I'll admit, I only came here for the Old School cheesesteak because I liked the cheese whiz. Now they've decided to no longer carry that sandwich, leaving you with the same ole boring dry cheesesteaks. Honestly the Jersey Mikes cheesesteaks are better. Add that to the fact that the amount of fries you get with a combo (which costs 3.58 more) is pathetic. This meal cost me $15. A dry sandwich and few fries. Nope.... I'm done!

So I didn't take pics. I just didn't find it picture worthy. I got the loaded fries and they was ok. The cheesesteak was not good at all. The meat was dry and had no flavor. I don't see myself returning.

I ordered thru drive thru and a Asian man took my order, then it changed out of nowhere and was a woman on the mic and they were just back and forth on the mic and I guess he was training her and forgot to turn off the mic but we could hear their whole conversation and how frustrated he was getting with her. So we pull up to the window and he was scolding her very rudely at how she was Messi g up orders and shooed her away to take care of the front counter . I felt bad for her bc if he was a manager there is a professional way to delegate tasks and train. Scolding is just going to frustrate them both and I ended up getting the poor service at the window. Other than that the sandwhichss were good but they were very cheap on the fries . I got the strawberry lemonade and the "fresh" strawberries tasted disgusting .for a family of 4 total came out to $60 2 adults 2 kids pretty pricey as we just got sandwiche and wing combos

Worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had . Who puts lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on a cheese steak. I went to this place on hwy 6 and West road. Not only was their sandwich The worst I've ever had, the place is in a bad location. I ordered my cheese steak to go without the lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise cause a cheese steak is not made with those items on it. Took the sandwich home, 1) the bun was not warm, 2) the meat was the meat that is used on gyros, 3) 2 pieces of sauté onions only, 4) one small sliver of bell pepper not saute 5) no mushrooms. Even those items were mentioned, little to no item could be found on the sandwich. Never, never will I ever go to this place again. Not worth the money.

I went on Valentine's Day because I wanted Thai but they were all closed and traffic was bad. I like their cheesesteaks in the mall. Not great but goodish and fresh. This however was not fresh; my order was ready in 5 minutes: no way they cooked it to order. I ordered three cheesesteaks and mozzarella sticks. The sandwiches weren't terrible but were more like what you'd find at Arby's The cheesesticks were definitely made hours ago because they were cold and hard. They had potential as the coating was beer batter but just not right cold. I hate to say the mall Charleys are better because they cook to order. And when the standard is mall food and you're below that, it's not a good standard to be in. I won't return because there's better places to eat. I haven't found a good cheesesteak place yet...

I guess I was one of the few that went on a good day. The food was fresh, hot and good. We needed up getting the new bacon chicken Philly which was great , 10 PCs wings and 2 special lemonade. The young man T the front Antony had great customer service and was very polite. It a very chill spot not too busy but was a good dinner after work and running around all day. I'll definitely be back for sure.

This place is AMAZING i love how good their food is, my personal favorite is everything, i also love how they have a birthday cheesesteaks thing and the employees are so nice! Also they have a very unique ketchup machine! And one last thing is the restrooms, they're pretty clean! but one problem, they need Fanta!! 5 stars from me!
