Shake Shack Westfield Oakridge

Found myself at Oakridge Mall for the first time in years with time to kill. I was craving a hot dog, so checked out the food court and saw that Shake Shack had them. I'd heard good things about Shake Shack, so decided to give them a try. You have to order from a screen on the counter, and then they text you when your order is ready. I ordered two hot dogs and a Coke, and they texted me a few minutes later. The hot dogs were split down the middle and nicely caramelized. The bun was nice and soft. I removed a star because there didn't seem to be a way to add toppings, except for the ketchup bottle on the counter. I would have like mustard and chopped onions, but it tasted pretty good plain.

My son and I have been here a couple time and enjoy the food.I use the kiosk to place our order. Since you put in your phone number, you will receive a confirmation and a text when your order is ready.I got the Avocado Bacon Chicken. It was very good, and the chicken was thick!My son got two grilled cheese sandwiches which he enjoyed. (Since they're kinda small is why he got two.)Since it's in the food court, it's generally packed; but the workers are very efficient with cleaning up when patrons are done to free up open tables.

Awesome edition to the Westfield Oakridge Mall food court!! While Shake Shack isn't easily accessible to myself, I was happy to take advantage of its offering at Oakridge. I'm not sure when they actually opened up but I'm sure glad they did. I made the purchase of: -DOUBLE SHACKBURGER w/ CHEESE [requested for cheese on the side] -CRINKLE CUT FRIESMy requests were followed to a T. The crinkle cut fries just taste that much MORE delicious due to its infamous wavey grooves. The burger was juicy, filling, and absolutely satisfying in each and every way. 5/5 Stars.

Ordered through their app. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. It was ready in 5 minutes. The sandwich was delicious, hot and fresh. The young lady helping face excellent customer service. I ate in the food court seating area and it was very clean. I will be back next time I'm in the mall.

Truffle burger was the best and everything I could have hoped and dreamed of ,, came out perfect and the people working here are nice and normal !!!!

I was definitely surprised with the outcome of this burger! Very good and delicious Well proportioned! Juicy and so fulfilling! And the chocolate shake tasted very good! This would be a perfect indulgence meal once in awhile!

Finally got the chance to try this place at my local Oakridge mall. My family and I got here around 2:30 pm and there wasn't much of a line. We got 2 baskets of fries, a Golden State Burger, a cheeseburger, and a chicken shack burger. The wait was about 10-15 minutes, which wasn't busy at all. The fries were crispy but wished there was more salt. My family enjoyed their burgers. My sister said it was very filling and my mom really enjoyed her chicken burger and meat quality. I liked my burger but I still enjoy in n out more.

Easy and free parking and lots of seating in food court made this an easy option to explore. I was pleasantly surprised to see just 2-3 people waiting in line ahead of me in this line. Our order arrived in less than 10 mins.In $20, we got:- chicken shack burger with pickles & lettuce 4/5- decent and definitely an upgrade from popeyes or chickfila- lemonade 3/5- too sugary and not freshly squeezed- fries - salty and crinkle cut fries with ketchup - 3.5/5 nothing amazing but decent and paired well with the lemonadeI felt this meal didnt serve its purpose at $20 and felt expensive. I wish they added some more hot sauce/ side sauce options.-

I can not tell you how excited I was to get shake shack at Oakridge mall. I really like their chicken sandwiches but their burgers are awesome. My weakness is when they have seasonal milkshakes. The only thing that could be better is their fries. To me they always seem soggy and tasteless. The people who work here are always warm and welcoming. They have a prime spot near the doors of the food court near the movie theater with a nice big storefront. From what I can see they're clean and organized. I look forward to going back.

I don't usually eat at Shake Shack, but I went yesterday because I saw they had a promo for a free shake with a $10 minimum purchase. You can use code FAVESHAKE to get a free shake if you spend at least $10 in person or when you order for online pickup (see their website for details). * Avocado bacon chicken: 3/5It was okay. This burger was over $10 so I was expecting more. The chicken is much smaller than the rest of the burger, so I was left with a lot of bun/lettuce and no chicken. It was kind of salty. It wasn't bad overall but it's definitely not worth almost $11. * Non-dairy chocolate shake: 3/5I got it for free with the promo code. I wouldn't spend over $7 on this otherwise. The flavor was okay, but the consistency was very liquid and not like a shake should be. The texture was almost like chocolate milk, not a shake. Not sure why it was so liquid because I picked up my order immediately after it was done-- it wasn't like it had been sitting out so long that it melted. Overall okay experience. I probably won't come back since just a chicken burger and a shake would have been $20 without the promo code I used.
