"I love Meat and Graze! Whenever I'm craving a good charcuterie board, they're my go-to. The owners are so nice and amazing. They have lunch options with different cheeses and fruits, and it's delicious. I recently bought a board from them for a charcuterie party I was attending, and it was a huge hit!"
"If your looking for a comfortable rooftop bar, tucked away in one of Raleigh's best neighborhoods, this one will hit the spot.Oddly enough they do have separate entrances for the rooftop bar, not only does it offer a large outdoor bar, there is a large interior bar as well. I was impressed with the size of the outdoor seating area, very comfortable, they do have fans and cooling towers for those heavy humid days.Cheers!"
"I only visited once before deciding to host my leaving-Durham going away party here, because of their creative burrito menu, expansive and comfortable deck, and friendly but casual service! All the employees were cool with 13 people showing up unannounced, staying for 3 hours, and playing a loud raucous game of Telephone Pictionary along the edge of the outdoor deck. They even helped facilitate a surprise cake and provided the knife and plates!I appreciate the burrito menu, its rotating vegan options, and the fact that it has such ingredients as cherry-soda braised pork (melt-in-your-mouth), fried squid (always tender, accompanied by oft-scorching peppers), collard greens and bacon marmalade, and fried broccoli. Not everything is a hit all the time, but it is more often than not, and in my opinion it's better to take risks than to stay boring. (But if you want to stay boring, they have a basic burrito too, which I have heard tell is not actually boring at all.)I love their 'Phoebe' chocolate caramel shake, too. Really caramelly!"
"I attended a birthday celebration at La Terrazza, located on the 9th floor of the Dillion. The rooftop offered stunning views and a delightful ambiance, making it a top on my list of favorite spots. While the service was a bit slow, our server was professional and attentive, providing a comprehensive rundown of the specials. The food, including the pork belly appetizer and the Lasagna with Greek salad, was all delicious. Other appetizers, such as calamari, beef, and lamb skewers, were also thoroughly enjoyed by our group. Despite the wait, everything was worth it. Our server, Justin, did a fantastic job, going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience, including taking care of the birthday cake. I highly recommend La Terrazza and look forward to returning. The seats inside could be better. Not the most comfortable. I understand it's a hot spot, so perhaps this is a way to influence customers to eat and go. We did enjoy outside seating ( with more back support) and views on the rooftop after dinner inside."
"Food Truck Tuesday: this weeks stop Chick-N-QueI have visited this food truck a few times now and was craving it after I saw the list of options this week. I ordered the dinner plate which included eastern style chopped chicken BBQ, 2 sides (I opted for the potato salad and green beans), a roll and soda (pepsi or coke, you have options but lets just me honest coke is better) for only $10! This is a great deal for a food truck! Plus, it was delicious! I really enjoyed the potato salad it was dressing based instead of being sour cream or mustard based. I definitely recommend this truck!"
"This place is hit or miss.... my order is often wrong, but the taste is pretty good. If you have any customizations for your order I recommend repeating it a few times to ensure they know exactly what you want. The ginger dressing is really good!"
"I came here to get the fish stew on Friday. It is the real deal with plenty of eggs bacon fish potatoes and onions. The juice is on point so if u love it like I do then u won't be disappointed here. I will be back to try out other foods ASAP! Nice little country restaurant with real nice staff."
"Food Wrapped in Food! Who's in? I'm a sucker for dumplings of any kind whether they're Russian, Italian, Polish or Asian. (the RIPA of dumpling lore). Raviolis, Pierogies, Gyoza are all amazing and I, like many others could make a meal out of these sealed pouches of flavor. Some dumplings can be bland, but the kind folks at Chiba Chiba made sure these had a lot of flavor. I tried the Pork and the Veggie and all were good. The staff was friendly and others around me eating dumplings hunched over also seemed to be enjoying. This is a food truck, so good luck finding it. Instead of driving up and down every street screaming "Here Chirba Chirba", they may have a social media page that tells you where they're gone be slinging their dumplings like an angry bird at a green pig."
