"Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Shrimp and crab dip was beach quality. Cool atmosphere, lots to do, pool, darts, games and tons in TV's. Play great tunes as well. Definitely will be back. Nice place to come and just sit at the bar for a couple of beers. Outside is nice, would definitely like to come on a night they have live music."
"Tobacco Road is in the DPAC complex with LOTS to see. When attending a concert, we walked through the river area, caged basketball court, and around by the baseball stadium to get to Tobacco Road. TR is the PERFECT place to post up and grab a drink before a DPAC event/show. If you're into watching a/your team play, try and lock down one of the round booths facing the TV wall. Seriously, we haven't seen a wall like this since Caesar's (Vegas). There was a LOT going on with all the Sunday NFL games. Price point perfectly matches the food. We had all the greatest bar food hits, burgers, tacos, cheesesteaks, ribs, etc. All were solid choices. Service and hosts were friendly and accomodating. We look forward to our next concert, game, and/or downtown Durham stroll."

"My wife and I, along with another couple, stopped here last night to have a drink. There were only three other people because it was a bit late. The service was great and we enjoyed our drinks. My Guinness was poured perfectly. The ladies behind the bar were friendly, and the service was great. We were not here long but we would definitely come back."
"Overall a good experience dining here. Staff were attentive and the gluten free pizza crust is really good, taste like a regular thin crust pizza. For $1.50 a topping I would've liked to seen better portions on the pizza. They are also have gluten friendly beer. Nice variety of food on the menu including sushi, salads, wraps, burgers, wings, and pasta."
"It's a bar so it was fun to watch a game here. It was the clubhouse sandwich with okra for my husband and a beer and the beef tips over mashed potatoes with apple sauce and lima beans for me. Both options were really good and so was the service. If you are into sports, check out High Park."
"This pub is a nice low key spot that's open late night. I enjoy the chill vibe, musical guest and most importantly the food is surprisingly very good!"
"Best Hamburger in Uptown Roxboro. The atmosphere is spot on. Service is great, and even if you're not a drinker the food is worth the visit. HIghly recommend."
"This location has changed owners over the years - the restaurant is within the property itself including banquets areas and accommodations- In the restaurant- delicious food - friendly knowledgeable staff - notably buffet brunch sometimes on the weekends of which I plan to visit soon &will add photos. There is a full bar service. The menu options are versatile- This is a one level location - lots of complementary parking & accessible parking available.I believe there is a DJ providing music sometimes but better to call in advance. The location is ridiculously situated a stones throw from I 85 exit 204 Oxford NC - several other shopping experiences close by and about 10 miles from a hospital."
"I read that they had great wings here. We finally went this last weekend and I am pleased! We got a burger, fries, and the garlic wings. I wish they were saucier, but I can't wait to try their other styles. The oil they fry them was SO clean! You can tell by the taste! The fries are amazing and we even liked the queso. I did not expect to! They are not breaded, thank goodness and I really was a fun lively atmosphere. This location even had some fun outdoor space and lawn games!!"
"Kings Dinning & Entertainment offers a variety of fun for everyone in your party. I highly recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible and leave well before 9pm. The atmosphere was great and everyone was respectful of each others personal space. However the later it became the rowdier groups became. Security had to speak to a few people because they were getting a bit out of control. Kings would be better if they limited guest by reservation and limited bar guest. There were a lot of people just sitting and waiting around and it became crowded pretty quickly."
"Tired this place with my wife for Sunday lunch. Holy crap! My wife had the Huaraches with chicken and I had the fish tacos. The huaraches were INCREDIBLE. Will be back just because of that dish. Service was very good - waitress was attentive and manager came over to ask how we were and seemed genuinely interested. The ambiance is basic strip mall ish restaurant. It's very comfortable with tables appropriately spaced apart. I think this is a good casual date place or good for the family even with small kids. Absolutely will be back."
"Been wanting to come here for a minute and decided to today and glad I did. I started with the mimosa flight which came with 3 glasses of one juice each:orange, cranberry and lavender . They were the bomb, the lavender one was my favorite. I got the chicken and waffle sandwich and chose breakfast potatoes as my side. The sandwich was good but it can get messy especially if you put syrup on it, end up using my fork towards the end. Overall good brunch for a Saturday and definitely will be back soon."

