Strawberry Moon

Loved their happy hour and their decent room of bites ! It's used to be limited but now they are more flexible . I remember when happy hour was on in the pool area then it loved to just the bar .

July 2024 - Came here for brunch. Party of 5.Food/Pricing - The burger was delicious and the cocktails were good. Service/Ambiance - The server seemed overwhelmed and disappeared for about 20 minutes. They had to cover both inside and outside tables. There were other servers but for some reason service overall was still slow.

Very cute ambiance and instagrammable restaurant. However, my friend and I got bad food poisoning from here. We were both down bad for the day after eating here. Don't order seafood or meat dishes. The service was mid. The waiter over charged us for our drink but quickly updated the receipt once advised to. I would try coming here again but definitely terrified to eat their food. I would come for the drinks or party.

Food was delicious, overpriced no doubt but that's because it's in the Good Time hotel. Great if you're staying at the hotel or stopping by for a pool day. We had the French toast and shakshuka. The French toast was overwhelming in a good way. Loved everything about it, but VERY sweet so do not order unless you have a big sweet tooth. Brussels were okay, wouldn't order again.

We go to strawberry moon more than once a month. Living right down the street from this fun and unique spot makes it easy to walk to. We usually like to go to the pool parties on Saturday when they have a live DJ. The drinks are flowing and our favorite, chicken tenders, are served by the kind employees always willing to help out.

Came for the strawberry moon pool party on Saturday (with no room reservation) There wasn't much information online, so I didn't know what to expect prior to going. Basically, be dressed to go to the pool because there's no where to store your stuff unless you get a table or say bed. Tables start at $750 minimum for drinks/food and day beds start at $1000. The drinks are going to be $27 after tip while getting a pitcher was $200 each, so we thought a table was a better deal for our group. Bottles start at $550. This is all before their mandatory gratuity and tax. For food, we just got a place of fries at $24 (most expensive plate of fries I've ever ordered haha) that were well seasoned. Service was pretty attentive but it did take a while for pitchers to come out. As for the "party" aspect, it was pretty packed (probably 75% women), but not a lot of people were dancing- even when the main DJ came on. Most people seemed to leave by 6pm too. Overall, I had a blast. The lower rating is just for how expensive everything was- but that's to be expected for Miami Beach. Great spot for a bach or something tho!

TLDR on brunch; it's super cute but pretty unorganized, especially for a large group, which can kill the vibe. I wanted to love strawberry moon. It has a trendy name, a color palette a girl could love and oozes Miami trendiness. We went for a girls trip brunch and pool party while in town for the weekend. The interior brunch space is absolutely adorable, truly an influencers dream with its light pink and green hews. There's fun frill and art deco features everywhere. Brunch: It took 5-10 mins for our large party to get seated. We sat outside which backs up to the pool area on a raised platform. The music was so loud that our waiter could not hear us and we could not hear her. We had done some sort of group pre-fixe promo, which we had to communicate with the hosts, then the server, then the hosts again and then the server again. So communication was off from the get-go. Ultimately our waiter shared she had fired our apps and they'd be out quickly. Being a girls trip in Miami we were excited to get a round of drinks and start the brunch off right, but unfortunately the waters took awhile and then the apps came and then our waiter took drink orders and semi- disappeared. Bus boys kept bringing additional forks and knives because we were missing some things from the table, but none could help us to get drinks. We downed the apps and sat for quite awhile and then the entrees started trickling out. The first 4 came out, followed by 3 more 5 minutes later. It took about 20 minutes for the whole table of 12 to get their food. By the time the last entrees came the first people were finished and we still hadn't gotten drinks. We ended up getting our drinks shortly thereafter and as they were dropped ordered another round. The second round came out quickly but somehow we had already been there 2.5 hours (mind you that apps were pre fixed and came out in the 1st 10 mins - truly before the number of waters debacle was settled). We were told that dessert was going to come shortly but we decided to get the check. We just wanted to get up to the pool party. I ended up explaining this to the staff, who graciously gave us a discount but the disorganization had kind of gotten our party down. The food was actually tasty though, and prettily plated.Pool party: only small bags allowed, still not sure what that means but everyone in my group only brought a small purse plus one empty reusable bag for our clothes while we got in the pool. The space is crowded. Full on Vegas pool party vibes with cleaner water. Surprisingly the bar staff churned, we never really had to wait that long despite the crowd. Nowhere to sit unless you pay for cabanas (not sure if chairs cost but if not they definitely fill early). We ended up stuffing our stuff up against a wall in a pile on the ground, because all space was taken. The DJ was great. The water was actually cold but it was February so a lot of people sat on the pool edge. Great space, really cute, not as big as Vegas pools Wish the capacity was lower but get they have to make $. Also the routes to the bathroom were pure idiocy and dependent upon what security person was standing where. I exited on the pool space edge and walked up the ramp to be told I had to go back into the pool space and come out basically 15 ft from where I was. This happened twice, but flip the directions. Oh well.

Location: South Beach. Washington Avenue. Very close from ocean drive.Ambiance: Inside the goodtime hotel.Located at the 3rd floor. Outdoor and indoor seating. Nice place to take a date.Food: The best that you can get. When people go to South Beach I always recommend to stay away from ocean drive or Collins avenue. Just adventure out 1 or 2 blocks and you can get excellent food with good price.In this restaurant all the ingredients were fresh.Just deliciousService: Excellent

We came to strawberry moon for brunch, as a starter we had hummus which was good. The pita bread was soft and warm. For our main dishes we had the chicken kebab which had little to not flavor. Additionally my husband and cousin got the chicken shawarma, they said it was fine; however it was not outstanding. I personally had the falafel Benedict which I barely touched it was soooo badd. I could not eat it. The texture was not good,neither the flavor. Worst eggs Benedict I have ever had. We thought the place was very cute and the service was good . But I did not like the food at all.

I love coming to strawberry moon for a pool party. They are lot's of fun. The entrance for the pool party is located in the alley. This is my favorite pool party that is located on the beach. The inside of the hotel is beautiful as well.