"Excellent authentic deli. From the meats to the sides, this place packs a punch.A few things to know:1. It is near UNC campus so the roadway is busy with limited parking.2. You order outside and no indoor seating. The staff is super nice and the food is incredibly satisfying!!! A+++ on the pastrami"
"My daughter and I wanted to go somewhere new for lunch yesterday, and going to this little out of the way place fit the bill. The food was not bad by any means, but what we tried was just very average. I wish I could say that it is worth driving so far out of the way, but that's just not the case. However, if you're already in the area or live close by then it would be worth stopping by. Again let me say that nothing about our experience was bad."
"Love this spot! My parents frequent it, but it was my first time coming for Sunday brunch. I enjoyed the avocado toast, mimosa special and the mini muffins they brought to our table before the meal. Service was great!"
"This wine bar was fun. We stopped in to grab a drink, it was a moscato for me and a pinot grigio for my husband. The seating available inside is slim so we stood around since it was too hot to sit outside in the front of the store. If you want to do a wine tasting, there is a small bar area in the back. Now that you've enjoyed your experience it's time to browse the selection to take home. They have a great selection of wine along with a small selection of beer. LouElla is worth checking out if you are in downtown Durham."

"Tl;dr: Tasty fried chicken with a great seasoning mix and helpful staffCalled in an order for some wings after work and was told that they only have jumbo wings -- not an issue. I'll take a jumbo version of something that I had my mind on! I also ordered it with potato salad and fries (so that I could snack on some fries on the way home, heh). The wings came out perfectly crispy on the outside with a delicious batter. The actual chicken were well seasoned and not dry at all! I've seen some reports of the chicken having blood in it which may have been cook/user error as to not burn the outside, but not my order. The potato salad was delicious! It was perfectly creamy and chunky in the right places. The fries were standard crinkle-cut fries which aren't my favorite but after a long day with no lunch... I'd take any fried potato product. The gentleman who helped me was kind and was open to me asking questions as it was my first time there. I just moved to the area so I think this will be my go-to fried chicken wing joint."
"I had a pasta a la Maria & my partner had the salmon a la Rosa one. Mines had scallops shrimp and crab meat on top. It was a vodka sauce and delicious. We both loved ours. Staff was friendly and service was quick. We still think about this place often (we're from out of town)"
"As a native Jersey guy, I love when I can find a good bagel, and that's not easy to do. Looking at them on first glance, I wasn't feeling too confident. The holes in the middle were really large. When the hole is overly big, you're not getting as much bagel! Also it's more room for cream cheese or spread to fall out! Also the bottom of a good bagel should have that little crack or blister to it. These didn't have that at all, they almost looked too pretty, if that makes sense. They were pretty good tasting bagels, not the best, not the worst. On a positive side, they have a very good variety to choose from, about all that's missing are rye and salt flavors."
"I have been a customer since Little Tokyyo restaurant opened.Always professionals with skilled food preparation and freshly obtained ingredients.Chef's Loyalty treat was the free surf clam.I highly recommend"
"The Hop Yard is considered a private club since they serve liquor so be prepared to show your ID to become a member (it's free). The draft beer selection was great, there were two full screens with options. I will have to say it was a tad on the pricier side per pint in my opinion. They also have a cooler section if you want to browse that and beer available to take home. There is seating available both inside and outside. Cheers!During COVID-19 they are doing their best to keep everyone safe by implementing the mask rule while not seated and providing hand sanitizer at the tables inside."
"Croissant? Yes please!Filled croissants?? Absolutely!!Glazed, filled croissants??? Shut the front door!!!My keto diet went completely off the rails today. Thanks a lot Burney. Good thing this place is two hours from my house."
