All the happy hour drinks tasted the same, I wasn't a fan of any of them. I'd recommend just ordering a regular drink off the menu. The ceviche was delicious I loved it with the sweet potato crisps and it's a good portion for happy hour. I really didn't need anything else to snack on. This is a cool swanky place in midtown, I'd recommend if you want a more intimate setting.

So hit or miss, and there were quite a few of both. Cafetera Old Fashioned: missRum was a bad idea, and if you have cigar bitters and coffee reduction why are you overpowering it with cherries and too many orange slices? Mixology failPina colada: hit (kinda)First glass ordered a virgin, was so delicious got one with rum and the woah rum was awful and spoiled it.. if you order one also state your rum brand, I wish I'd thought to ask what rum was in our drinks cuz it was just bad.Octopus Grillado; missWas overcooked so a bit chewy and smelled very fishyPork Ragu Bites: hitSo delicious we ordered another, highly recommend!Gorgonzola Pea Ravioli: hitReally delicious, unusual combinations of flavours and textures that were wonderful togetherDelmonico Ribeye: serious failFor $62 I expect an amazing cut and preparation and this was neither. Our medium rare steak was barely medium and the meat was kinda stringy?! The flavour was good but the meat was not, I would be a little disappointed at $25... this was shameful.Don't expect significant vegetables here, that may be a pro or a con for you. They gave us free mixed shots at the end (odd timing) but they were so strong with grapefruit that half of us left them on the table. The ambiance here is great and we could hear ourselves talk.. I guess once you know what to order this is a good spot for a drink and an app but I am the only one in my party who would go back.

Spanglish is a vibrant gem in Miami's cocktail scene. The bar's atmosphere is electric, with a perfect blend of Latin flair and modern sophistication. The decor is visually stunning, and the music creates a lively ambiance that invites you to stay and enjoy. The cocktail menu is a delightful exploration of flavors, showcasing the bartenders' creativity and expertise. The presentation of each drink is a work of art, making the entire experience a feast for the senses. While I thoroughly enjoyed the overall ambiance and most of the drinks, there were a few minor hiccups. For instance, my Sidecar could have benefited from the classic sugar rim, which adds a delightful sweetness to balance the tartness of the cocktail. Additionally, expanding the spirit selection would undoubtedly elevate the bar's offerings, allowing for even greater cocktail diversity.Despite these minor points, Spanglish is undoubtedly a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts. It's a place where you can savor exceptional drinks, immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere, and experience the best of Miami's nightlife.

I really wanted to love this place but I felt it was over just ok. Some of the items are really delicious while others are just ok. There seemed to only be one server for the entire restaurant. The cocktails are excellent, so maybe stop in for a drink and an app.

Great happy hour! We stopped in after work and ordered a few rounds of drinks and various happy hour snacks - our favorites include: ceviche, timba frita, the margaritas and daiquiris! For a Thursday evening, we pretty much had the place to ourselves - which was awesome! Cute interior design with various murals & designs in the walls. The staff were very patient and were quick to bring out our food.

This place was wild lol They were blowing nitrous oxide over the bar like we were at a club while we were eating. It felt like a fever dream. I'll give them points because it wasn't TOO loud. I could hear my friends talk and didn't feel like I was shouting. The drinks were good, but they seemed to be out of a lot of different things we ordered. I think the photos online make the place look cooler than it is in person. Spanglish hit the mark on craft cocktails, but the vibe of the venue doesn't match. You can tell they're trying to be the up and coming birthday dinner spot. They're verging a little more along the lines of Senor Frogs, but with quality fare.

The drinks were well made. The food was fresh and was well made as well although it did lack seasoning. The ceviche mixto was honestly a let down. The temp was lukewarm when its suppose to be cold. The ceviche as well lacked much seasoning. Was essentially raw fish in mildly spicy water. The environment was a vibe to say the least. I did wish there was a little bit more lighting as it seemed almost too dark and I understand it's a speakeasy but a little more luminating light would be nice. Color scheme was nice as well. Seats could be more well organized. I feel like the seats, especially the corner booths were not really meant for dining or even drinking. The inside was also very warm. Although I do understand that the restaurant has their door open for incoming guests, I feel also having enough ventilation and a/c is also important for the customers experience. It was overall an okay experience. Would I go out of my way to visit again? No.

I would highly recommend this spot for drinks. The bartender was friendly and accomodating. The vibe was cute for a Saturday night. The place feels hidden because it's hard to find (directly next to, basically connected to Grails in an abandoned looking building). A nice surprise when walking inside and seeing a bustling simply decorated but colorful interior.Came for dinner on a Saturday night. Ended up only getting drinks. One member of my party had food preferences (i.e. does not eat beef, pork and minimal seafood) that the small menu was not friendly for. The menu is very small - there are a total of 3 entrees. The entire menu is absent of chicken items altogether, which is still surprising. Be sure to closely look at the dinner menu before arriving and share it with all who would be planning to dine. Learned the hard way this is not a place to surprise someone with. Our reservation was for 7pm. We made several attempts throughout the day to change it to 8pm but the phone is not attended. The host was very accomodating for our group of 5 when we arrived, so he made space for us at the bar to have drinks while waiting.I do look forward to returning for drinks. Feels like a chill way to spend an enjoyable Saturday night.