Randomly stumbled upon this bar and immediately fell in love! I love that the owner is from Ohio so there were a few Ohio State signs and I'm a huge Buckeye fan! Bartender was friendly and Thom our server was attending and quite hilarious! Will definitely go back!

We arrived before the Saturday evening crowd so we were able to get a large table perfect for our group of eight. Our server was attentive and took very good care of us throughout our stay. Every cocktail any of us ordered was done perfectly. Our beers were cold and drafts poured properly. The food on the other hand was mediocre. The chicken wings, for example, were at room temperature. I got 5 appetizers for the table and they were all eaten though.I'd go back here again and it's definitely a good place for groups.

3.9 overall Best part is location and seating options. Inside and outside has plenty of seating and a cool vibe. This feels like it could be anyones local hangout. I really liked the food. The salad was fresh, good amount of toppings, the ranch tasted made in-house. I also liked the onion ring, the batter was not thick. Service was Very good until it wasn't ... I assume her shift ended because someone else eventually showed up, we waited too long for the check.

I've written reviews for Ruckus in the past (both dining in and take out). The last time I got takeout the wrap was a little baggy but this go around...perfection! I ordered a wedge salad (added onion, subbed blue cheese for ranch) with a side of tenders. The salad was fresh and crisp and the tenders were perfectly fried and the chicken tenders were, well, tender! And a great portion for the price!! I also ordered the steak quesadillas for my son who is very particular about his quesadillas. They needed no add-ins or substitutions. They were perfectly stuffed and grilled crisp to perfection. Ruckus has definitely become our go-to on Uber Eats!

This is a great lunch option! Menu is large and varied with lots of pub fare, southern items and some healthy stuff as well. It's giant inside and has outdoor seating as well for nice days. You can actually carry on a conversation and hear it which is another plus.Quality of the food for our recent weekday lunch was really good. Can highly recommend the blackened fish and the squash. Green beans were the usual Southern style canned cooked to death. Another in our group was happy with the fish and chips. Prices reasonable. They are open for all kinds of different things including brunch. Plenty of strip shopping center parking. This is between Wake Forest Road and Five Points in the shopping center with Ladyfingers Catering and where J Betskis relocated.

Nice sports bar hidden in a shopping plaza. Plenty of TVs with sports playing. Menu has many options for typical pub/bar food. For a Steelers fan in NC, it was cool to see all the Steelers memorabilia and decorations.

I went into this place not knowing what to expect. This location inside the hotel has been somewhat cursed with a high turn over rate of restaurants. This area also used to be a pretty bad part of town although it seems the hotel at least has cleaned up and it shows.I went in for a very late afternoon lunch. It was almost empty when I arrived. Good atmosphere with pool tables. Looks like it would be a good spot to catch a game.My waitress was so friendly and on point I wish I could remember her name so I could give her credit. She even brought me free fresh chips and a dip made out of sour cream and guacamole while I waited.I had the PGB Nightlife, which was a plate of nachos and wings. The wings were okay. I liked that they were covered in hot sauce, though. The nachos I really liked. They were made using Doritos chips. I don't think they'd be for everyone, but as the name suggests, this would be an awesome late night food for when you are drunk and have the munchies, haha.

