Saw all the yummy reviews on Yelp and decided I needed to try this place out while in town. I had the 25 which is the pepper jelly Turkey sandwich. I got it on sourdough and added tomato and it was delicious! Super generous size and the other half was great for breakfast the next morning. My husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich and the cheerwine and chips were all yummy. Nice customer service and I wish I lived there bc I would be hitting up this place for sandwiches all the time!"

"Came here off a heavy recommendation while downtown Raleigh. Considering it was cold out, coming to a local coffee shop was just what we wanted. You can view to accompanying photos to see the inside, it's really tasteful and the ambiance is calm and chill. We noticed the cleanliness of this establishment is top notch (including the bathrooms). Service was great, just one worker behind the counter but she was able to keep up. She was so friendly and helped us with ordering what we were in the mood for. I got the Lucettegrace HOT coffee which is two espresso shots with steamed condensed milk. This is exactly what I was looking for and one of the best sweet hot coffee drinks I've had. We also got a chai tea latte which was absolutely delicious. Now on top of the bomb drink experience we got a pastry which I forgot the name of however what was awesome was that the girl ended up giving us a free baklava croissant. There were only some fans on, and no AC was turned out (not sure if it is available).Not too busy for the afternoon. Parking is extremely difficult here. You may need to park a few blocks away. "Enjoyed a tasty lunch here at Toast over the weekend. Ordering out front was easy; service was friendly and very helpful. Grabbed a table inside because it was so hot and humid out. Sampled the blackberry peach sour from Ponysaurus and it hit the spot! I loved the pesto panini; herb pesto, roasted tomato, fresh mozzerella and I added thinly sliced chicken to it. Really enjoyed the homemade potato, lemon & leek soup; the chive oil on top really complemented the flavors of the soup, it was really delicious and luxurious. The variety of crostini toasts were nice to sample; my favorite being the one with roasted beets, orange, mint & robiola. The avocado crostini was a little bland and the mushroom & garlic was just ok. Overall, we had a very nice lunch here, would happily come back and recommend Toast to others; thank you!"

We ordered our food at the counter and someone brought our meals out to our table.I had a spinach pizzette, it was awesome! I sampled a bit of my friend's Baba Ghanouj, so tasty. The highlight for me was the fresh pita bread, absolutely mouth watering. The food was so flavorful! My friend loves this place too, so it's the real deal. I can't wait to come back and eat here again. The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to Trader Joe's, so come grab a meal before you do your grocery shopping."

"Recently ordered pizza from Babymoon Cafe when in Durham for a visit to Duke Medical Center. After a long drive and 3 very tired people, we were looking for an option to deliver food to our hotel. Babymoon was what we selected after a Yelp search.The transaction was seamless - a super friendly and efficient person took my order via phone. She even asked if we needed plates, napkins and forks. Around 45 minutes later, the pizza arrived. It was still hot and so good! It was a New York style pizza, and the crust was delicious. We chose pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese as our toppings, and they were all tasty. We'll definitely use them again when we're back in the area."

"By chance, I ended up at the Eno River Brewery and was in need of lunch and was excited to see this as an option that was very close by! From the outside, it looked like a very simple place which was part of the draw for me. Deciding between brisket and pork is usually a challenge for me, so I this time I opted for both with two sides. Both the pork and brisket were good. I would consider the Mac and cheese to just be average but did enjoy the corn pudding. The hush puppies were pretty good too! I'm sorry I don't recall my servicer name, but she was attentive. I thought the food was reasonably priced and would totally return again in the future! Thank you for a great meal!"

I do wish that they offered more of a brunch selection but everything we had was good but simple, no frills but reasonably priced. We got to try the lamb platter, and the chicken kebab platter. We also got a side of falafel, and of course for dessert... Baklava.The chicken was juicy and tender and flavorful. It came with a great side of yellow rice, and a Greek style salad. Pita and hummus also! A great value for a nice platter of food.The lamb was very delicious, same sides on that platter as well. The favorite was the Tahina yogurt dip that comes with the falafel. I would highly recommend getting extra cups of that and dipping everything in it! A great find if your belly is empty, and you want some delicious Mediterranean style food."

Julius and I were also huge fans of the combination vermicelli noodle plate! He offered to put together a prosciutto salad and I jumped on it.Holy smokes, this was excellent. If you're dining in, you order at the counter, and food is brought to your table. Food: We ordered the Grits Bowl with Shrimp and the Cuban Sandwich. We were big fans of the Grits Bowl! It was just cheesy enough and had a great balance of vegetables in addition to the juicy shrimp. The Cuban Sandwich was filling, and the pickles and dijon mustard gave a nice tangy flavor. While the sandwich was a bit salty, it was a solid pick overall. Overall: With great meals both for dine-in and takeout, Bull and Bean is a solid spot for brunch in Durham. The portion was quite big, about 3/4 pound of meat, just as it should be. The meat was pretty thick cut as well. But the roast beef disappointed me. I expected roast beef around medium rare, but it would up being served hot and cooked all the way through. Just not what I had in mind. Turkey was fine, poppy kaiser roll was nice and fresh.Megan was a really sweet server, a little shy, but I can tell she cares that the customers are happy. Ron, the owner, interacted with some of the regular customers at the bar, which is a sign of a good owner. The staff is why I'll go to the 4th star.I like that you can grab a bag of Deep River chips and a cold Dr Browns soda right off the shelf. Also, they have a nice bar with a reasonably good selection of drafts. I'm sure I'll come back and try the pastrami or corned beef, but the roast beef will be a pass."
