"I was meeting a friend in VaHi so we decided to check out Paolos! You can sometimes get lucky and find street parking in this neighborhood, but this time, I ended up parking residential just down the road. The shop itself is pretty small, but I was wowed by the extensive menu and products they have to offer! There were so many flavors of ice cream, and I also love the different Italian products like dried pasta they had for sale. I ended up getting the tiramisu flavor and we sat outside at one of the small tables available. There's also a huge banner outside that explains the owner Paolo's story and how his stores in the Bahamas and Atlanta came to be! My ice cream was so creamy and smooth and I loved the addition of coffee powder to give the ice cream a not overly sweet taste! Loved the vibes, and definitely a new favorite of mine."
"Hot summer days mean cooling down with some good soft-serve ice cream! If you're into matcha, this is it!AMBIANCE/SEATINGsmall and cozy shop with minimalistic wood seating areas. A seating area at the front with two tables requires patrons to take their shoes off. I love that this idea was incorporated into the shop. STAFFThere were about 3-4 staff members when I visited on a Sunday evening. They were friendly and quick. My review is solely for their soft-serve ice cream.* Ube* Mango* Vanilla * MatchaThe soft-serve ice creams are delicious. Especially the matcha (green tea) and Ube. These two have the most flavors. The mango tasted more like a sorbet to me, but it was still tasty. The vanilla is subtle but creamy. Matcha Cafe Maiko is a great ice cream shop to get something to cool down on these hot and humid summer days."

"We had dinner reservation for 2 at 7:00 pm on Saturday, 12/2/23. The service was great! Valet parking. Unassuming from the outside. Very nice on the inside! Tall leather booths. Five stars for the steak. Four stars for the sides. We got way too much food, but we had leftovers! Here's what we got:- Tuna Tartare ($18): Good!- French Onion Soup ($12): Tasty!- Burrata & Prosciutto ($16): The burrata was great. Wish the prosciutto was saltier and had more taste.- 12 oz Filet Mignon ($72): Very, very good. - 16 oz 101 Steak Delmonico ($72) with Bearnaise ($3): Super good! The sauce was good too, but not necessary.- Creamy Spinach ($13): This was actually gross. It was a tiny bit better the next day, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.- Cheddar Mac-N-Cheese ($12): Fine, better as leftovers.- Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Ginger Soy ($14): Super delicious.- Chocolate Layer Cake ($12): OMG. So good. The salt was all on the edge, which I'm sure looks great for decoration, but it made a few bites way too salty. The salt needed to be spread out more.We would definitely go back, just wouldn't get the creamed spinach."
"This place is tucked in a ritzy shopping center and apartment complex with gratuitously sparse parking; several spots were designated specifically for short-term frozen custard parking. They offer vanilla and chocolate and one rotating flavor, which when I dropped in was a splendid salted caramel that delivered just the right hint of salt. They had the options for toppings and sundaes, but it was a bit strange that they didn't have a banana split or a greater flavor variety. Not much for those avoiding dairy or egg either. But it was tasty and a good price."
"Lovely dinner with the family. We came here on a Monday night and so the restaurant was not quite as busy as the weekend, when we were turned away. The service is excellent. We had a bottle of red from Cot Du Rhône which was excellent. I had to start with escargo for the appetizer which were wonderful, then had the seafood linguine, and finished with crème brûlée which was divine. The owner came by to speak to us a few times and made us feel welcome. Can't wait to come again."
"We had an opportunity to visit Dominique's at Stonecrest this evening. We've been patiently awaiting the opening and once we seen the "open" signs from the freeway, we made our dinner choice right there. The restaurant is definitely a welcomed addition to the community, so I'd like to thank the ownership for investing in the area . Now on to the review, the staff was amazing, the ambience has won me over compared to the choices within a few exits on the interstate. She had the ribeye and creamy spinach and mashed potatoes, which was delicious. I had the Rasta pasta with grilled chicken which was equally amazing. We will definitely be back again to enjoy other dinner options. Great job Cache and Dominique's see you soon!"