"I've been to The Pickled Onion twice now and I'm a fan. I'm pretty picky about pub fare but there are a few things why I rated them at 5 stars instead of 4 (it was a toss up but I'll explain). The Pickled Onion can get very busy so it's best to come when the crowd has left, because that's when you get top notch service. You seat yourself and at one of the booths or tall tables. It's very open and feels more like a sports bar than a pub. Tables are always clean and the menus are wiped between customers. The menu is small but mighty. My go-to are the Blue Chips to start. I've ordered the Pork Belly Smack which was phenomenal and this past visit, I ordered the Shrimp Platter and exchanged the fries for mashed potatoes and gravy. And let me say, those mashed potatoes were real! Some places use the powdered stuff but this was the real deal. Besides the Blue Chips being a favorite of mine, I have to say that The Pickled Onion has THE BEST coleslaw I have ever had!! This last visit, our waitress did something that immediately made this original 4 star review into a 5 (and if you read my reviews, you know what she did...). She gave me another soda cup before I finished my first! Right there, that earns 5 stars! Having excellent customer service, delicious Blue Chips, AND the best coleslaw? It's a no brainer that I'll be back!"
"The lowdown: Small little dive bar that serves the best burger I've had in a LONG. Service was not the best, but it wasn't horrible either. Offers pool tables, a jukebox, slot machines, food, indoor and outdoor seating. Decided on a whim to stop and check out some food at this local establishment. The parking lot was surprisingly full for 8 pm on a Tuesday night. Inside was decorated with your typical bar-type neon signs and offered several pub type tables, booths and bar seating. We were hungry so we decided to order chicken wings since I have read they were good in some of the reviews on YELP, well, wouldn't you k ow they were out of chicken! Not only were they out of chicken but also Mozzeralla sticks! Which is exactly the two things I wanted to order. I ended up getting a bacon cheese burger which I couldn't even finish. The food was surprisingly delicious! Our server was just barely adequate. In the end, we had to bring our bill up to the bar to check out because she was talking to someone at the bar and didn't see that we were sitting there ready(this is the main reason for 4 stars versus 5)."
"I tried Pickled Onion again and enjoy their menu offerings. Really unique tasty spins on bar eats. Most recently I tried the Crack Fire. A blend of their crack dip ( buffalo chicken dip) spread on fresh whole Jalapeños wrapped in bacon. Those doing Keto, get it ! These were awesome. So tasty. My daughter had a meatball sub sandwich with onion rings. The meatballs on this sun were notorious B.I.G huge ! Really tasty and good price for the quality and portion. I'll come by for the drinks at the bar next time. My fitness instructor loves coming here but unfortunately it's located too close to our fitness studio. I'll have to quickly get in my car once out of my class to avoid packing on the weight eating here lol."
"Very nice, spacious and sports atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, we ordered Nachos, wow amazing delicious pulled pork and brisket nachos. Stephanie was super nice and helpful with the menu. Great hidden gem for sure!"
"First time trying this place and it was a fun night. I met a group here and the service was great. We had a comfy booth and everyone enjoyed their meals. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was full of the usual items with this salad. Our server checked on us many times to make sure we didn't need anything and we were never felt rushed to leave."
"Met a couple friends here on a Thursday night. Place was not very busy at about 6PM. Staff helped us rearrange some tables and then patiently took our orders. There are plenty of drink options including some great local-ish craft beers, on tap and in cans/bottles. Cocktails are also available. The food that others ordered looked good. A chicken wrap got a positive review from my niece. My wings made me sick. This place bills itself as having the best wings in the triangle. I have to disagree, after spending an evening on the toilet. It could have been one or two that were underdone, but if you decide to try them, look closely as you eat them. And honestly, they weren't the best wings I've ever had. With so many options in the area, I don't think I'd ever return."
