Meat Factory Food Truck

Oh my hidden gem...I've been meaning to find good schwarma and honestly thought Falaffel Stop was a 10/10. Meatfactory is an 11/10.Gadi has mastered the spices and herbs to a level I thought wasn't possible. I made sure to grab a 2nd order because I felt so bad eating something so good without my wife.I love the chill ambiance and come as you are vibe too.

Been there twice, once when they were traveling close to my home and once at his main San Jose location. owner makes his own hot sauce, probably one of the best falafel in pitas I've had outside of Israel. I've also tried the shawarma and Moroccan shish-kabab, all worth the travel. they give you sample fries while waiting and plenty of pickled sides. outdoor seating at the SJ location.I hope to make it down there again soon.

Wow! I was just innocently getting a car wash .... But the most amazing smells kept distracting me! I had to get up and walk over to check out what food truck this was. I did not plan on buying anything ( tons of groceries at home) but the owner was so kind and kept making me try samples ( twist my arm) I ended up buying the chicken plate. Wow!!! The flavors of the hummus , tomato salad and tahini sauce mixed with the generous amount of chicken and rice ..... DELICIOUS! I will be back with my family.

*SO* DELICIOUS!!! The turkey schwarma, chicken thigh, and kebabs were AMAZING. The team was welcoming, gracious, generous, and not just with the paying customers--Chef Gadi was seen sneaking away from his food truck to bring food to a hungry needy person. It feels good to support a small business run by people who have a heart full of love for others and passion for what they do, and to relish those good feelings inside with food that tastes SO GOOD. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the way it should be Great flavors and good quality. Made fresh while you wait. Didn't see anything frozen or premade.

The best falafel and shawarma I've had. Authentic and freshly made with a friendly staff.

Great food, wonderful service and there is seating available. We had shawarma in pita and a pargiyot plate, it was very fresh and tasty. We will be back!

The Owner/chef was very kind and generous. The food was also delicious and healthy. There is a small table you can sit at, but we opted to eat in our car. Definitely will be back.
