"I'm an empanada fan, but I'm also a real picky one. In fact, I'm more often disappointed​ than not. But man, these were amazing! Really loved the dough! It's not thick and doughy. It's on the thinner side, yet substantial enough to contain all that delicious filling. The filling to dough ratio is also on point too. They're not large, but honestly, I don't like those massive overstuffed ones with the filling to dough ratio all off. My favorite was the beef, but the pork and peppers and chicken ones are also great. They're all super tasty without being overly salted. Literally,​ keep your eyes​ out for a little red window. That's where they're taking orders and operating inside a small kiosk. No tables or seating. Just strictly take out from a little red window. So cute! They're not exactly inexpensive at $6.00 each, but they really are good, and some of the best in the Bay!TIP: Frozen empanadas are also available to take and bake at home. I wish I had picked some up!"

"I came in to H mart with my friends to check out the food court. It was very crowded with all the tables basically taken. They have seats to eat in for people eating there and the restaurants surrounding. It is good that they have. A system that calls out where the food you ordered came from and a number is on the screen. When I saw the Chicken Wing place, I was gravitated to order their Ginger and Honey Wings. I asked the cashier which one was best or she liked and she said it depends on your taste on whether you like it dried or with sauce. I opted for with sauce which was the 8 wings for $16.99. It was pricey for the amount of wings but it was a good amount when I saw it. It was piping hot when I got it. But when I tasted it I was a disappointed because the flavor was there and tender but the wings were not crunchy. If they were, it would have been a good crunchy fried chicken.I am not sure if I would come back to buy the chicken."

It's perfectly flavored - umami, spicy, and spicy! Not to mention, the wings were still slightly crispy. I also ordered the chili cheese fries. My first time trying it ever and I actually liked it. The fries were coated and still crispy. Fire Wings is definitely worth trying (again and again)."

I would definitely come back again for their Malai Paneer. Large size was quite large, was pretty full after eating 3 large slices. I wish I took a picture but Service was great. "Curry Pizza house! Had recently tried the San Mateo one. I later started craving it, so I ordered from the Redwood City one to be delivered to a holiday party. Very easy to order online.I ordered 2 large pizzas, one Malai Chicken and one vegetarian Malai Paneer, alongside lemon pepper wings. Again, the vegetarian one had so much more flavor than the chicken one! I liked that the Paneer pizza was consistently tasty from location to location. My friends also all enjoyed the Paneer one. Delivery was good; I scheduled it for noon and they came at noon. I would also get text updates about my order. Pizza arrived hot (I think via DoorDash).All in all, would highly recommend their vegetarian pizzas."

I preferred the BBQ chicken as the butter chicken was very rich in spices but a tad dry. The Mango Habanero Wings we ordered in the side was perfect, the sauce was a great balance between sweet and spicy and the chicken meat was tender and moist. Was a little messy, so be sure to bring wet tissues or finger gloves like the ones they had in Ktown LA and in Korea.Store was quite empty on a Monday afternoon for late lunch but it was nice to have such a large space to ourselves where we could talk comfortably without shouting over loud music and people. "Dang these wings are excellent. I ordered buffalo (extra crispy), Nashville (hot), and Hot Honey Crunch and they were all not only perfectly cooked, awesome in flavor, and absolutely enormous but they also arrived hot and crispy via delivery! These may be my new favorite SF wings. Prices are reasonable, about $9/5 wings. I also got the Loaded Nashville Fries (xtra hot) and I loved the combination of flavors. I'd say the Nashville tenders are even better than the Nashville wings. Even though I'm a spice fiend and would try all the spicy items hotter next time (considering scorpion and reaper!), my favorite wings were shockingly the Hot Honey Crunch. As a person who never goes for sweet tinged wings, I was shocked at how awesome and well balanced these were. Great experience, will definitely be a repeat customer!"

"I kept driving past this place and had it on my "to try" list for a long time before checking it out. Then we actually ate from here three times before I decided to post my review. The first time we ate here, we tried their wings. I loved that they had buffalo for hubby and sweet and sour (Asian inspired) for me. We arrived around 3p and surprised when they fried our wings fresh for us. A line started right after she started our order, but since it was only one person working, everyone seemed pretty patient. Still, we felt that the alternative, KFC nearby, had the same service, but at least here we were supporting small business, and better food!The sides were fine- red beans and rice a little overcooked, potato wedges were fine. But the honey glazed and blueberry biscuits were soooo good!!! Almost like muffins.The second and third times we came, we got the breakfast sandwiches. But the ones we got are not on the Krispy Krunchy Chicken menu. These were Latin inspired. We've had the Jamon, chorizo and lingunisa. Each sandwich comes on a Dutch crunch roll with a slice of queso fresco, lettuce, tomato and pickled jalapeño. In case you are wondering, my hubby watched as they cooked the scrambled egg in a perfect flat rectangle and heated up the meat. Soooo good!Next time we are trying the fried chicken, fish and jambalaya."

"There are a couple slices houses along Haight, but this one is my favorite. I dream about their potato garlic pizza. It's also the perfect snack when you've done the circuit of shops along Haight St. It's a generous slice for about $6-8. Not a meal, but the best snack this side of Haight. Classic NY style flat pizza. Their pepperoni and mushroom slices are also excellent. Service is fast and efficient and the staff are always friendly. Shop is clean, with some great memorabilia on the walls, especially a sweet note from some kids who used to go to EFNY as students, who are now grown (keep an eye out for it)! Note that they do charge for to-go boxes, so I personally always prepare to eat it there. It's best enjoyed hot anyway!"

The upstarts is usually open when there are big games. I have to say when I went back for SantaCon it was pretty great. Not even a block away from the square."

We've also tried just their pepperoni pizza and it was a bit salty with just pepperoni since they load up on toppings. It needed the pineapple to balance it out. We've also tried their home fries which are potato wedges. The flavor is okay, but it could be fried more/more batter. We'd probably skip this in the future. I'd try other pizza toppings in the future and their cheese/garlic bread and wings, but the pineapple and pepperoni pizza is our go-to!"

The parking meter only charge $1/hour, you need to know your space number.The server was quite attentive and fast although one was running at the time.All the sandwiches are about $20 with fries or salads. I had the spicy chicken which's quite good. The fries are excellent, very tasty. The zucchini is a must with ranch dressing, everyone loved them.Burgers, quesadilla, steak are all great.
