We drove there for a pizza, which is on their menu, BUT they don't serve pizza until after 8pm!!! We decided to dine there anyway and the Spinach Artichoke Chicken sandwich and Sunrise Burger were delicious. Worth the drive.

There is no drive thru, and accessibility from the road is not as easy, but overall a really decent place to get a good cup of coffee a good tasting muffin relax before we hit the road.

Had a great lunch today, treated myself to their limit offering ranch & bacon potato. Once the ranch melts into the potato it's a blend of unexpected goodness. After the manager recommended it, he came and checked on us, then sat and chatted for a while, updating us on their specials and promos. I love that familiarity!

Spoke very clear to the cashier who spoke very unclear that we ordered our sandwiches with soups and salads. Upon giving our ticket to the individuals who give us our salad plates, we were told they were not listed on our ticket and gave it back. We reiterated that we definitely ordered appropriately and all they offered us were blank stares and refused to fix the problem. They told us we had to get back in line... By that time, the line had more than ten people in line that we had to stand behind due to the cashiers deficiency and the line cooks lack of initiative and concern. After all of this , we were made to pay for two salads we ordered earlier. Then later saw the salad tender throw the scraps that dropped on the bar itself back into the salad bar bowl. We left disappointed this time.

Excellent as always, salad bar very clean. The restaurant is very clean and nice. The soft serve ice cream is extra good and not too soft. This is a very good Jasons deli restaurant. I only wish they carried a nice vinaigrette, I always have to bring my own raspberry vinaigrette with me. I would recommend this restaurant.

Order two subs takeout. The hook and ladder sub did not have any meat on it, NONE, it was a lettuce and tomato sandwich. This is a new level of stupid.

"We bought 3 sandwiches, over $30. My sandwich was very unappealing and bland. The Hook and Ladder is supposed to come with cheese....no cheese to be found. Very thin slices of turkey and ham, almost undetectable!! My wife got the Italian sandwich also no cheese. She asked for no ham, doesn't care for it. She wanted turkey substituted , but to no avail. This sandwich came with pepperoni, pepperoni and more pepperoni, nothing else. And, very thin slices at that. Forget about it ....I guess ?!!?The Bacon Ranch and Hook and Ladder looked the same. I wound up eating my son's sandwich by mistake. Please tell your employees to label the sandwiches. Why I couldn't call you ask?? Because we went late on this Easter Sunday and it was closed. You almost give up sometimes....forget about it ‼"

I should have heeded the reviews.The girl at the cash register who took our order seemed to be new, because when I ordered a cheese sandwich with extra cheese, she seemed hesitant and confused. She had a pleasant demeanor, though. I told her it was the same thing as an original, but without the meat in it. I told her I wanted everything but onions and meat on it. This is not an unusual order and I've never had a problem at any other Schlotzsky's ordering an original cheese sandwich. She rang it up with a soda and a kid's pizza meal for my granddaughter. They gave us a number to put on our table and we sat down.We weren't sitting long when they brought our order out. That was good. My sandwich was an original with meat and hardly any cheese at all. No bueno. I immediately pointed this out to the woman who served us. She kind of hesitated, so I explained again that I requested no meat and had to tell her to take it back. She took it, but came back with a young guy who was either the manager or the cook. I had to explain it again to him that I wanted an original cheese with extra cheese minus onions. The young woman said they'll redo it and not charge me "this time" and walked of again with my sandwich. She was pretty frosty about it, as if I had deliberately ordered it wrong. Certainly no apology. Wow.In spite of the stupid dance, the sandwich was delicious. The bread was nice and spongy, not too hard on the edges. My granddaughter enjoyed her pizza, and my son liked his ginormous sandwich. The restaurant was pretty clean, so no complaints there.The bottom line is that we will likely not be back here again, because I really felt awkward about the whole thing. If you've never had Schlotzsky's before, please don't let a negative experience at this particular location put you off. This place is not typical of all the other Schlotzsky's I've been to."
