Amazing food and drinks.The lo-fi menu gives pause at first look, but once the food is in front of you, you'll be singing their praises.Went multiple times on our trip and each time the standout dish was the Cheezen hashcakes. SO GOOD! Dense potato patties with herb seasoning and a huge heaping of "cheeze" are a perfect brunch meal.Second standout dish is the French toast in any form, full slice or the stick variety. Has a good fry on the outside so it has the consistency and taste of a funnel cake, which was filling but never bloating.Quick service and great art and music in the restaurant put this place at a must visit for me any SF trip.

ORDER THE MOCHA COFFEE! Best vegan whip cream everrrrr created! Seriously!Cute spot, great location walking distance to the beach! Second time we have came here, first time sit down and both times food was delicious!! Came here with my husband and my grandma and great grandma. Would always come back to this place as a great, solid, and flavorful vegan restaurant. You can tell there is personality in the dishes.Little crowded of an area I wish we could sit down and look at menu's before ordering so the line doesn't pile up in front. Hard for us to get a table. Slightly overpriced but for good quality, vegan, and being in SF there's no surprise. We got Vegan Buffalo Mac 8.5/10: amazing flavor I wish it was more creamy as opposed to oily and some more of the Parmesan on top there was just a bit.Vegan French toast: 9.5/10 amazing texture of the bread wow! Would love to have some whip cream Quesadilla chicken: 10/10 my grandma seemed pleased and said was delicious. If you have a big appetite, this would likely be a small starter to split with someone. Chicken sandwich: 8/10 my husband said flavor was on point just a bit pricey for the portion size. (His side salad has the best vinaigrette ever!) Breakfast burrito w/vegan bacon: 8/10 husband gave great feedback on the ingredients used, just a bit salty. Could be the added bacon!Drinks/coffee: 2 cappuccinos and 1 mocha 1000000/10 the mocha was a HIT! Best vegan whip cream ever!!! If you'd come here ORDER the mocha

EPIC! Best cafe food I've ever had. Please get the tofu scramble and french toast for your own good. I have a nut allergy and the only thing to avoid is the creamy dishes (mac, cheezen hash cakes, etc) and of course any drink with almond milk. They were very considerate of my allergies :-)Great ambiance, music, and service. YIPPEE

Vegan / Veg Review :1. French Toast (5/5): I never miss this dish it's amazing! Try the smaller plate first.2. Buffalo Wings (4/5): loved it, very tasty but it's not a meal by itself. 3. Tofu Scramble (5/5): Get it with toast if you're hungry, but it's much tastier to have tofu scramble avocado and toast together. I'd also skip the hash brown as I hated it and have more tofu scramble.4. Beach Crunch Wrap (2.5/5): It's like a very basic taco bell order that should cost $5.5. Breakfast Burrito (2/5): It was too bland, rather have the tofu scramble plate which also had avocadoThe wraps were not good. I'd only go back for the Tofu scramble and French toast.

Really loved this little gem of a restaurant. My wife, a vegetarian, and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday and loved everything we got. First off, everything is vegetarian, maybe even fully vegan. My wife got the vegetarian scrambled eggs. I got a pressed sandwich and a draft beer. We both loved the food.They beer selection is limited, but they had great ones to choose from. I got an IPA. She got a glass of white wine. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The weather is a little changeable in this neighborhood. But on a nice day it's a great place to enjoy the street seats. The inside is also very cozy. On this particular trip. All the outside seats were taken and we sat insideThe service is fast and friendly and they have a great selection of hot sauces, including a delicious house made green hot sauce. Definitely worth checking this place out. I'll definitely be back.

I come here a lot to meet up with my friend. Service is always friendly and food is delicious. Today I got the vegan breakfast burrito and added "sauzage". Holy moly. Delicious.

This little gem is located in the corner with indoor and outdoor seating - perfect to bring your furry friend along! Upon walking in, you will be ordering before seating yourself with a number. They have a self serve water station. I tried this vegan spot for the first time and ordered a crunchwrap along with an almond milk cappuccino. Both were absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying! The crunchwrap had a great balance of texture and flavorful sauce. Personally,I think adding some avocado slices or hashcakes inside would take it to the next level.

My $6 Mocha wasn't hot....luke warm. The Hash Cakes were tasteless and smothered in the worst sauce. The flatware was dirty and of very low quality. The table I sat at was dirty and the flimsy chairs so uncomfortable. The napkin was so small and a of low quality. The staff behind the counter were talking to each other about personal stuff and I was left standing there waiting for their attention. Way over priced considering the service and food quality. They told me to bus my own dishes.What a waste of money and my time.

One of my absolute fav vegan spots- everything is delicious! Food , service: quick and very friendly.It's a small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Try their brunch favorites- french toast, tofu scramble, to wraps and biscuits. The jams and butter is amazing- you can't tell the difference that it's vegan!They also have very special smothered hash cakes which come in different options. My fav is Leo's Cakes. It's perfectly crunchy, not greasy and tasty Beach'n makes everything in house.Their freshly squeezed oj or one of their lattes is a great combo with food! I have yet to try their baked good, but looking forward to trying sometime.Do give it a try!

Tofu Scramble: yummy but a bit wet for my liking. Good flavors. Zucchini (?) and tomato were fresh and complimented the tofu well. Added Umaro bacon (vegan) which was unique and crunchy. Kinda almost tasted like a thin pita chip. Good amount of food on the plate 8/10 pretty scrumpSunset Fog: warmed up my insides!!!! sweet, a bit fruity, a bit creamy, a bit spiced. yummersssss 9/10Definitely food coma'd after but in a good way.
