"I'm an empanada fan, but I'm also a real picky one. In fact, I'm more often disappointed than not. But man, these were amazing! Really loved the dough! It's not thick and doughy. It's on the thinner side, yet substantial enough to contain all that delicious filling. The filling to dough ratio is also on point too. They're not large, but honestly, I don't like those massive overstuffed ones with the filling to dough ratio all off. My favorite was the beef, but the pork and peppers and chicken ones are also great. They're all super tasty without being overly salted. Literally, keep your eyes out for a little red window. That's where they're taking orders and operating inside a small kiosk. No tables or seating. Just strictly take out from a little red window. So cute! They're not exactly inexpensive at $6.00 each, but they really are good, and some of the best in the Bay!TIP: Frozen empanadas are also available to take and bake at home. I wish I had picked some up!"
"Decent pizza for the price & that this place is open until 5am. Pizza could have been MUCH warmer considering that it's less than a mile from my hotel. But delivery was faster than expected so can't complain."

"Great casual dinner and desserts place that closes pretty late compared to other restaurants in this area. Whenever I craved glutinous rice balls filled with sesame, I come here. They seem to have a bit more variety here on HK-style snacks than other places. Although known more for desserts, they also have a limited savory menu.Located on 7th Ave between Geary and Clement."
"I came in to H mart with my friends to check out the food court. It was very crowded with all the tables basically taken. They have seats to eat in for people eating there and the restaurants surrounding. It is good that they have. A system that calls out where the food you ordered came from and a number is on the screen. When I saw the Chicken Wing place, I was gravitated to order their Ginger and Honey Wings. I asked the cashier which one was best or she liked and she said it depends on your taste on whether you like it dried or with sauce. I opted for with sauce which was the 8 wings for $16.99. It was pricey for the amount of wings but it was a good amount when I saw it. It was piping hot when I got it. But when I tasted it I was a disappointed because the flavor was there and tender but the wings were not crunchy. If they were, it would have been a good crunchy fried chicken.I am not sure if I would come back to buy the chicken."
"Solid good burger. If you are craving a burger this is the spot. I got the western burger without bbq sauce and it was delicious.Like any good burger you're going to enjoy you need to eat it fresh when it's handed to you. I live so close I will probably never make a burger at home again.Went on a Friday for lunch and they had plenty of seating and the food came quick.Chefs kiss*"
"tried the pop up at gai chicken and rice, and quite enjoyed the crispy chicken salad. huge portion, flavorful with the coleslaw and bbq sauce, and the chicken was seasoned well"
"I'm a bit selective when it comes to my wings. I like them to be saucy, but not wet because the wings end up being soggy. But not Fire Wings' wings. I ordered the Saigon wings and the Dragon wings. It's perfectly flavored - umami, spicy, and spicy! Not to mention, the wings were still slightly crispy. I also ordered the chili cheese fries. My first time trying it ever and I actually liked it. The fries were coated and still crispy. Fire Wings is definitely worth trying (again and again)."
"Came here with friends on a week night and they were doing a special at the time. We were able to try multiple pizza flavors. Half and half on large (only) pizzas. We tried:MEAT: CHICKEN TIKKA & BUTTER CHICKEN VEGGIE: MALAI PANEER & ALOO GHOBIThe chicken pizza was good but actually I enjoyed the vegetarian pizza more! My favorite of the four flavors was the Malai Paneer, which had a slightly sweet flavor. The Aloo Ghobi was tasty but a bit spicy for my liking. I would definitely come back again for their Malai Paneer. Large size was quite large, was pretty full after eating 3 large slices. I wish I took a picture but Service was great. Explained the menu when we had questions. Very casual dining area. Not too large, with a few tables. I would be curious see how it tastes if I got it for take-out bc having the pizza fresh is usually preferred."
