The service they have only one person for a group of 18 ladies I was celebrating my birthday I'm so sad with the owner this restaurant if you don't eat they throw you out and this happens to my cousinStill he charge for the rest of the ladies!and the next day my sister went for lunch and taking with the waiters the owner went out and screamed to my sister in an improper word and throw her out, we are not recommending this restaurant at all we were the only ones (18) in the restaurant for lunch!!! He made the day with us!!!!

This is a really nice place to go.Wonderful artists and delicious menu.The service is A1.

We went to a birthday lunch w like 20 women, to my surprise, we were not allowed to share an appetizer, or a meal, so if u weren't hungry u had to order a meal no matter what. The service was horrible!!! One waitress for 20 women, we had to ask for bread after we were there an hour, the food took almost 2 hrs. Major attitude the waitress had, a lot of us complained about the rules and instead of listening she just argued, never in my life living in this country for 65 yrs have I've have to go to a restaurant and been forced to order a plate, if u didn't u had to leave, tiny place settings, NEVER going back, anyways in a MALL off 8th st. The place is a dump!

Lo que tenía que haber sido una celebración de cumpleaños agradable se tornó en una tarde estresante debido a la falta de servicio, de atención y sin nombrar que los dueños nunca asomaron la cara para dar explicaciones! La comida xxx. No pierdan el tiempo yendo a ese lugar P. S debería tener la opción de poner "0" estrella en este review porque ni una se merecen!

Lo peor en todos los sentidos, ademas de que las facturas son extremadamente confusas. El domingo pasado 31 de marzo fui a ese restaurant, pues un amigo iba a celebrar su cumpleaños e iba a dar un concierto en ese lugar. He ido en otras ocasiones a ese lugar y la verdad he salido complacida. En esta ocasion llame dos dias antes para hacer una reservacion y me dijeron que cobraban por adelantado el cover (entiendase lo que le pagan al artista) y la comida, con lo cual no estuve de acuerdo y decidi no hacer la reservacion. No obstante, fui al lugar con dos amigas y logramos entrar y sentarnos en una mesa. Cuando la mesera fue a atendernos, lo primero que hizo fue darnos un papel donde decia como se desglosaba la factura: $30.00 la comida + $30.00 el cover + taxes + 20% tip.Lo increible es que los taxes y el tip (incluido) es en base a la comida y el cover. Para no hacer larga la historia, pedimos ademas 2 jarras de sangria (cada una $25.00). La factura total fueron $292.00, osea, mas de $60.00 solamente en taxes y propina "incluida". Luego, en el recibo ademas te sugerian "por si queria" dejar algo mas de propina, otro 18% mas. Creo que es mas que abusivo. No recomiendo este restaurant ademas, pues el servicio fue pesimo y la calidad de la comida y la cantidad no van acorde con los precios. Es una pena en lo que se ha convertido este lugar pues todo esto se traduce a faltarnos el respeto y es algo inaceptable.

We had reservation for 35 people which filled up the restaurant. Food was very good with the exception that they had no white rice and in a Spanish restaurant, that is a sin and had no plans to make any more. I asked for the Manager and was told there was no manager. (Sailing ship with no Captain)Service was extremely poor as they were understaffed with only two servers for 6 large tables knowing ahead of time about the party of 35.I prefer a restaurant with fair quality food and excellent service rather than one with excellent food and bad service. I will consider not returning.

Food taste is espectacular.service like you are in your house backyard or better.and ambiance quite and familiar like old town in ours natal city.en fin 100% recommended

Super recomendado de una española. Me super encantó la comida y el ambiente, todos super serviciales y profesionales. De verdad que vale la pena
