This location is under new management so the older reviews DO NOT reflect this location. Sean and Chantelle greeted me and my family warmly and even helped me decide on what to order as I have a nut allergy. The attention to details with myself and other customers set a lasting impression. This location is at the bottom of an office building but parking is free and it is a short walk downstairs and easy to find.

I stopped by on a Monday afternoon looking for some healthy lunch. The menu had everything I was looking for and more. Was really impressed as this was my first time here. I left very satisfied. On top of that, the customer service was perfect! Not from the area but will definitely visit again when I'm in Atlanta!

The Rising Roll is located in the Monarch Building in Buckhead. It's tucked away from the street so you just gotta trust and walk toward the building. Once inside, you'll find the Ritz on your right and the Rising Roll straight ahead. You can't miss it.I can't review the sandwiches and such, as I haven't been here in a year and can't remember my order past the pasta salad and a sandwich that had grainy mustard on it. And anything with grainy mustard on it gets 5 stars. Obviously, I have the most refined pallet.I picked up a snack from the stand: a Killer Cookie (a chocolate chip cookie literally the size of my face) and a cup of coffee. They only serve one size cup, and they brew Caribou Coffee, which is also along Peachtree Road, maybe less than a mile away.The cookie was chewy and SO fragrant and so large I had to save the last bit for later. The coffee really hit the spot, and I have to say, I preferred it to Starbucks Pike Roast (waiting for lightning to strike me dead...)My friend wasn't a huge fan of the Chicken and Rice soup. The rice was minimal and chicken not so great. I'd say, just stick to their classics, not their "special" offerings. Or, just grab a cookie the size of your face for lunch. I'm sure it's healthy enough.

What a treat t to meet Daniel Camp the Owner and Jamey Bruce the General Manager. I was delightfully suprised by the outstanding sandwich and salad menu that they offered for lunch in the business building. IT was and IS top quality....excellent choices and options and the nicest guys in the world...They have a catering business and this rates top in my book....Do give they a try!!!!Adrienne Leeds

The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! No organization and management does nothing to help. Ordered a veggie original without cheese or mayo (vegan) and one lady with eyelashes that should be worn out to club, took my order, started to make it and then walked away. 10 mins later I had to ask the manager where my sandwich was and the original lady yelled 'oh ya I forgot to tell someone to make that'. ARE YOU FLIPPING kidding me?? I didn't even have the worst of it - another customer had to ask 2 times where her food was. The cashier basically looked at her and then turned to the manager and said 'Talk to customer'. Learn basic manners! Only going here when I'm desperate and don't have time for anything else!

I got the turkey lurkey...it was "okay." Bread was wayyyyy too dry for my taste (got the jalapeño one) that I actually choke (I'm talking about heimlich maneuver type of choking). However, meat and all the toppings were great and fresh! I really liked all the veggies on my sandwich (roasted red pepper, lettuce, cucumbers)...but I think it would have tasted almost 200x better if I had a fluffy, soft bread to sandwich it all between. I think a lot of people must like this place though, because it was pretty busy during a weekday lunch. Not super busy where you're in line like forever kind of busy, but like the consistent sort of busy. Also, seating was great. You could choose to sit on the patio, the "in-between" patio (view of outside but you're sitting inside), or within the restaurant.I've got to give this place another try. After all, they have frequent sandwich buyer punch cards. And apparently you get double punches on Monday! AND after 16 hole punches, you get a free sandwich.

This place used to be great but over the last 3-4 months, the food quality has gone downhill fast. You can tell when you're eating that it's not fresh. The chicken is tough and chewy, the turkey has a spoiled/gamey taste, and the veggies are comparable to subway. Very disappointing because my office is in this building and it's super convenient but I just can't eat it anymore.

The food is great, but if your order varies at all from the menu, count on them not getting it right about 1/3rd of the time.

It was just a basic chicken wrap, but it was so dang good!I ordered from Riding Roll Gourmet Café through the Yelp app. We got two wraps and two smoothies and with tip, delivery fees it was just under 35 bucks. Still a little on the pricey side, but I was paying for convenience. They quoted me in 45-minutes for delivery but we actually got our food within about 25 minutes. Which was awesome because we were starving!My Tucson Wrap was delicious. They managed to stuff chicken breast, hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, and crunchy romaine lettuce all inside a tomato based tortilla. If I lived in Buckhead I would probably order from here at least once or twice a month. The smoothie was OK. Next time I'll just grab a DC. Take care, brush your hair!

We had a VERY last minute catering order and no other restaurant in the area was willing to help. I contacted Sean at Rising Roll and he not only stepped up to help, but the food was amazing and he somehow scrambled and got us our order prepared and delivered in our very small window of time. And all the while, he was friendly, communicative and never once acted the least bit frustrated with me throughout the process. I cannot thank him and his entire team enough for pulling through for us in our time of need. You have a customer for life! (Don't worry, we won't be placing anymore last minute orders.)