"Curry Pizza house! Had recently tried the San Mateo one. I later started craving it, so I ordered from the Redwood City one to be delivered to a holiday party. Very easy to order online.I ordered 2 large pizzas, one Malai Chicken and one vegetarian Malai Paneer, alongside lemon pepper wings. Again, the vegetarian one had so much more flavor than the chicken one! I liked that the Paneer pizza was consistently tasty from location to location. My friends also all enjoyed the Paneer one. Delivery was good; I scheduled it for noon and they came at noon. I would also get text updates about my order. Pizza arrived hot (I think via DoorDash). All in all, would highly recommend their vegetarian pizzas."
"Tom yum soup was a bit too much of tomato flavor instead of the lemongrass fragrant taste. Pad See Ew is Drunken Noodles and was adorned. They didn't use Asian broccoli but regular broccoli for this dish, otherwise, it would have been above notch. One has to ask for their spicy peppers and it complemented well with this dish along with other dishes.Green Curry was yum! Pineapple fried rice was spot on. Casual hole in the wall kind of spot with waitress service and the decor is hipster meets Thai. Great grab if one is craving Thai around here."
"Very flavorful pizza, a friend and I got the large half½ pizza and ordered the butter chicken and BBQ chicken toppings. I preferred the BBQ chicken as the butter chicken was very rich in spices but a tad dry. The Mango Habanero Wings we ordered in the side was perfect, the sauce was a great balance between sweet and spicy and the chicken meat was tender and moist. Was a little messy, so be sure to bring wet tissues or finger gloves like the ones they had in Ktown LA and in Korea.Store was quite empty on a Monday afternoon for late lunch but it was nice to have such a large space to ourselves where we could talk comfortably without shouting over loud music and people. If you've craving a unique fusion pizza with a spicy kick, look no further! I'd definitely come back to try the tikka masala pizza and more of their chicken wing flavors too!"
"That was some yummy fried chicken. It's definitely on my go-to list for fast food if I'm in the neighborhood"

Great people. Great pizza. If you're intoxicated they will save your life. The owner Adele is a very welcoming person. If you want to dip out off the streets this is the place to go. Add Ajmal on Facebook because he is the chillest Indian I have ever met. Omg.. Danish it rich, but Ajman is rich in friendship. F.Y.I. Don't feed the homeless, it's not the safest area and this isn't welfare

Kowloon will always have a special place in my heart. I've been coming here since I was a little girl. I remember the late nights with my cousins, driving all the way from across the city just to eat here. I loved their waffle sundae. I've revisited not too long ago on a weekend afternoon just to check out their happy hour menu from 5pm - 7pm everyday. they are known for their Hong Kong style snacks - particularly the popcorn chicken, curry fish balls, egg puffs, salt and pepper wings and pork chop, steamed rice crepes, and of course their other traditional desserts with fruit and sago. Service is always quick, and the food has never let me down. this place can get pretty packed on the weekends, especially around 10-11pm. However, there is absolutely no one when they open at 5pm. if you want to avoid crowds, I recommend coming for happy hour

Girlfriend and I were craving some KFC and wanted to make some homemade soondubu so we hit up HMart to kill two birds with one stone. We entered HMart and placed our order so when we were done doing groceries we could just pick it up on our way out. We ordered the Large. It's supposed to come with two flavors of wings, leg quarters, and drumsticks. First flavor- original. They were alright.. nice and juicy but it's like they barely brined or seasoned the chicken. I'd rate it a 2 out of 5- wouldn't get them again. Second flavor- soy garlic. These were way better than the original. Again, seemed like they barely brined or seasoned the actual chicken. Most if not all of the flavor came from sauce the wings were tossed in. I'd rate them a 4 out of 5- would most likely order again.Overall, we would probably order elsewhere if we were craving someKorean fried chicken. Perhaps as a last resort since it's so close by lol. Some other gripes we had were that the chicken wasn't crispy at all even once we picked it up. Lastly, the pieces were all awkwardly "shaped"? and sized. The drumsticks were massive compared to the other pieces in the order, and we couldn't even tell what part of the chicken they were either. Def not wings nor were they quarters.

