The owner lady is this nice Taiwanese lady who drags her retired and reluctant husband to work every day. Poor guy, great health and food but so ready to die. LOL. Anyway, the food is enjoyable. I mainly order the noodle dishes as I can make everything else myself easily. It's nice to kick it here with my dog and a book in the post lunch quiet."

"Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!"

"My partner and I decided to grab dessert for our 5 year anni and we have driven past Cauldron sooo frequently, but have never tried it. We arrived around 7pm and it was pretty busy! There weren't any seats available aside from outside and there was a family in front of us, but after we ordered several became available. The ordering process was easy enough--there was a large screen where you could pick what you would like. It seems that there's a number/name system they operate by--they call out a number and then a name. We ordered a churro puffle, a S'more milkshake with marshmallow puff topping (+$1) and a Sun Moon & Stars milkshake with a shot of espresso added. While waiting for our order we were given a free puffle! Our drinks were phenomenal, watching my order being made was an awesome experience because everything is truly made fresh to order, my only critique was regarding the churro puffle, I'd love the for cinnamon sugar to be evenly distributed throughout the puffle rather than sprinkled on top."

The lady manning the counter was super friendly and efficent. Popcorn Chicken: nicely fried bits of chicken that had a good crunch and good breading to meat ratio. The sauce added a nice punch. The hot here is not that very hot. For reference to my palate it was about the same as a Medium at Dave's Hot Chicken which made its presence felt but did not overwhelm the chicken. My son also ordered the coconut green waffle but I did not taste it. Ample parking and as many reviewers have noted right across the street from Costco."

My go-to orders: ShackStack, 'Shroom Burger, and Chicken Shack. If I'm being picky - they are pretty inconsistent with timing. Sometimes it will take 5-10 minutes for my food to come out. Other times, it will take 20-30 minutes! It really varies. Staff are always friendly though."

"This will likely be my last visit to this Shake Shack. After four tries, it's time to share my experience. I still remember my first visit during the pandemic. My friend and I ordered through the app while standing right outside. It was straightforward--place your order, get an estimated pick-up time, and check the monitors to see when it's ready. We waited a long time, but our names never appeared. When we asked an employee about our order, the woman rudely told us that if our name wasn't on the screen, our order wasn't ready. We ended up asking another employee, who was able to locate our food, but the experience left us with a negative first impression. As for the food on the 3 previous visits, I've always thought the burgers were just okay--nothing exceptional. Every burger I've had here has been lukewarm at best, never hot and fresh.Tonight's order was particularly disappointing. I got the ShackBurger and a frozen custard (vanilla & chocolate). The burger was a mess--sloppy assembly with tomatoes sliding out, a pickle against the cardboard box, and a sad, wilted lettuce leaf between the top bun and cheese. The buns were flat, and once I reassembled the burger, it looked so unappetizing. As usual, the burger was lukewarm with a soggy, flat bun. It wasn't worth the $7.99 as I was still hungry afterward. The only bright spot was the frozen custard.Another annoying detail: despite checking the box for napkins, they never include them, and I always have to ask. I've had great experiences at Shake Shacks on the East Coast, but this location consistently disappoints."

Walking inside is a little like going back in time with its glowing neon sign, old-stye diner seating, and stainless steel backsplashes behind the counter. Nothing about the food is old though!Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with care. I stopped in for lunch and ordered a mushroom burger and macaroni salad. The mushroom burger was hot, tasty, and filled with fresh crunchy produce. It was a tasty and very filling, but the macaroni salad really stood out. It was filled with large firm noodles, mayonnaise, gree pepper, celery, parsley, eggs, carrots, sweet relish, onion, celery salt, and mustard. I think you can see from all the ingredients, they put a lot of effort into the dish. It was much better than anything I've had in recent memory. They also offer a variety of pies, ice cream, shakes, and sudaes for a cool treat during those hold palo alto summers. Well, after ordering I made a quick detour to the restroom, and my food was ready by the time I got back. That was during a fairly busy lunch period, so the staff was working hard to get those orders out. They also keep the restaurant clean, shelves stocked, and well organized. If you're reading this, I hope you already there, or on your way. It's a fun place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon treat!"

I tend to prefer sweet drinks, so the Honey Latte and any of the Ube drinks are up my alley. I don't have any complaints about this place because their small serving is pretty big in my opinion. A small is $8-something, which I think is super worth.Service has been good every time I've gone, so I don't have any complaints about that. My only complaint is that the pricing for the misc things like a cone and toppings is a little too much... if they lowered that I would probably have a better experience so I could try more things.My bf recommend their smoothies as well! I'd heard good things about Shake Shack, so decided to give them a try. You have to order from a screen on the counter, and then they text you when your order is ready. I ordered two hot dogs and a Coke, and they texted me a few minutes later. The hot dogs were split down the middle and nicely caramelized. The bun was nice and soft. I removed a star because there didn't seem to be a way to add toppings, except for the ketchup bottle on the counter. I would have like mustard and chopped onions, but it tasted pretty good plain."

"My friend and I went to go get dessert after watching "strangeworld". I did not really enjoy the movie in my opinion but after the movie I was hungry. We ended up going to this place because they had star shaped beignet. The beignet we ordered was not star shaped. The beignet ended up being huge square shaped, doughy, powdered and delicious. We ordered the 12 piece with a scoop of ice cream. The total was about 16$ which is expensive but the beignets tasted pretty dang good. It was fluffy, sugary and warm. Similar to a croissant heated in the microwave for 30 seconds, but way better. It melts in your mouth and has a soft texture. Then again we got it fresh. My friend and I enjoyed it and would not mind coming back to order more in the future. I definitely have this place on my radar. Other people came in and ordered after us so it had to be pretty good. It was sort of crowded after 10pm at night on a wednsday. They had plenty of other things on the menu but they are know. For the beignets and I wouldn't risk getting anything else. The sign outside doesn't match the name but the window is transparent and you are able to see the real name of the place when peaking through the glass."