"This spot is in a cramped area; there are a few parking spaces in the back, but based on my experience they are likely to fill quickly. The menu variety was considerable, and with the entire menu being gluten-free and a good number of vegetarian and occasional vegan options as well. If you like corn, you'll be happy.A got a tropical fruit juice, which always adds to the vibe. I ordered their version of a domino arepa, typically this is a bean and cheese combo but theirs had plantains and some sauteed vegetables as well. However, I was a bit surprised as I thought I might be getting a couple but there was only one. For what I spent, I wasn't that full. But it was tasty, and this is a cuisine I wish I could find more easily."
"Social distancing and masks are required. The sign on the door says masks are required, but I saw quite a few ppl walking in with no masks. Also, a few of the employees were wearing masks, not all. I'm thinking that due to vaccinations are being given, many employees probably had the shots. But anyway, I placed a pick up order and waited for the food. I ordered the fried well Tilapia, fries and lemonade. My son ordered whiting fish well done/ fried hard, mild wings, and fries. For the drink lemonade. My husband ordered shrimp and fish with fries and lemonade. The food was really delicious and the lemonade was really good. I had 3 pieces of fish, and only ate one piece. Everything was seasoned really well. If we're in the neighborhood, we will definitely order here again."
"Since we walked in the coffee shop I loved homie feeling and the crowd was there. That shows the place is popular. Service was excellent and I liked how the barista makes my coffee drink"
"This was my first time coming here, but my friend recommended it and said it's absolutely amazing. I have never tried to savory crêpe, but wanted to give it a chance. I ordered the mushroom melt, and it was absolutely amazing! I can't help but also have a sweet crêpe because that's my usual go to so I ordered the one with Nutella. It was also very tasty though I do like more Nutella in my crêpe. I also got a house coffee which I enjoyed. I love the decor and feel of the restaurant. The staff there was extremely kind, personable, and quick. I'd highly recommend coming here and I will be back!"
"Alpine Bakery is a dessert lover's dream! We were blown away by the variety of desserts and pastries they offer. Everything looked so good, but the standouts for us were definitely the Peanut Butter Pie Bar and the Raspberry Cheesecake Truffle--both were absolutely delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit so we can try even more of their amazing treats. If you have a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit!"
"l Valle exceeded our expectations with its ambiance, food, and service. Although we're not often downtown, we're grateful Yelp! recommended this gem.Upon entering, the Mexico City vibes captivated us instantly. The decor, from the intricate tiles to the wallpaper and lighting, was tastefully designed, creating a perfect setting for a romantic date. Now, the food! There's something on the menu for everyone. We started with the Soaps de Carnitas, bursting with flavor, where the pork belly truly shined. (Pictures attached!) I chose the Ensalada de Narnanjas, while my husband savored the Short Rib for our mains. Every dish impressed us.While it's on the pricier side for the city, the experience was worth it, especially with great company. Cheers!"

Check out this hidden gem! It's like stepping into a charming Italian village. The atmosphere is so authentic, and the food is the real deal. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and their homemade gelato is to die for! I can't get enough of the rich pistachio and luscious banana flavors. They're perfectly sweet and oh-so-satisfying.It's the ultimate treat on a scorching summer day! Don't miss out on this little slice of Italy right in our neighborhood.

Such a cute spot! We were craving ice cream late at night and we found ourselves close to this location. They have a variety of flavors for the soft serves and different desserts and bites. We end up all getting soft serves, you can choose from cones or a cup. We tried the Thai Tea flavor, the Vanilla with boba and the Vanilla with cornflakes. They were all so good. I have to come back soon and try the ube and matcha flavors!!The service was also fast and friendly and there's plenty of parking space.ESPAÑOLEl lugar es super lindo!

Nice new place to go for frozen custard. The shop is bright and clean, with convenient parking, and the service is pleasant and efficient. I loved the hot fudge sundae and my lovely bride inhaled the turtle sundae. The hot fudge and caramel sauce were a bit on the skimpy side. Otherwise, highly recommended!