I ordered Fire Wings through Doordash because I'm lazy and financially irresponsible so I only can rate the food and nothing else. I was craving wings and ordered from their San Mateo location that is in downtown. What I ordered for my friend and I: - Large Garlic Noodles- 20 Piece Wings (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm, and Dragon Wings)- Seasoned Fried for the SideI would say what I didn't love personally was the garlic noodles because you couldn't really taste the noodles so they were more like cheese noodles. The wings do hit though. Especially the dragon flavor. What is dragon flavor? I couldn't tell you, but it's good and has a nice sweet tangy flavor to it. The wings are also pretty crispy still despite being delivered. The only flavor I was a bit down on was the garlic parm which is for the same reason as the garlic noodles which is a big lack of garlic flavor so it was like eating cheese wings. They load them up with parm though. The lemon pepper also was great and they definitely have more lemon flavor than some other spots, but it wasn't overpowering. The seasoned fries were seasoned to perfection and good enough on their own to the point where you don't even need to dip them in anything, but they are amazing with ranch. I got introduced to Fire Wings recently and I enjoyed it a lot. I would order from here again.

My boyfriend and I never had curry pizza so we decided to try it for the first time. The place is new so it was nice and clean. They have plenty of options so we asked for recommendation. The worker was friendly and helped us explain the different types of flavors they offered. We decided to get a large, half Butter Chicken and half Malai Chicken. We also got it to go to eat outside in the sun. When I opened the box, I was already excited. It looked so perfect! The pizza was delicious and perfect. I will come again and try more flavors!

"Dang these wings are excellent. I ordered buffalo (extra crispy), Nashville (hot), and Hot Honey Crunch and they were all not only perfectly cooked, awesome in flavor, and absolutely enormous but they also arrived hot and crispy via delivery! These may be my new favorite SF wings. Prices are reasonable, about $9/5 wings. I also got the Loaded Nashville Fries (xtra hot) and I loved the combination of flavors. I'd say the Nashville tenders are even better than the Nashville wings. Even though I'm a spice fiend and would try all the spicy items hotter next time (considering scorpion and reaper!), my favorite wings were shockingly the Hot Honey Crunch. As a person who never goes for sweet tinged wings, I was shocked at how awesome and well balanced these were. Great experience, will definitely be a repeat customer!"
"Tried out this place with a Groupon. The peri peri hot wings and the Korean bbq. Both were really good. Chicken was moist and juicy."
"OMG the wings at this place are so unique and delicious I had to write this review. My favorites are the cilantro chutney and the sesame pomegranate. I don't usually like breaded wings but in this case it soaks up all the delicious flavors!"
"I kept driving past this place and had it on my "to try" list for a long time before checking it out. Then we actually ate from here three times before I decided to post my review. The first time we ate here, we tried their wings. I loved that they had buffalo for hubby and sweet and sour (Asian inspired) for me. We arrived around 3p and surprised when they fried our wings fresh for us. A line started right after she started our order, but since it was only one person working, everyone seemed pretty patient. Still, we felt that the alternative, KFC nearby, had the same service, but at least here we were supporting small business, and better food! The sides were fine- red beans and rice a little overcooked, potato wedges were fine. But the honey glazed and blueberry biscuits were soooo good!!! Almost like muffins. The second and third times we came, we got the breakfast sandwiches. But the ones we got are not on the Krispy Krunchy Chicken menu. These were Latin inspired. We've had the Jamon, chorizo and lingunisa. Each sandwich comes on a Dutch crunch roll with a slice of queso fresco, lettuce, tomato and pickled jalapeño. In case you are wondering, my hubby watched as they cooked the scrambled egg in a perfect flat rectangle and heated up the meat. Soooo good!Next time we are trying the fried chicken, fish and jambalaya."
