Great wing spot! The customer service was great! There are several TVs for you to catch different games. Overall, I would recommend this spot if you're in the mood for some good wings.

7/10Overall: the wings were yummy and had a lot of sauce which I really enjoyed. We got 24 pc bone-in wings which came with carrot and celery sticks and one order of Cajun fries. The wings were overpowering with flavor. Cajun fries $5.25: 4/5 super crunchy crinkle fries with yummy seasoning. It was enough for 4 people.Garlic parmesan wings: 4/5 my fav flavor, were perfectly cheesy and garlicky and the wings were cooked with a nice crisp. Had a good amount of sauce on them.Hot honey bbq wings: 3.5/5 had a lot of sauce on them and really were hot! it tasted good and had a lot of flavor.Hot garlic wings: 3/5 the garlic was very strong along with a tangy taste. I'm not a huge fan of tangy so it wasn't really my cup of tea. Hot lemon yaki wings: 3/5 also very tangy but you can really taste the teriyaki. Lots of sauce and chicken was cooked perfectly.

$5 for 3 onion rings and no blue cheese. Are you kidding me? wings are tiny, fried properly, but over peppered I won't be calling again

Had takeout wings for the first time here - and they held up great!Wing Cook - The wings were well cooked, not flabby at all and close to crispy.Chicken Quality - The chicken itself was pretty standard quality. The wings were a bit on the small side.Sauces - The sauce was great! They really loaded them with seasoning and sauce which made the wings super flavorful. I'd say the sauce was closer to more of a wet than thick, but they held onto the wings well. I'd recommend the hot lemon pepper.Prices were a little expensive though (close to $30 after taxes for 18 wings). The price for the wing size/quality is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5/5.I would definitely grab takeout from here again, as it's hard to find wings that hold the quality in the car ride.

These guys know their Wings! My first time; lots of "to go" orders flowing through. Amazing onion rings, good tater tots, and the main course wings..!!! We had ranch, medium buffalo with garlic and honey .. ummm the honey flavor...! Outstanding wings! Tropicala on tap. Really great wings.

The service was great. The wings were good and saucy, but small . The fries were not fried fresh and not cheeesy enough with bacon. I asked for onion rings well done but they were burnt and dry. So I recommend ordering them how they are usually cooked. Nice family friendly sports bar. Fruit punch lemonade was delicious

My favorite wings in Atlanta . Prices aren't too bad compared to other places . Number 1 over all other wings spots

After three years of ordering takeout from Wing Factory, my fiancé and I decided to take some friends here to grab a quick meal on a Sunday afternoon. We've had some not-so-good experiences in the past (wrong sauces on wings, wings w/ bone instead of boneless, entirely wrong order, etc.). We've, nonetheless, remained committed customers. Plus, it's the closest wing spot to our home. The five of us decided to eat outside. We kindly asked the waitress if she could turn the fan on outside. The fan, however, was broke. We ordered our food, and I decided to try something different. I ordered the "Steak n' Cheese". The sandwich was a bit dry, so I asked my waitress (when she finally returned) for some mayonnaise. She proceeds to tell me that the establishment, that resides less than 75 feet away from Publix, was out of Mayo and that they've been out of it for awhile. Everyone else had their gripes. One person's bone-in wings were too soggy and undercooked. Another person was disappointed at the five fries they received after having to pay a $1 up-charge to add celery and carrot sticks to their meal. The reason she had so little fries, according to our waitress, was because she paid to add celery and carrot... (Right, someone make it make sense!)These unpleasant circumstances were only amplified by our waitresses inattentive and extremely long breaks between check-ins. We went our entire sitting without any refills. We had to ask for cutlery and straws. And we were met with a "well that's how it is" attitude whenever we pointed out discrepancies. I'm deeply disappointed in the restaurant's mediocre service and overall unpreparedness. On it's best days, the wings here are pretty good. But when they're off, they're really off and it shows. Probably will only ever order take-out again. At least, then, I can reserve my frustrations in private.

Terrible food. My fingers were dipped in a very vinegary "honey bbq" sauce. The potato skins were tasteless. Never had fried portobello mushrooms. (Spoiler: gross) Take my word. Skip it. Save your $40+ and go elsewhere.

8.5/10 (Will come back). $24.00 for 10 piece combo with fries and 20oz Blue Moon. Wings are smaller but cooked perfectly. Crispy outside, juicy meat (pause), and excellent ranch. Ranch here is so fire. Fries were fries nothing crazy. Good fries. Not upset, not thrilled. Had to add salt tho. Sauces: Hot Buffalo, 'Hot Lemon yaki'Service was smooth. Bartender is a chill guy.
