The Cenacle

I'm in the restaurant industry and I understand that with large parties you have to be patient but 2.5 hours to get your food is absurd. If you gave a large party do not come here.

I almost left because they were short staffed and there was a wait. They have limited low table and I am not a fan of the high tops. But I waited and so glad I did. The food and service were A+++. I explained to host my dislike of high tops and once someone left she got us moved. IfYou are one the fence about trying them do it trust me your belly will thank you.

The definition of Southern hospitality is this breakfast and brunch spot right here!!! Hostess Krissy greeted us with the biggest smile and a whisper "Welcome to The Cenacle". She usually greets very boisterously but notice i had my daughter carrying her sleeping newborn. Super sweet. It was thee best experience. The next day my family was looking for a brunch spot and you know where i sent them!! CANNOT and i mean CANNOT wait to get back!!! Do yourself a favor and visit them for the best experience for your tastebuds and your ego!!!

The service was great... My waitress was Shara and she was very helpful and friendly! I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and the Hash Browns casserole plus Coffee. Everything was really good. I just wish waffles were not so moist inside, but they were good. It's a Nice little Breakfast spot.

A very cute and quaint spot in Austell. Was looking for more of a cafe spot and learned they had dine in so we sat for breakfast. I had the chicken & waffles which were decent and a caramel latte w/ oatmilk that was delicious. Sadly the waffle fell a little flat for me. The chicken was flavorful but I was expecting whole wings instead of regular wings. My spouse raved about the cheesy potato casserole which was really good. Our daughter cleaned her plate of French toast and bacon. The space is cute and the customer service was great. Everyone was super welcoming and made us feel comfortable. I look forward to going back and try something new!

The Cenacle is a good little spot to get breakfast/brunch/lunch if you're in South Cobb. You can sit down or order to-go. Service was a bit slow (when we visited we were quick to be seated, but it took about 10 minutes for a server to come over and take our drink order), so just factor that in. This might be an ideal place to go when you aren't in a rush. The food was good once it arrived. Ordered a sandwich and it was tasty and generously portioned. The vibe of the space was relatively relaxed, the hostess was lovely. The server we had did seem a bit disinterested in serving us at the beginning, but she warmed up as the meal progressed.

Love this local spot! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, their peach tea could and should win awards!

I met up with my longtime friend for Sunday brunch. I like this place because it's like a neighborhood diner except it's a charming restaurant in the heart of Austell. They're not terribly crowded and expanded their breakfast hours. The website looks like they open at 12 noon but they start serving at 8:30 AM! I was way too into the meal and conversation so I forgot to snap a photo. I started with a biscuit with jelly, then the veggie omelette that comes with toast. I also got a side of turkey bacon. The bacon could have been cooked crispier but otherwise the meal was good.They're known for their coffees so I'll have to try it next time. The to-go traffic was non-stop so there's something patrons love. They have a great soul food selection as well as breakfast favorites. Unfortunately they don't serve alcohol so the mimosas are virgin. It's charming, service is great and you can pay with your server at the table (wirelessly). I will surely keep this one on the list and visit more frequently.

Best coffee, homemade cakes ,food is impeccable! Service was amazing! The atmosphere gave me a feeling of laid back and relaxed!

My new breakfast spot. Twice this week. Great omelettes. Love the hash brown casserole! And the staff - friendly, professional, and attentive. Will be back to work my way through the menu!