"This was a date night spot for us and the suggestion was a job well done; many kudos to the restaurant and our waitress, Angela. When you first walk in, you're greeted promptly by your hostess. They have a small bar area, so it can be a bit packed in that area depending on the night. It was a small space in my opinion, but it was welcoming. I prefer a smaller eatery, than large. Crab Cake Sandwich: Whenever I see crab cakes on the menu, I play the guessing game. To cut back on the cost, some places will use more bread crumbs and less crab. Ordering crab cakes is like the box of chocolates Forest Gump told us about; you never know what you're going to get. I gave Angela, our waitress, three options and asked what she suggested. Number one, the crab cake! The crab cake was full of crab and was seasoned very well, I was a happy camper. It is something I'd get over and over, but that's after I try some of the other things on their menu. How do you review a side salad? Well, I can say, I LOVED the fact they piled on the purple onions, I can't eat enough of those. For me, the Mojito fell flat and I don't think I'd get it again. Overall, I love this little place and can't wait to head back."
"My family and I had the opportunity to Grab CRAVE to go and it was great. We took of advantage of their $2 hot dogs + 2 free toppings and it came with a chips and a drink! We ordered one plain, one with ketchup and one with chili + Cole slaw and we thought it was delicious! The staff is very nice and welcomed us into the store! The restaurant was clean and the drinks were fresh! I love that the restaurants has multiple TVs which would be perfect for sports games. For parking the parking lot can fill up quickly but there is a parking deck connected to the shopping center that you can us! We look forward to going back because we heard that the hot sausage is delicious. Overall solid restaurant in a great location"
"Bottom line: Breakfast at NC Bagel & Deli was not bad but not over the top. Adequate Meat Lovers omelet but a good bagel accompanying it. The Deets:I stopped in for breakfast one day at NC Bagel Cafe & Deli, located in the Grace Park complex in Morrisville. When you walk in for breakfast, it is more like a bagel shop and short order kitchen/grill type of restaurant put together. Their hours on their website currently display at the time of this writing open each day 7am-1pm. I decided to take advantage of both sides by ordering one of their omelet selections that included a toasted bagel with it. I ordered the Meat Lovers omelet that menu online describes "Made with 3 eggs, Sausage, Ham & Bacon Served with Bagel Or Bread" so I chose a plain bagel which was toasted with butter. Service ordering at the counter was good, I had to repeat a couple of things but went OK and then waited for my order that was for dining in to come up so I could carry it back to one of their tables. My order was up in good time, no long wait. The omelet was OK, nothing extravagant but I have to note that the sausage, ham, and bacon meat bits were sprinkled on top of the omelet instead of inside or mixed within it (I say bits, as they were not large pieces of meat but did the job for giving the meat flavor for the omelet, see pic). It was a short order type omelet that did the job. I do like the plain bagel I had with it, and would probably have one again with a cream cheese schmear next time. This quick breakfast did the trick and if wanting a quick short order breakfast and don't feel like going to a fast food place to get it then come here and get your fast breakfast fix."
"Came here for lunch as I was on a job nearby. Also came here because of the reviews from my fellow Yelpers. Placed my order online and made my way to the store. They're at a great location at 1010 road and 401. Walked in, my food was ready to go. Took it back to the car and everything was piping hot and smelled great. The veggie medley was popping with great flavor and the chicken was delicate and flavorful. I got Hunan Chicken for those wondering, lol. The egg roll was crispy on the outside and juicy, soft and flavorful on the inside. The food was as good as it gets in the "shopping center Chinese food" category goes. If I lived in McCuller's Walk, they'd know my face! Great food and I'll definitely be back when working in the area."

I stopped in at Meat & Graze during Boxyards Unboxing Weekend and I'm so glad I finally got to try this amazing spot. I love charcuterie and don't have the talent to make spreads as beautiful as these. I love that M&G has developed a range of sizes, from the snack bites to the lunchbox size to the larger multi person spreads. It felt like I was having a very adult (much more delicious) lunchables. The lunchbox I got had a beautiful selection of meat, cheeses, fruit, honey, and more. I mean there was so much yummyness that each bite was absolutely perfect. Aya was also super friendly and welcoming - she told us all about the different items in our box and you can tell that she is really passionate about her business. She has also chosen some great eco friendly packaging to minimize plastic where possible in the takeout containers/bag which is also great to see! This is the perfect spot to grab some snacks at if you're having happy hour at Boxyard and I will definitely be back for future outings with my friends, co workers and book club!!