This lovely neighborhood spot keeps getting better and better. I was so happy to see it filled with happy customers on a Wednesday evening. Regulars are greeted as old friends and it feels like that kind of place, where everyone feels like family. La Petite Maison is warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The food is exceptional, as is the service. I began with their Napoleon, Cointreau and champagne . . . Warming and delicious. I ordered the scallops with truffles and sautéed spinach. Delicious! My friends ordered the salmon with honey lemon sauce and the other had the four cheese pasta with grilled shrimp. We all loved the food. So delicious and so wonderful to have a lovely fine dining spot in Sandy Springs. We will continue to come here for wonderful meals.

Had my first Red Snapper here and wasn't disappointed. The broccolini and asparagus were very good also. A strong drink to accompany the meal sealed the deal. My date raved over the cheesecake, which I forgot to photograph. I loved the atmosphere and the service. Highly recommend.

Parking is very limited. There are only 4 parking spots in the back but the other patrons found parking somewhere.Order in the front and they will give you a number. Waiter will bring your food along with any sauces that you request.I ordered the Asado Negro Arepa with the Guava Empanada. The arepa is loaded with meat and grilled onions. I got some garlic sauce and mango habanero sauce to give it a kick. The arepa tastes great. The guava empanada is extremely hot so let it cool down first or use dinner ware. The empanada is good as well.

This is one very popular neighborhood spot i use to come to quite often for lunch. They use to be located on Bankhead back in the day. Once I learned they had reopened at a new location (Fulton Industrial Blvd) I had to go see if it was the same people. And it was!!! These people had the best seasoned fish. It was always cooked to order, meaning it was hot from the grease and ready to eat. They're prices went up on their menu items at least $2.00-$3.00. And that's understandable. But you will still get that good well seasoned hot and ready to eat food. Go check them out.

"I absolutely love the quality of the food here and also the vast selection. My go to is the "build your own plate" menu where you get plenty of options to choose from, the portions are quite generous and the price is good. The veggie selection is plentiful, love the asparagus, quinoa, chickpeas, sweet potatoes. The Moroccan chicken is excellent too. They also have a myriad of pastries that look amazing! The lattes are good too. The restaurant is quite large with communal and regular tables and also a large outdoor seating area. It is located in the mall therefore parking is very convenient. The service is ok for the most part the staff is pleasant but it can be hit or miss."
"R and I came to Zambawango to get keto-friendly, sugar-free and low carb desserts. I had seen Zambawango a few times while driving by it on Abernathy Rd in Sandy Springs. Zambawango is in a mixed-use complex, and shares a parking garage (with free parking) with its business neighbors. The parking garage is located behind the small businesses. There were maybe 4 tables for customers to sit at in the small store.Zambawango is a small bakery and dessert shop that also serves coffees and carbonated drinks. The employee handling the order counter called out a greeting to us as we entered the store, which had that "just baked" comforting and inviting smell. We looked at all of the baked goods in the clear display cases, and I ordered a slice of coconut blackberry cake and R ordered lemon cheesecake. R also ordered a coffee (compliments of a Yelp check in offer), but was told that they didn't have any, but was offered an Americano, instead, at no charge, which R accepted. We sat at one of the tables near the display cases and It took a couple of minutes before we were handed our desserts at the order counter, with the Americano taking about 5 more minutes before R got it.Although the coconut blackberry cake was on the dry side, I thought it was delicious. The barely sweet sweetness was perfect for someone (like me) who doesn't care for things that are very sweet. R thought the lemon cheesecake was good. I thought the presentation was great, as it looked like a miniature cake. For those who count their carbs (and we don't), Zambawango lets customers know how many grams of net carbs are in each item. For the record, in net carbs (in grams) my slice of coconut blackberry cake had 4.5 net carbs, and the lemon cheesecake had 3.5 net carbs. There are lots of colorful pieces of wall art, which included pics of baked goods and cartoons."