"Just opened right after St. Patty's Day. What a hit here in Pittsboro. Great addition to the many eateries we have in this small town. Excellent service from the moment you walk in to ordering your food. Two level restaurant, outdoor seating, belly- up bar, and dining area lower level. Upper level , outdoor rooftop seating, inside dining area, and also another bar. The stairway going up and down has a very sturdy handrail. Just in case you have a few too many on the roof top. My meal was delicious, both my wife and I had the Braised Brisket Melt Sandwich. Can't say enough on how good it was. Perfect to my liking and hers. If you are in Pittsboro, I would recommend this restaurant as a place to go."
"Good food and service. The location was clean and well maintained. For a tavern to drinks were delicious and the appetizers were excellent. The entrees were okay - it's a tavern not fine dining. Our waitress was great with service and recommendations! Will be back to try other menu items."
"Food and service was pretty good! We ordered a hazy ipa and a blood orange ipa both were good. We ordered the chicken flatbread and Buffalo cauliflower appetizers. Both were delicious. Added bonus we got to bring the pup with us as well! A lot of selections to choose from and I was even able to order an aperol spritz which was perfect and refreshing!"
"Finally! Someone took over the former Glory Days and gives us a restaurant that provides a winning product and service that will survive. Ambience: not much was done during the remodel, but it's clean, plenty TV's, and outdoor seating is available. Service: very friendly, attentive (but still learning the menu) and even a manager that checked in us. Unheard of at Glory Days. Food: very much resembles the food Abbey Road that owns Dugout. Burger was great, same enormous mozzarella sticks, plus new items like pizza, and new sandwiches. Overall: menu can be sort of daunting because every item is named after a sports player and it can take awhile to find exactly what you're looking for. They are still working to get this a well oiled machine, but easily a great addition to the neighborhood and knocks Glory Days out of the water. Go and enjoy!"
"Rookie's is a sports bar so I recommend dining in during a game. We stopped in for lunch and had an okay experience. I ordered the philly beef sandwich with fries and it was good for this type of spot."
"I found it strange that one of the Pickled Onion locations was so close to The Pickled Pub. We decided to stop in here to watch a game and to grab food and beers. It was a round of beers and the fried pickles and philly cheese steak egg rolls to start for our party. For our entrees it was the mile high man burger with fries for my husband and 9 boneless wings in the bourbon BBQ sauce for me. Our friend ordered the wings in the buffalo hot sauce but the sauce was lacking. I really wanted carrot sticks with the wings but we only got celery. The table favorite was the egg rolls, the rest of the food was just okay."
"Local 919 is open in the space previously occupied by Triangle Wine. There is not much that has changed, they still have a good selection of beer and wine. If you re in the area, check this spot out. Cheers!"
"Went again with my daughter and husband at her suggestion for her birthday, and we all enjoyed our meals and appetizers. I had the veggie pizza again (didn't realize I picked the same thing! Lol) and really enjoyed it. My daughter enjoyed her chicken sandwich and really loves the hot sauce she gets on the side. My husband enjoyed his shrimp taco as, as well. We all shared fried pickles and the portobello fries - both were delicious but I really enjoyed the portobello fries! Tasty and unique! Our waitress was wonderful, as well!"
"Absolutely delicious - I'm surprised at the average rating here only being 3.5 stars! My friend and I came here for dinner on a Thursday night and this place was full, the people here must love it.The restaurant starts you off with complimentary chips and salsa, very nice. We ordered a side of fresh guacamole and it's so cool, they bring a cart and make it right in front of you. Then we had the tacos de birria which were so delicious because the pork was so tender and the flavor of the sauce was outstanding. My friend's chipotle chicken burrito was good too, I'm not a fan of chipotle sauce, but the chicken inside of it was very good! On top of that, they had my favorite beer on tap - Yuengling! Service was quite outstanding, servers would check in on you every few minutes. Food came out super good. Outside seating was a hit with the outside temp of 88F that day, it didn't feel that hot. I'd come back!"
"Great place to watch the game and to play some games yourself! They have a whole second floor with lots of bar games like darts, pool, etc. We haven't tried the food yet, so we will be back to try the food. Just trying out all the local bars as we are new to the area."
