Shake Shack West Midtown

Pulled up here to meet my cousins for a fun Saturday Burger and Shakes. We were excited about the Peach Milkshakes. Located off Howell Mill I opted for the Valet parking. Right across from the Shake Shack. Ordering was easy. They have kiosks.. but because the Peach Milkshakes were out we couldn't complete our order on the kiosks..We had our hearts set on that Peach milkshake .We ordered at the counter. I got Strawberry shake instead. I ordered the Shack burger with cheese and bacon.. it was nothing to brag about, it had a ok flavor. Strawberry shake tasted like Vanilla and they threw a strawberry in. We sat outside on the patio. It was cool until I felt the bugs biting. I probably was just being paranoid. One of the managers came out and asked how everything was. We voiced our opinion about the Peach shakes. He offered apologies.. they didn't think they would sell out like that . Insert my twisted lip and sarcastic remark.. " Peach Shakes . In the Peach State of Georgia .. you didn't think they'd sell that quickly, REALLY" They do allow your fur babies (dog) on the patio. I probably won't be back anytime soon. You go and judge for yourself.

Shame on you! My burger was thin, over cooked and not satisfying. You've got too big and lost your quality!

Wow, where in the world is "Yeah Burger?" Why are we being nostalgic, but also how in the world did an amazing local restaurant turn into this attempt to barely make a burger?As the takeover of Atlanta is ongoing by major chains wanting to buy out prime real estate, Shake Shack is one of the latest depressive examples. Taking over a pandemic distressed local restaurant, that simply did not have the funds to run along, Shake Shack owned over the place, hired people to pay minimum wage without any discussion for talent and turned it into what's mostly, a disaster.Granted, the crew here tries hard to keep the place clean. Yet, the level of disorganization is extreme. It sits somewhere between an airport restaurant and an attempt of a meal. Meals take a long, very long time to prepare. Restrooms are an attempt to be clean. Kitchen is a wild place. Everything is one step away from disaster. Burgers are mediocre and inconsistent, at times overcooked.Perhaps, one of the sad examples where local businesses get taken over by large companies, hire people who should be working at Wendy's and create meals that are deeply deprived of soul.

Highly recommend this location if you want an unapologetically burnt hot dog!!! I got takeout and didn't think to look at my hot dog. My order also took forever to come out. Now I see why! They were too busy charring my hot dog!

Check your food y'all...got served a moldy hotdog last time I went. Love shake shack but this location never fails to mess up or forget some part of my order.

Perfect location, delicious food, awesome service. Clean restaurant and restrooms! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed some shack burgers and chicken sandwiches with shack lemonade. It hits the spot every time! The restaurant is super cute and trendy. I love all of the tile detail on the walls and neon signs. Plenty of tables and seating inside.There was some parking available directly outside but we chose to park in the public parking garage across the street using Park Mobile.

While the burger and fries were good, the parking is too inconvenient. There is no dedicated parking, and the restaurant doesn't validate parking. So if you're coming here to pick up a to-go order, it's fine. But I would not recommend this location for a sit-down meal.

I was staying across the street and needed a quick lunch before I checked out and headed to the airport. I ordered via the app and my food was ready to pick up at the pick up window a few short minutes later. Food was good and up to the standard Shake Shack standard. It also really hit the spot, as I was getting really hungry.

We came here to grab frozen custard. I initially got chocolate because it's my favorite but it was very grainy ( not smooth) so I asked to switch it to plain vanilla, which was much creamier. I'll return to try out the food.

This feedback is all about clean standards.Yesterday, while dining in your restaurant, I wrote this review. Staff member in the kitchen had no hair net over their hair that was at least 10" tall; stacked high. No hair net? That is SO nasty I could barely eat my Shack Burger. I addressed this with the manager who had rung me up and brought my order to my table. When she stepped away she looked in the kitchen saw what I had observed. immediately turned to me and gave me a thumbs up and agreed I was correct.Within 4 minutes, a man walked through the restaurant at 3:20 with his dog off the leash and spent time in the men's room. Then he walked past me again and the manager definitely saw him.You all are batting a 1000 at this point with making my meal appetizing!!!!!The manager then returns to my table with a Shake free card. I told her about a dog inside the restaurant and she discounted the dog being inside the restaurant. "No big deal"I can no longer visit this Shake Shack location on Howell Mill Road in WSP. The one in Buckhead across from Brown and Company Jewelry store is where I usually go. Eating at Shake Shack is a rare occurrence since you have raised your prices SO high.Your location in WSP 1168 Howell Mill Rd is poorly managed!. FILTHY Practices!!!! The Manager gave me a free pass. Thank you. It want be used at this location under any circumstance!!
