stars now. They finally offer sour cream for free! I have to admit I really enjoyed my Freebirds burrito today. I got the half chicken and the half beef and it was extremely good. The service was really good. The lady that made my burrito was extremely shy and timid but she was very friendly and nice. I was shocked they were so empty. I really enjoyed the habanero hot sauce. I also really really really enjoyed the free sour cream.Don't forget to download the app and scan your receipt, you will get points and you can get a free burrito over time. Also the real winner here is the homemade rice crispy treat. It was so amazing and so good I could probably eat five of them. I highly recommend trying that will next time you're in. Also the last time I was there I got some really good chips and case so free through the app. The chips and queso are really good here.

I was craving nachos and convinced my husband to come here for dinner. He had ordered a beef burrito and I of course ordered nachos with chicken. The girl who took our order and prepared our meal was super nice. The gentleman who checked us out however, had a bit of a nonverbal attitude. My husband thought the burrito was just okay. He asked for hot sauce, but I assumed it was not hot enough for him. He applied the habanero sauce from the table, and still was not satisfying. He then went to the condiment section to find another hot sauce, and still was a bust. My nachos was good and I really enjoyed it. It was a huge platter, so of course I took the rest home. Too afraid to bother the gentleman for a box cover, I went ahead and just got some foil and covered my food up. Another young lady saw me and got me a box cover which I thought was so thoughtful. I'll probably give this place another shot the next time I'm craving nachos. As for my husband, I'll inform him to bring his own hot sauce next time.

Freebirds is another great option over Chipotle if you're craving fast casual Mexican. I normally get a Freebirds size burrito with Spanish rice, dark meat chicken, a ton of veggies and uniquely offered tortilla strips and sauces. They do offer cauliflower rice if you're not into the carbs in the rice. The chips and Queso are to die for if you're into spice level. Freebirds offer great rewards and I've never not gone without getting a reward every visit, so I highly recommend signing up.

The monster burrito is incredibly small taqueria Arandas has a way bigger burrito for a bigger for here for half the price half the price

Amazing food! The burritos are tightly packed with great produce. I also love how decorative and creative all of the locations look. They all have different themes that are so fun to look at. Not to mention the great vibe it gives off. 10/10 recommend!

I had an issue with an on line order I placed. Called the store and spoke to Sara (whom I assume was the manager on duty at the time). Sara was a great help with my order. I did have to call twice not due to a story error. Sara was very understanding with my situation. Very please with the customer service I received.
