"My friend and I came here after dinner to have a drink. Parking was limited to street parking so you might have to park far and walk over. The hostess was nice and told us directions on how to get to the bar inside from where we were at outside. There were a lot of people in the gift store and around the bar eating/drinking.Our bartenders were all friendly and helpful. My friend ordered a flight that had the After School Snack, the Oatmeal Stout, the Heavy Lifter, and the Idle Hands while I just ordered the Kilt Lifter. Our drinks came out quickly and my Kilt Lifter drink tasted good to me. They had other drinks that sounded good to me but will have to try them next time. There were food options but I didn't look since we ate before we came here.Good place for drinks and definitely carpool if you can since street parking was limited."

"My family and I dined at The Arrogant Butcher on Easter Sunday. We made a reservation for 2:15pm. The place was busy. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated right away.Our server greeted us shortly after and took our drink orders. I ordered a coffee and my guys stuck with water. We then ordered the following:Oysters $3.5 eachCrispy Brussels Sprouts $12Side of fries $7Pacific Sea Bass $32Asian Chopped Salad $13.5Steak and eggs (Easter special) $27The oysters and crispy brussels sprouts were great starters. For my entree, I went with the Pacific Sea Bass which was served with veggies and a lemon caper butter. The flavors were excellent and the entree also happens to be gluten-free! My family and I also shared the side of fries with truffle aioli. The fries had a nice crisp. My guys also enjoyed their entrees. Everyone left content, no complaints!"

"DDD Guy FieriThe 12 of us were on a golf getaway. Our visit coincided with the Barrett Jackson car auction. As such it was difficult to get a reservation at the last minute. We called here in advance of coming. Can you accommodate 12 people? If you come now but no guarantee. This was this past Thursday night. So we decided to come here. Once again we traveled during rush hour traffic. It turned out we were able to get six round tables as customers accommodated us by freeing up a table or two. Food wise - hubby ordered the sloppy Joe burger. I got the cheeseburger. We shared an order of fries and I got a strawberry milkshake topped with whip cream. I'm not a big fan of whipped cream but hubby forgot to say hold it. I really couldn't taste the essence of the strawberry ice cream in my shake. Hubby liked his sloppy Joe burger. The bun was grilled with sugar so it looked blackened. He said it was good. My cheeseburger was very good. I love smash burgers and this burger was a double patty. Cooked to order. Your food is brought to the table. Served in plastic baskets. When finished bus your baskets yourself."

"SanTan was a part of my "forgotten " series of breweries that I have had. Thankfully my notes had this brewery and the details with my experience there. To my defense I believe it's related to a phone of mine getting destroyed so tge information about the visit went with that. Well, better late than never I suppose. For SanTan Brewing I had the Epicenter Amber Ale, a refreshing beer to be sure. Flavor features with this beer are malty, sweet and hoppy. The beer is smooth and light in body. A good amber ale to enjoy, that is for sure!"

"Came in for dinner with friends. Definitely make reservations or be prepared to wait. It was "only" 60-75 min wait on a Saturday night before 6PM. Luckily there were seats outside that were comfortable & the weather was decent. Staff was nice & attentive. The server, nice young man whose name I forget, I'm so sorry! He was very excited it was my first time in. He went through the specials of the evening & was kind enough to even share his own personal favorites. He wasn't pushy or overly aggressive. One of my dinner mates drinks black tea like it's going out of style & the server said he would bring him two glasses. We thought he was joking. He wasn't. To be honest, it was really pretty awesome because it ensured my dinner mate always had tea. One of my dinner mates went with the WCG salad with shrimp. The other dinner mate & I got the dynamite steak with shrimp. I ordered a double serving of broccoli with butter. He got broccoli & fries. The steak was DELICIOUS & the dynamite sauce was butter based with a tiny kick to it. I would definitely do this again. None of us got dessert which was surprising to the server but we were all so full from the delicious meal we had. I will definitely be back. Will make reservations. Would also recommend this place to anyone."

"Decided to go out for dinner in Scottsdale and have had pretty good experiences with going to parties at The Roaring Fork.It was a weeknight so we receded immediately and decided to sit outside. They do have a fairly nice patio on the side of the building. The service was very good the restaurant was clean Little on the expensive side but the food was well prepared and worth it.We will definitely be returning for a meal sometime in the future."

We stopped in initially to grab drinks at the bar but ended up ordering some food because everyone's food who came out around us looked amazing! The bar is really cute and reminded me very much of the bars I visited while I was in Ireland. It is a little bit hot/muggy inside. It would be much more enjoyable if it was cooler indoors."