"This was my first time trying Alfah, an Indian and Chinese food fusion restaurant, and I thought my experience went pretty well. I was with my family and we were the only people dining it at the time for a late lunch. There were a few people that came in but I think they were just ordering take out. We ordered main dishes: chicken tikka masala, mutton biriyani, chicken 65, and palak dal. We also ordered beef, chicken, and veggie samosas and gulab jamun. Positives/favorite dishes: mutton biriyani, chicken 65, and palak dal, veggie samosa. Spice level was great, it really sneaks up on you! Portion sizes for each dish are large enough to feed a family of four! Least favorite: beef and chicken samosa- both samosas did not have much flavor and wasn't our favorite.Chicken tikka masala- we didn't like this dish as much as the others was because it wasn't creamy enough and it did not come with plain rice. I also did not like the fact that some dishes did not come with rice... we did order garlic naan and that was very good but I believe that all dishes (that aren't rice/noodle dishes) should come with plain rice. Overall, i had a great experience and i would definitely come back to try other items on the menu!"
"NICE CREAM! A black owned ice cream shop right down the road from GSU. The whole street is what we like to call "resturant row" there is so many options all walking distance from one another. I promised my partner I would buy him ice cream and we decided on this business as it was fairly close to our hotel. Once we came inside we were told about their donut ice cream sandwich. Though that sounded delicious it also sounded like a LOT of food. We each got a scoop. My partner got praline and I got the Cuban coffee ice cream. We each got a different topping on top too. Don't get me wrong it was a good spot with flavorful cream. However, there was no seating inside. This is a need especially since a lot of tourists come around this area for food. I wasn't super impressed by this ice cream experience."
"Tea leaf consistently has good boba and the tea itself. This specific location is close to all the food places on buford hwy. Plenty of parking in the complex. A lot of seating inside and great ambiance. They do have a self order kiosk (which wasnt the easiest boba kiosk i used). Lot of varieties of drink options. We tried the mango and super fruit tea. The drinks are refreshing and boba was good. Tad bit pricey compared to other boba places. But reflects in the quality IMO."
"My friends and I came here after finishing our dinner nearby. There were 8 flavors of ice cream to pick from and plenty of toppings to include. Between the bourbon caramel and cappuccino flavors, I liked the flavor and texture of the bourbon one more as I found the cappuccino to be a bit gritty and not very prominent in taste. We saw they have huge uno cards (peep the pic) so we made ourselves comfortable and had a fun time. Staff were patient and kind serving our large group of 10 and seemed to have no issue with us rearranging (but returning) the layout of their space for a bit. I would come again to try more of their flavors and experiment with their toppings!"
"This place looked like a fun place with lotsa options, so decided to check it out. Luckily, its parking garage was nearly connected to the restaurant...so very easy access! The place itself was chic and somewhat lofty (high ceilings, that is)...with plenty of seatings. I came during off-hours, so had the pickings. Here's the thing that I didn't like right away. You had to order at the counter, then go back to the table with a buzzer, then go back up to the counter to fetch the foods (and also drop off at the end). If the counter was conveniently placed, I wouldn't have minded as much, but here, you had to walk up the stairs (mini stairs?), then walk quite a ways to your table (especially if seated far back, as was in my case) and back. All in all, it was awkward and just took a lot of work to get your food! Bit of a pain, if you ask me.The counter service was very good (friendly and helpful)...but again, I would have loved it if they at least delivered the foods? Basically not much service at all here. Now I loved their unique menu...with an array of fusion foods, desserts and fancy drinks. I ordered their Katsu Chicken with Carbonara Pasta. Also, this snazzy looking specialty drink, "Poker Face". Sadly, I didn't love the Katsu (a bit too thick, for one), and the pasta was way too creamy and thick. I just loved that they had the Katsu and pasta combo here. The only other place that I know that does this was at this place, Poetree Cafe in Suwanee, GA...and sadly, this version didn't live up to theirs. I was actually a bit more impressed with their refreshing, colorific drink!Am definitely open to trying other things on their menu, so hopefully I can bump up my ratings in the future?"