"There are a couple slices houses along Haight, but this one is my favorite. I dream about their potato garlic pizza. It's also the perfect snack when you've done the circuit of shops along Haight St. It's a generous slice for about $6-8. Not a meal, but the best snack this side of Haight. Classic NY style flat pizza. Their pepperoni and mushroom slices are also excellent. Service is fast and efficient and the staff are always friendly. Shop is clean, with some great memorabilia on the walls, especially a sweet note from some kids who used to go to EFNY as students, who are now grown (keep an eye out for it)! Note that they do charge for to-go boxes, so I personally always prepare to eat it there. It's best enjoyed hot anyway!"
"Love it. Seriously can't tell there is a bar up there. Got I.D ed before going to the elevator. It's very big. Best place to watch and enjoy sports game. Everyone is friendly and you can enjoy your time here. While the games are on commercial, there are a bunch of arcade games around the whole facility. The upstarts is usually open when there are big games. I have to say when I went back for SantaCon it was pretty great. Not even a block away from the square."
"I LOVE State of Mind!!! Great for the whole family. Fun vibe, friendly employees. Love the variety of pizza combinations, appetizers and they have the best seasonal salads too!!!! This has become one of my favorite places for dinner out in the Bay Area."
"Ordered via Door Dash and was pleasantly surprised. Burgers were huge, that D2 and I should have probably shared as we got the same thing, The Point Burger- burger w Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, and mayo. Very tasty and moist inside, even with Door Dash delivery. Upgraded mine with onion rings and it was the perfect choice. Nice batter and crunch. Their fries however didn't make the cut for me. Would I order again, definitely. I would like to possibly dine in sometime."
"I really love Hawaiian BBQ. This place grills the meat very well but the Mac salad has mustard in it and kinda ruins the whole "Mac salad, rice, BBQ chicken bite. Honestly delicious except for the Mac salad, mustard doesn't traditionally go in Hawaiian Mac Salad. But I won't be back because of the Mac salad.Mac salad, Mac salad, Mac Salad, #macsalad. #mustarddoesntbelong"
"Quality is good, had a bit of spicy zing. Ghost kitchen/doordash place with minimal interior/parking. You order ahead and then check in at a kiosk and the food appears on a locker."
"I've tried the ox tails and chicken so far. All delicious. Flavorful and seasoned well. Meat cooked so good it falls off the bones."
"Pineapple and pepperoni = yum! My husband and I usually get their small pizza to share and it's the perfect amount for us. The pineapple and pepperoni combo is our favorite. It's flavorful and has a good amount of red sauce. We've gotten it a few times now and it hasn't disappointed. We've also tried just their pepperoni pizza and it was a bit salty with just pepperoni since they load up on toppings. It needed the pineapple to balance it out. We've also tried their home fries which are potato wedges. The flavor is okay, but it could be fried more/more batter. We'd probably skip this in the future. I'd try other pizza toppings in the future and their cheese/garlic bread and wings, but the pineapple and pepperoni pizza is our go-to!"
"This is not ordinary fish and chips .This is a great value. Delicious fish with tasty fries. The treat was the desserts were delicious. Next time I will try other menu items."
"After we met at seapot for lunch, the next day we went to this city pub for sandwiches. It's quite a nice place for lunch, we sat outside and we came a little early, only one lady setting up the table and stuff. The parking lot is not so bad since we could also park across at the train station. The parking meter only charge $1/hour, you need to know your space number. The server was quite attentive and fast although one was running at the time. All the sandwiches are about $20 with fries or salads. I had the spicy chicken which's quite good. The fries are excellent, very tasty. The zucchini is a must with ranch dressing, everyone loved them.Burgers, quesadilla, steak are all great. The place is right outside so we could talk freely without worrying about bothering someone else LOL.Quite a nice place for lunch although we didn't order any beer since it's a pub and all."
"Ordered the loaded Nashville fries, hot, to go via door dash and they were delicious. All in all I wish the chicken and fries were a little crispier, maybe the sauce should've been on the side but it was great and just what I wanted. Will come back and order some more!"
"I ordered the chipotle bbq, spicy Korean bbq, and the sriracha honey. Overall they all blew my mind. I've liked wings all my life but I never have enjoyed them so much that I ate all of the cartilage off as well. (Which I looked up while I was eating them, and is a great source of collagen.) but these wings were by far the best I've ever had. Specifically the Spicy Korean BBQ. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Especially folks that enjoy wings."