"As a lover of espresso martinis, I knew I had to check out AZ88's. Afterall, they landed number 7 on Yelp's "Ten espresso martinis you'll agree are worth the buzz" blog in 2023! We had a friend visiting from out of town and thought it was the perfect opportunity to check it out.We arrived on a Sunday evening. AZ88 does not accept reservations, and fortunately for us, AZ88 was not packed that evening. The space is inviting. The dim lighting makes it a little sexy and romantic. We chose outdoor seating and were seated immediately. The server came to greet us shortly after and took our drinks orders. I ordered the espresso martini and my husband and our friend both ordered an old fashioned. The drinks arrived promptly and wow, their espresso martini is one of the best I've ever had! I enjoyed it so much I ordered another one halfway through the meal. It had just the perfect amount of creaminess and sweetness to me. The guys also enjoyed their old fashioned drinks and ordered seconds.For food, we ordered:Shrimp ceviche $17Dipping fries $13St. Petersburg Potatoes $14Halibut entree $36AZ88 Chicken $18The first three items are appetizers. They were delicious and great for sharing. My favorite was the dipping fries. It came with waffle fries with remoulade, spicy chili ketchup, and buffalo-bleu dips. Hubs and I split the halibut entree. It came with half a pound of Atlantic halibut white-fish, pan-seared with lemon, capers, white wine, and garlic butter then served with baby red potatoes and grilled green beans. The kitchen split the entree into two plates for us, which was appreciated. After starting with three appetizers, half of the entree was more than enough for us. Our friend ordered the chicken sandwich and had no complaints!Food and service were excellent. I highly recommend AZ88, especially to espresso martini lovers!"

Shawna greeted us within minutes with ice water and a smile. I ordered the BLTA with seasoned sweet potato fries on focaccia bread. It was huge & delicious but I would have preferred strips of bacon vs. chopped. It was hard to eat because it all kept falling out. My mom ordered the Mediterranean salad with falafel and said it was FANTASTIC."

"Perfect Pear Bistro is always one of my favorite places to stop for lunch. My coworkers and I stopped by for lunch and absolutely loved our meal. It was a party of 6 of us and they were able to seat us within 10 minutes, even during the busy time. Our waitress was great, and brought out extra Arnold palmer for us to refill throughout our meal. My sandwich was divine, per usual. I love the melty cheese and sauce on it. It is so light and refreshing in a hot day. I got sweet potato fries this time as my side, which were perfectly crispy. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather and misters on the patio while we ate. We had such a great time!"

"Was in town and made a breakfast reservation for Saturday morning. (Def did not need one because there was plenty of seating at 930 on Saturday morning). We sat for a very long time before getting offered a drink or anything for that matter. The waitress was friendly and kind but she did not listen to what we ordered. When our orders arrived (via someone other than our waitress) we told her that our orders were wrong. The girl literally said nothing, just stared at us looking odd, then walked away. It was bizarre. Then no one came back until we were done with our wrong meals. The waitress drops the check off and i told her the cost was wrong because the meals were wrong and she attempted to argue with me. She ended up correcting my bill but I can tell you I'll not be going back. The food was actually good though"

"Fry bread or tacos? What about fry bread tacos! Flour, shortening, baking powder, and salt are mixed together. The dough is rolled and flattened until it is the size of a plate. Then the bread is fried in oil until it is fluffy and golden. Toppings are added and it all gets folded up like taco. The Fry Bread House is located on the corner of 7th and Hazelwood. They have a small parking lot; we got the last open space. Cars do leave occasionally if you're willing to wait. Sometimes there are spots on the street nearby. If that's full too, you can park in the residential area if you're willing to walk. Seating inside was all taken, but they had two fold-up tables and a canopy tent set up outside. The consistency of the freshly made fry bread is delicately crisp on the outside while being soft and doughy on the inside. It does get somewhat soggy as time goes on, which makes the taco fall apart more easily. Don't take too long to eat. I enjoyed the Vegetarian Taco, it came with a good amount of refried beans, onions, chili strips, sour cream, and lettuce. Everything was fresh. The Ultimate Taco was hastily assembled; it was served with several toppings that already fell out of the fry bread. Had to fix it for the picture. No complaints on taste though. The Beef taco had the lowest filling-to-bread ratio, but the meat was flavorful. Worth putting on your itinerary if you're visiting Phoenix for the first time!"

So I asked Kenzie about the 'house' martini's that were on the happy hour menu and she made some suggestions. I ended up trying the blueberry lemon martini. It was delicious.The happy hour tacos were good. The Carne Asada was well seasoned and super tender. I tried the brussel sprout hash which was very tastey. "Came to The Duce for their Urban Cowboy event in June and omg it was so much fun! The Duce is a unique, fun space and the ambiance is great for a night out. Love that it's an open concept, has both indoor and outdoor areas, and doesn't feel too congested even when there is a lot of people. The food we got was delicious! We tried the fried Mac and cheese sampler bites as well as their sliders. They offer a ton of different drinks and I was able to get a yummy mocktail. I highly recommend the pancake flight, 3 pancakes of your choice. I went with the peanut butter pancake, pineapple upside down, and the sweet potato pancakes, and all 3 pancakes were delicious. My breakfast companion decided to go with the ham and eggs Benedict and he said it was the best he had in a very long time. Again, the portions and quality of food are just outrageously good. If you are not in a rush, THIS is your breakfast spot !"

The spicy seasoned fries were super spicy and inedible for us which was a bummer. For spicy lovers, definitely get these though. The crunch of them and flavor was good but the spice was too much.