Food: 4Service: 4Ambience: 3.5Date/Time: 7/13/2023 7pmOrder: Southwestern Wrap, Honey Mustard Chicken GrinderCrowd: emptyThis place has been around for awhile and sits on the corner facing Strickland. There are 2 entrances, one for the restaurant downstairs and one for the rooftop which are stairs leading up to it (not sure if it's accessible for anyone with a wheelchair or any other disability). The restaurant was low lit and a bit on the darker side but no one was there so maybe no need to light it up. Service was very good even with new staff as they were eager to help with any questions. The food came out in a reasonable time from ordering. Both the wrap and grinder was full of chicken and very tasty. And the fries were seasoned well. I'd recommend the restaurant as the food and service is good.

Solid burritosWe decided to hit up this spot for a quick lunch. Order at the counter and then grab a seat. We got 2 burritos: Chimichurri Chicken and Brown Chicken Tinga Wow Wow. The Chimichurri was super yummy - chicken was super flavorful with spiced potatoes which complemented the burrito perfectly. Wrapped in a warm fresh tortilla. They did add a little bit too much oil into the burrito so eating it was a drippy mess. Tasty nonetheless. The chicken tinga was pretty good as well. Meat was good. Paired nicely with rice and sour pickled cabbage. Overall, burritos were solid and tasty. Tasted premium which explains the premium price. Def better than chipotle.

La Terrazza Rooftop Restaurant and Sky Bar is truly a gem in Raleigh's dining scene. Located on the top floor of The Dillon, it offers a spectacular setting and an equally remarkable dining experience. We started with a Caesar salad, large enough to share and bursting with flavor - definitely a step above the usual. The Tagliatelle was a highlight, simple yet authentic, while the Pork Belly was melt-in-your-mouth perfection.Desserts were equally outstanding. The Tortino and Crème Brûlée were the perfect finish to an already stellar meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. Diana, or "D" as she's known, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the night.La Terrazza has a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that makes it stand out, much like its sister restaurant, Mulino Kitchen, but with an elevated rooftop vibe. With a thoughtfully curated wine list and incredible views of downtown Raleigh, it's a place we'll definitely be visiting again soon. Asking for "D" of course, she's amazing!

BBQ lovers! Hear my cry. Be on the lookout for an emerging super star in BBQ food truck scene!A few of us went to Big Boss Taproom tonight (Thursday Jan-25) for the official tapping of the Big Operator; after a few pints down, and feeling famished, we ventured outside to the now regularly attended food truck participation. My friends headed over to Only Burger for the vegetarian choice, but I spotted a name interestingly unfamiliar: Chick-N-Que. WHAT A CLEVER NAME! Now you know exactly what they are selling.Their namesake on the menu is the chopped chicken barbecue sandwich, with or without coleslaw, but trust me, you would want the slaw. But don't you think for one second you got this food truck figured out. Ernest and Queen, the proprietor of the business, stated on their website that this idea "birthed from an overwhelming response to food served at football party," and this "guarded family recipe" has some pretty unique and savory taste. You like hot dog? Ever tried a chicken dog? How about an "Artisan" chicken sausage? I just had their chicken apple sausage dog, and it was quite interesting.Philly steak, in NC? Meh. Been there, done that. Now, how about some ostrich steak Philly? Yeah. Got your attention now didn't I?Now let me seal the deal with the introduction of the white chicken chili, grilled chicken breast, seasoned and shredded, simmering in diced tomato, cilantro and white kidney beans and topped off with fried tortilla strips and shredded cheddar. Yeah. That's the stuff.So. Follow. Their. Truck! or Twitter, whichever you think is easier (and easier on gasoline refill.)