"I dined in at Batsi today (a Sunday afternoon) with two other ladies for a late brunch (2 pm ish) to celebrate my friend's birthday. It's $20 to valet and they make you pay it up front with cash, cash app or zelle. You can also park for free across the street and walk over. I opted to valet for convenience. They will check your ID and it is a 21 and over establishment. The security person was friendly. We were initially seated inside and I noticed the nice ambiance, velvet décor and a few dancers. However the music was really loud and didn't seem to match the atmosphere (it was giving club vibes, we heard Sexxy Red, Cardi B, & Latto etc.) so we switched over to the heated patio area. It was a bit warm, but we liked it better because we could hear our conversation over the music more. While waiting for our food a friendly photographer came over to take our picture for free. That was cool and I noticed that he and another guy were capturing photos throughout the restaurant. Our sever, Tania was very friendly and accommodating. She also helped me to select my brunch entrée and it was delicious. I DEFINITELY recommend the chicken biscuit (without the egg on it, I asked for mine on the side) and loved the blonde gravy. The potatoes were cooked perfectly with onions and peppers and complimented the well seasoned chicken. I decided not to drink any mimosas or alcohol because I felt that ALL of their beverages were pricey. One mimosa was $12, the mixed drinks were $16-20, and Coca-Cola product soft drinks and bottled Fiji water were $5.20% gratuity was added automatically, but it was worth it for the service received. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It's on the pricier side but I do recommend going for brunch based on my experience today."
"Pie like you very much, Doodle Pies!My family and I didn't get dessert at dinner, so we stopped by Doodle Pies for something sweet. Doodle Pies offers sweet and savory pies as well as coffee. You can even build your own pie. The space was clean and bright. We arrived close to their closing time, so they were low on options. Understandably so. We went with a few of their signature pies; peach, pb&j, and rocky road. All the pies were delicious. However, my favorites were rocky road and pb&j. They were so creamy and the flavors were on point! Service was great. I would definitely return if I'm back in the area!"
"We stumbled to Cherokee Rose after a bike ride into Stone Mountain village from Atlanta; Not as far as you think taking the Stone Mountain path trail. We walked in around noon and were seated right away. A few of us ordered drinks but I stuck to coffee to power me through on the way back. I ordered the bbq sandwich biscuit which comes with a side salad. I thought it was great. The salad was nice so it wasn't too much of a heavy meal. There was live music so the atmosphere was quite inviting. I would definitely recommend it."
"I'm in love. I've been coming here several times for meeting and been wanting to find my hole in the wall kind of spot. THIS HIT the SPOT in every which way. You know it's good when the food got you moaning like it's sexing it up. Is this what dirty south means?! OMG I can't stop thinking about that oxtail dish I had with the rice and collards.Maybe all the regulars are use to eating this on a daily and thinking nothing of it. But from someone from the East coast North that knows nothing about it got me educated. This is definitely a one stop must for me if you down at ATL. OXTAIL is highly recommended. The fried chicken hit the spot and that banana budding put me to BED. Just writing this review got me needing to shower."
"Went for brunch. Sat inside and the space is big.The Bloody Mary is tasty. Chicken salad sandwich - needs more flavor. Sizable portion. Beet couscous with goat cheese- sounds amazing but the taste was rather flavorless"
"Server: NinaParty Size: 4 people + 1 infant This was our first time coming to Crazy Crab -Stockbridge and it was absolutely delicious. The aesthetic of the restaurant was presenting a mixture of seafood and steampunk. It wasn't overpowering with the theme, but it was really nice. For the food, the serving size of the fried baskets were just enough to get full. I ordered the Chicken Finger Basket, which includes fries, hush puppies and coleslaw. I tried the dipping sauce called BoomBoom and it was in comparison to YumYum sauce, but looked like Ed's Sauce from Good Burger (90s reference for all my 90s babies). My husband ordered the Flounder Basket (which comes with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw). He stated, "I will definitely order this again. I would come here and order a fish sandwich before going to Fish Supreme Delight." He enjoyed the taste of the fish and everything about the meal. For the bathroom specifically the women, it was very clean, which is a plus in my book. Some of the flaws that I saw as a first-time mother included no changing station for infants/toddlers and no infant car seat sling holder. There were several purse hooks in the accessibility bathroom. If you're interested in placing to-go orders, you're able to do that with the items that are listed on their menu. The TVs are large and very well lit to see the various menu items. The food comes out quick and accurate. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you're in the Henry County area as a new local spot."