"Great place to grab a quick bite before a show at the Tanger center....just a few blocks down on Elm. Great fun atmosphere, great varied menu of tacos and burgers. Lots of fun drinks, especially seasonal flavors. They have a lot of margaritas on then menu, but I went with the red blend wine and my friend had a beer. Decided to go with tacos as it was also a Tuesday! I chose the Bollywood ! A nice riff on Indian flavors . Tandoori style chicken, mint chutney, cilantro lime rice, tamarind, cilantro, pickled onions and puffed rice. Also comes with a side , I chose the cilantro lime rice not realizing there was some in my tacos! Honestly i didn't detect any cilantro lime in the rice, it actually had a red tint to it, no idea what was going on with that and was kinda over cooked . The tacos on the other hand were amazing! Great little spice pockets and I could make out every ingredient in it as I ate it. You chose flour or corn tortillas, mine came with two corn on each tacos (you get 2). My friend had the fixie tacos with sweet potato fries. Hers had braised beef, grilled pineapple, sweet spicy chilli sauce, coconut aioli , cilantro and scallions. Nice cross of sweet and spicy. She loved them and yes those fries are amazing! I should have gotten those! Service was ok, little slow, but we also had a trainee, so she was fine! We had plenty of time to get to our show. Nice casual eatery, I loved the variations on the tacos and the same on the burger menu, definitely hard to pick!"
"A friend and I went here for dinner one night and we received excellent service and our food was spectacular. I got the appetizer sampler and my friend got a pasta dish. I love the variety of the appetizer sampler and everything tasted very fresh and seasoned. I will definitely come back here!"
"Super comfortable chill atmosphere. Love the location Awesome band tonight. Great sound. Nice stage. Hope for more music soon."
"Very surprised this Buffalo Brothers isn't rated higher. We regularly order from here and have not been disappointed. The food is portioned and priced well. Plus they have the most efficient curbside pick-up I have seen. Note that we have ordered takeout from here numerous times but have not dined inside. We typically pick up dinner from here on our way home so takeout is more convenient. Recommended items:- Garlic parmesan and Buffalo wings (one of the places that allow you to modify the level of crispness)-Buffalo chicken wrap-Buffalo, Caesar, and House salads-Egg rollsI wasn't a fan of the street chicken tacos. They tasted all right. The tortilla itself was great, everything else was so bland. I used all 3 types of salsas and it still lacked flavor. The online ordering system is easy and quick to use. It allows for many choices, customizations, and comments via check and free text boxes. After placing the order an estimated completion time is provided. We try to arrive later than estimated and only need to wait about a minute for our order. Overall we enjoy takeout from here and recommend it to others!"
"Best bar by far not on Franklin St to watch a game. The owners are hands on and the service is awesome. Huge beer and cider selection. Soft pretzel was perfect; wings had great flavor and are not fried; and flat bread was delicious. Huge thumbs up!"
"TLDR: Good flavorful food, reasonable prices, easy online ordering, mostly accurate orders. Limited veggies and excess oil in the pasta. Street parking available out front.I'm surprised I haven't been here before having dined at the Durham location in the past. I parked nearby for a different purpose and decided to order takeout for dinner. The online ordering is quick and easy. We chose Buffalo chicken eggs rolls ($10), squash and shrimp pasta ($15), cheesesteak ($12.50), and tater tots ($4). The cheesesteak was supposed to come with cheddar mac, but fries were provided instead. We did not care too much. Highlights of the meal were the egg rolls and tater tots. They were cooked well and had just the right amount of flavor. The pasta was okay once I cooked the shrimp more and removed all the excess oil. Some of the oil spilled during transport and it still had too much. Plus for having "butternut squash" in the name of the dish, I expected more of it. Nonetheless, we were satisfied with the meal and would eat here again."
"Every place in Chapel Hill had long waits except for here. Not a good sign but I think we just got lucky. This place was great. My only complaint is having to select what to eat off the great menu. It was hard narrowing it down to just one dinner..."
