Took an extended lunch from the hospital and stopped by this place. Great vibes and pleasant owner. The specialty Kyoto Ice Drip is an amazing black coffee. Decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking and Wi-Fi unclear from one visit. Will return.

There's nothing you can't find here, it's a cafe, convenience store, and even a little fashion boutique all in one space. Their coffee beverages are excellent - definitely on par with Starbucks, in fact I do believe the majority of their brews are Starbucks,The staff is always on it and their knowledge/memory of regular orders astounds me! The Coffee House is a great place to get your coffee fix. It's located on the lobby level of the 2002 building in the Perimeter Summit office park and it's open to the public!

Recently renovated and reopened, The Coffee House looks a lot more modern, sleek and welcoming. This business is family owned and operated on the ground floor of the 2002 Building at Perimeter Summit. Their main focuses are selling coffee-related items, limited varieties of smoothies, limited types of baked goods, bottled and canned beverages and packaged snacks. They are open to all customers only during the weekdays and they close in the early afternoon. Their prices are very reasonable.I live right across the street from The Coffee House and hadn't returned until earlier this week, when R and I walked over in the morning to get something light to eat and drink. There were eight customers seated, and three other customers in line at the counter waiting to place their orders with the two employees behind the counter. The younger employee, who was all business with no time for being warm and welcoming, was efficient. Near the order counter were three high top tables, each with four tall stools, and, in a corner away from the tables, were some stuffed chairs, some modern wooden chairs, and a loveseat, with some side tables in between. Lots of natural light stream through the floor to ceiling windows, with many light fixtures providing even more light. There are tables outside, some of them with large umbrellas providing shade.R and I sat in the corner on some comfy chairs, waiting for our order to be fulfilled. After about 10 minutes, R picked up my hot chai tea latte and a cheese danish, and his vanilla latte and cranberry scone, and brought them back to where I was sitting. We both thought our lattes and baked goods were very flavorful and delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Located on the first floor of the 2002 building in Perimeter Center, The Coffee House isn't immediately noticeable. There is a deli counter to the left when walking in the front door, so head to the right if you need that caffeine fix. They have all the options you need - hot and cold coffees & teas, smoothies, bagels, muffins, snacks, plus normal "convenience store" goods. The coffee is Seattle's Best and, at least the iced coffee I tried, was good. I'd like to see them use local beans but it sure beats the free hotel room coffee.