General Tso Chicken lunch special. I enjoyed it, and will definitely recommend . Fried Rice was a bit plain but nothing a little duck sauce wouldn't take care of.

I love dumplings! I always see Chirba Chirba Dumplings around NC and heard how popular they are. I think this is my 2nd time having them and I got the 12 pc mix of their juicy buns and spicy chicken mini's.They gave me a lot of the chicken mini's! They were good and I think they're not overly spicy, just a nice lil' kick to them. I had high hopes of their juicy buns since it's a soup dumpling, but there wasn't much broth in the buns. Besides that, the juicy buns were still flavorful and tasty. I grabbed 2 of their dipping sauces, garlic sesame and Chirba spicy. Both did not disappoint!

"Food was fresh Greeted with a smile. Excellent service The place was very clean. I highly recommend"
"I have stopped in various locations but never left a review. Swung into the Nashville, NC location on the way back from the OBX this trip. They are know for the pulled pork BBQ and fried chicken. I always get the same thing, a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and an iced tea. I get the regular sized sandwich as the large is just too much. You order at the counter and then pick up when they call your number. The dining room is rather large and a cut above most fast food places. The fried chicken looked really good. I may try it next trip."
"Another in the long list of Good Restaurants Oddly Situated in Strip Malls, El Paseo is hidden in one of the curiously arranged strip malls that line Capital Boulevard and is easy to miss if you're not looking for it - but if good, filling food is on your list, start looking! If the typical Mexican Combo #3 is what you desire this isn't the place; you'll find more regional specialties here like the Desayuno Tipico, featuring two eggs Salvadorian style, beans, cheese, cream, plantain, and tortillas; Yucca Con Chicharron; the Plato Tipico Salvadoreno, offering a variety with beans, plantain, pupusa, tamal, sour cream, and yucca with sauteed pork; and burritos, tacos, baliadas plus a variety of pupusas. There are vegetarian options as well as meat dishes ranging from chicken to tongue, giving eaters of every adventure level something to enjoy. Fresh juices are also available to order if you feel you need something virtuous to go with your stack of cheese pupusas (the deliciously tart and crisp cabbage accompanying them was enough for me!). The space is simple, service is prompt and helpful, and prices are affordable - El Paseo may be somewhat of a hidden gem in Raleigh but it certainly deserves wider acclaim!"
"What a Great place!Plenty of parking. You can sit inside or out. I got my order for eat in. A very friendly man delivered it to our table.Best coffee I have had. I don't like coffee that is full of flavored creamer or extra sugars- I like coffee, touch of oat milk.Their coffee is delicious!I also had the 3 tacos- sausage, egg and pimento cheese. Overall they were good, the egg was so thin I couldn't taste it at al. The pimento cheese and sausage had good flavor."
"We ordered some food for pick up and I wanted to try something I normally wouldn't choose at a Mexican restaurant, only because I prefer authentic instead, but I had a taste for something. So I took the plunge and ordered the Ultimate Nachos which is chicken, ground beef and black beans. Covered with cheese sauce - right there I'm all in! Topped with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes and grated cheese. I substituted refried beans for the black beans (I know, bad!) OMG, this was all so delicious! I could only eat half and had the rest the next day. They also included super fresh Pico de Gallo, which took the whole thing over the top! I don't know how I won't want this again for a take out, it was so good!My spouse got the Steak a la Tampiquena which is a ribeye steak grilled to to your specification with flour tortillas with all the fixings and rice and beans, which she enjoyed too.All I can say is - try the ultimate nachos!"
"Awesome menu choices and fresh ideas! Everything was tasty for the most part. The chicken sausage tasted like a chuck wagon patty so not my favorite thing but it's healthy sooo...Ketchup lovers beware- they are a little stingy with the ketchup. The seasoned potatoes are still good tho, just needed more than a teaspoon of ketchup. The coffee is REALLY good!"
