What a great spot! Came here for happy hour and loved it! Stunning interior, and service was great!I started with dealers choice drink and it was a daiquiri which was very refreshing. We then got oysters. These had a bunch of pieces of shells in them, I wouldn't recommend. The prosciutto caviar bite was amazing. The ricotta was sooo good. The gin and tonic cheese curds were my favorite. They tasted like Wisconsin cheese curds and had a mustard sauce under them. A must try!I need to come back to nisos for dinner!

Went here for a friends birthday and really enjoyed the ambiance and experience. The restaurant is dimly lit, has a very natural décor (woods, stone plants etc.) and plays funky music (not too loud) during dinner. The service was prompt, the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great suggestions. I really enjoyed the Hummus sampler and the pasta entrees. I would definitely return for another birthday or date night.

Fantastic happy hour! $1 oysters, how can you beat that?! Everyday from 4-6pm. Their truffle fries are also amazing. $7 wines and $9 spritz and dealers choice cocktail. Ashley our waitress was amazing and attentive, as well as the other food runners.

So much effort and window dressing that yielded in sub par food and experience. Another trendy Mediterranean place?? Sign me up! Although Chicago has several flavors of this lately including Lyra and Aba, I am still here for it. Especially since this was really three places in one. Part lounge, bar and classic dining. So be sure to confirm exactly where you are making a reservation. The main difference in Nisos seemed to be their beef forward menu. I would essentially describe it as a Greek Steakhouse. However, the service was akin to your local strip mall chain and the food was average. Maybe they are still having growing pains? The staff seemed unprepared or untrained. We waited 30 mins after we had finished our appetizers. The steak frites just tasted off. The Wagyu burger could be beat by shake shack. However the shareable plates of arancini and prosciutto were really good. Not worth it and not sure I would want to come back to try Nisos Prime.

I've been meaning to try prime bar for a while and recently went. I think this revamped nisos is much better than the previous version and I was impressed. The first floor is prime bar and the menu was diverse and seemed interesting. We didn't go intending to get the restaurant week menu but the restaurant week menu was actually very well put together. So we gave it a try and it was great (we got Horiatiki, arancini, steak frites, lemon tart and panna cota- all good)! In terms of options, quality, and value, I think it's one of the best options for restaurant week. Service was overall good but there were some gaps. We wanted to box up our entree so we waited to get approached but no one came to our table for 30+ minutes. Also, I put in a note in my reservation that it's for a bday celebration and in the beginning the restaurant staff acknowledged it, but we didn't even get a little candle at the end of the night. A sad part was that a couple in the table next to us was also celebrating bday and they got a free ice cream with a little candle! We ordered dessert (as part of the restaurant week course) so we didn't want the free ice cream but I felt that putting a small candle on a dessert we ordered would've been a nice gesture- especially since they have it. Some places don't do such thing at all and that's totally fine but it was a bummer to see the table next to us get a candle but we don't )':

Prime Bar, located on the main level when you enter, is one of 3 experiences at Nisos! We came here for a birthday dinner and they were able to accommodate the 11 of us alongside the back booth. Most of the tables seem to accommodate smaller groups so we're glad they were able to create a communal spot for us all! First off, the space is BEAUTIFUL!!! The bar staff were so welcoming and our server was incredible - so knowledgeable, friendly, and lively! When we came, the menu was still pretty small vs what it is now! The menu offers a little something for everyone - our group got to share a handful of the appetizers and they were delicious. I got the Paccheri Lamb Ragu and my partner got the short rib. Lamb gets a little gamey for me so I tend to eat very little of it, but this Lamb Ragu was amazing! The Braised Short Rib was incredible - it looks like a small portion but was actually very filling. For the ambiance, service, quality of food and for the price, Prime Bar is a SOLID spot for dinner in the West Loop. I'm adding this to my list of absolute favorites in Chicago and will be making plenty more stops!

Went for mother day brunch. Brunch menu looked okay but the regular menu is pretty good. Had the wagyu smash burger which was rich and buttery and overall delicious. Ambiance is very instagram worthy, but food and cocktails make it worth your time. Prices are very reasonable for the location. Service was a bit slow but not a deal breaker. One of my favorite spots in the west loop

I definitely like the menu and food here better than the previous nisos concept. Still pricey and not anything special amongst all the great west loop restaurant, but I'm glad I tried it and enjoyed the experience overall. The space honestly looks the same as the previous nisos concept so I think they just changed the menu.I had some delicious red wine recommended by our waiter with my meal. We started with the crudite and truffle aranici. The crudite spreads were a very small portion but tasty and light. The truffle aranici was delicious but also only came with four pieces. We also got a ceasar salad to share, which was heavy on the cheese but otherwise a nice portion and tasty. The short rib was nothing great, and I didn't like the polenta that came with it. The pappardelle was flavorful, but we all loved the rigatoni better. Service was great and ambiance was fun and sexy. Pricey and smaller portions but overall worth a try!

Went to enjoy a drink during happy hour Minday - Friday 4pm -6pm. While we did not have a reservation, we were sat promptly and brought water. The Smashberry cocktail for $9 was refreshing, but could be a little on the sweet side. They inside decor was beautiful. The lights were dim and soft music was playing. Perfect level to be able to have a conversation.