"We happened upon Atlas while on a date in the area, and we both agreed this is probably the best pizza we've ever had!We ordered the Italian garlic combo pizza, noori chicken wings, and potato wedges. The pizza was chock-full of toppings, incredibly flavorful, and the crust had the perfect crunch--so delicious! The wedges and wings were fantastic, well-seasoned, and crispy!Service was outstanding! We initially sat inside, but since it was such a beautiful day, we decided to move to the patio. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the move and was very attentive throughout.Parking was a bit tricky (street parking), but we managed to find a spot near the front. Definitely coming back!"
"Updating to 4.5/5 and rounding up to 5.Still would love a garlic Naan type of thing but I have to admit the quality of this place has significantly risen over the past few times I've tried it. Maybe I just learned what to order now. Great job and delicious food!!"
"Great wing place! Usually the go-to for wings with unique flavors, personally love the buffalo hot and mango habanero (they have different flavors for events as well). Also great for catering, you can call in or place an order online and pick it up. Got an order for the super bowl and everything was great even on a busy day! It's a small place like a window just for pickup. Will come back to try the other options!"
"We came on a weekday around 6:30, & had no wait, but the dinner rush came shortly after. The overall great service was impacted as a result. The place is smaller, but modern & cute. The high ceilings make for an echoey ambiance in a full house, so don't expect a quiet & quaint joint. Originally we were gonna bypass the galbi jjim since we were going to a Shen Wang show afterwards & didn't want any leftovers, but it looked too good so the audible was made.Banchan: Solid! Everything def homemade, the Kimchi had that extra probiotic fizz & tang, fishcakes & japchae were also great. Spinach was a good palette cleanser too. Brazilian Lemonade: Really good! I've only had this drink a few times, but this was by far my favorite version. The hosts were nice enough to make ours on the house since it took awhile for it to come out.Galbi Jjim (Medium): The main event! Meat was sooo tender & the soup had a nice sweet & slight spicy mix, which was perfect for my kinda spice-lover partner (personally I would go for spicy or extra level). Daikon, Carrots & Potatos had just the right bite to contrast with the soft meat. Came as a hungry couple & had bout a person's amount of leftovers. That said, a table for 2 would be the easiest to secure, but 3-4 is ideal for sharing. Def would come back again!"
"They got two kiosk of order here which takes forever for people to choose what they want. Not the joint's problem. had bulgogi sliders to try and the usual wings. wings is the same, bland inside, flavorful outside breading. it comes with radish; didnt choose rice cause its of low quality. spent $30 for wings and slider. I may try it again next year when i visit my mom cause less choice of food here at metreon but wont be my first choice.waited 12mins for the food with 5 people ahead of me. pretty impressive of how fast it was. they charge you for the operating fee which i never heard off."
"Went for Weekday Lunch SpecialFood - 5/5. The boneless wings were a beautiful golden brown, moist, and had great crunch. The real garlic had a mellow garlic flavor with a strong hint of sweetness. Despite the wet sauce, the wings remained crispy throughout the whole meal. Cole slaw was light on the mayo, making it a suitable palette cleanser. Pickled radish had a good balance of sweet and sour flavor and the rice was fluffy.Service - 4/5. Friendly and quick service. Chicken came out in good time. Water was self-service.Value - 5/5. At base, the lunch special is priced in the mid $10s. Their menu offers a great variety letting you choose type of chicken and sauce from their full menu. Portions are nice and comes with vegetable sides and a choice of carb, which can also be upgraded for a small supplement.Parking - Street/Municipal Garage (Free)"
"There's finally a location close to SF! Their drive through line is always long so just go inside and you can say to-go for a faster pick up! I came here on a Thursday for lunch and got the Caniac Combo for $20. The breading on the chicken was lackluster but the chicken was still tender. If you're looking for a 2am spot, this is the place!"