"A friend and I visited a month back on a weekday evening - and boy, it was busy even then. We did get seats fortunately. The place is a vibe with the dim lights and interiors. I found it pretty. We didn't want to have food - we just got beverages and desserts. I got a Mexican hot chocolate and my friend got a Cappuccino. The Mexican hot chocolate was interesting with the cinnamon and chocolate flavors. You must appreciate both to appreciate this. Also, this is a dessert in itself so be mindful while ordering. For desserts, I had ordered a Mississippi Mud pie (I believe that's what it is called - it's essentially a dense and rich chocolate cake) and my friend got the Tiramisu. My dessert ended up getting packed as is because the hot chocolate was a lot. The next day, it tasted alright. Not as decadent as I imagined it to be. The tiramisu is a guaranteed hit. The space is cozy. The price point is okay ish. There's plenty of parking in the area. I just wish they did better with their coffee and beverages. For a cafe, I expect the beverage options to be top-notch. It doesn't impress there."
"My oh my.. it was a late night and someone wanted a milk shake.. so of course most of the usual spots close after 10 but not this one! Glancing over the menu.. wow this is pretty pricey!! $17 for a milkshake.. Must be over the top and high quality ingredients with amazing service? Wrong, it was so much BETTER!! Super extra sky high toppings, even the whipped cream was divine! I ordered the Banana pudding shake.. wow, real bananas and real vanilla wafers.. super sticky and rich caramel. Service was very nice as well. Two young ladies working was doing the best they could, fast as possible. Inside, think PINK!!! so cute inside with such a vibe.. cute wall decor for pictures and videos. They really went out on the decor!Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will be back soon..."
"I always heard about this restaurant but never tried them, but this day I stopped by after work since it was close to my job. I noticed it is basically a bunch of food options then you pick the protein and sides of your choice. As a worker was preparing my plate, she unfortunately did not put on gloves first. Also, all the food did not have any type of lid or covering over it. Which would have been very useful since the worker did not have a mask on and was talking over the food. But I still have them a chance, until I tried the food. The chicken was pretty good, the sauce was a little hot though. And the plantains were perfect. Unfortunately the rice and peas seemed under done and was hard/crunchy. I was just expecting more for $15.99."
"One of my best girls gave me a couple of cake pops from Sweet Cheats when she came into town from Atlanta. They were yummy! Can't comment on service or atmosphere, but friend tells me this is her favorite bakery in the neighborhood. The cake pops were beautifully decorated, with swirls of chocolate and spatters of color. The inside cake was moist and very chocolate-y. The chocolate coating wasn't waxy or any of the usual problems you encounter with that kinda stuff, either, so that was great!I look forward to stopping by when I go to visit in the future! I love single serving desserts and these were really solid. :)"
"Cute little Korean bakery next to Hmart. They have a nice assortment of breads, pastries, coffes/teas. They even have a freezer with King of Pops popsicles. Excellent service."
"Having walked past this place for years, I finally decided to pop in to check it out. The space is quite small but does a good job of giving that quaint European pâtisserie vibe. It being my first time, I asked one of the guys behind the counter for any recommendations or which items he liked. Unfortunately, he was absolutely of zero help in that department and offered no suggestions. Since I'm not a fan of macarons, but I love croissants, I decided to order an Almond Croissant. It was essentially croissant dough folded with almond paste and topped with powdered sugar and it was absolutely delicious! Customer service aside, I would go back just for that Almond Croissant."
"I came here at the beginning of September. Heidi's Heavenly Cookies is tucked away in a business park, but it's easy to find with Waze! Parking was easy to find right in front of the business.I met both Emily and Heidi, and both of them were so nice and answered all of my questions. Based on what both of them said about the flavors and the popularity of the cookies, and, most importantly, what I like, I bought four chocolate chip cookies and four toffee chocolate chip cookies. I didn't mind waiting for them, but when Heidi returned from the production area with a eight cookies, each individually sealed in clear plastic in a clear bag that was very gift-giving worthy, I was so pleased! There were instructions about the cookies on a card included with my cookies. One of the instructions was to either eat the cookies or freeze them within two days, but, since the cookies didn't even last 24 hours after I bought them, I didn't have to worry about that advice. The cookies I bought were perfect! I loved that they weren't too sweet, were on the soft side, were moist, and tasted so good! Even though the chocolate chip cookies were outstanding, the toffee chocolate chip cookies were even better."