"The pizza is okay, not bad for a small town pizza joint. It does hit the spot when I'm craving a pizza. This place does take-out and delivery only, and there is no dining area. Since it's a no frills establishment, prices are affordable. I usually order their small pizza (with one topping) for $5. The pizza size is just enough for one person. I like this place because it's conveniently located in a strip mall and parking is very accessible. I think they have another location in Lillington, NC."
"Food Truck Time: Caribbean Kicker at HollyFest in Holly SpringsI tried this food truck at an event and it took a total of 50 minutes from the line to order to receive my food (the majority of time waiting was to get my food). I ordered the Island Shrimp Bowl. It was rice and shrimp with a sauce and seasoning, I wanted more ingredients to the bowl than that. It was good but there was too much rice to the other ingredients and the shrimp were a tad overcooked. The main driver behind my review outside of the basic bowl is the wait time, my husband visited two food trucks and returned before I got my food."
"We visited Still Life's new location in Chapel Hill a couple weekends ago. I was impressed. I didn't know Chapel Hill had an "upscale" dance/nightclub with a sexy, big city vibe to it. We hung out at "The Loft" bar and lounge on the 3rd floor which I believe is 25-and-up only. The Loft is like a covered rooftop patio with outside views on three sides, none of which face Franklin St directly, unfortunately. But still, it's a cool, sleek spot with a nice-looking bar, white couches, and high-tops.We stayed up in The Loft and never went downstairs where, presumably, the main club and dance floor are located. As we drove down Franklin St to get here, after 11pm on a Saturday night, we saw a line of what looked like undergrad-aged kids waiting to get in. So, I'm not sure what the atmosphere was like downstairs, but things were very "mature," chill, and relaxed upstairs. I didn't feel like I was on Franklin Street in downtown Chapel Hill.We parked for free in the James Wallace Parking Deck, accessible behind Still Life via E Rosemary St. The deck is next to "Amber Alley," which connects the back side of the buildings to Franklin St. On the deck side of the alley, our big group (who had a connection and called ahead) literally got red carpet treatment. Our IDs were checked and we were given wristbands to access The Loft. We took the glass elevator up and down and there were stairs too.Parking in the Wallace Deck was free because we parked outside the hours of operation: 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday except holidays.According to Still Life Chapel Hill's Instagram page, their rooftop-only soft opening was July 8 and their entire-venue grand opening is two weeks from today on Friday, August 19th: https://www.instagram.com/stilllifeunc/. Currently, there is another Still Life location in Greenville (NC): https://www.yelp.com/biz/still-life-greenville-6. And there used to be a Still Life in Raleigh: https://www.yelp.com/biz/still-life-nightclub-raleigh.I believe this space used to be The Strowd (https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-strowd-chapel-hill) and before that, the Players club (https://www.yelp.com/biz/players-chapel-hill). When my friends were undergrads at UNC, they came to Players. Yep, we're old.Anyway, we had a good time at Still Life and I think this is a club worth checking out. Also, the bartenders were nice and the espresso martini I tried was good. Well made, and nice and strong."
"10/10 for taste, because it is hard to get here during early hours for my particular schedule, personally it's a 4.5/5. But the hours and limits of available donuts are the nature of a fresh donut shop so my Yelp rating remains a 5/5 stars. If I have to give one item of feedback to the location, it would be amazing if they had a true website or even a social media site that had their true hours and up to date news. Nothing fancy, but a simple website with current contact information and hours particularly if they're going to close. But all of the above is absolutely worth it for the amazing taste of these donuts!! There isn't a wrong option! But the maple, strawberry, and Boston crème are the literal best!"
"The hot dogs are amazing Hey make your order when you place it. Staff is super friendly. I like the atmosphere of this place it's epic eclectic and pretty rad. Been here before and I'll come back and eat here again next time Im in chapel hill for work at UNC."
"This is a great little spot to grab dinner or some drinks. I've been here twice, while in town for work, and have never been disappointed. They have really quick service and nice staff."
"Food was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Nice atmosphere. I've been here 4-5 times and every time it's been wonderful. Also, inexpensive options!"
