I had the pepperoni and cheese pizzas, and both were standard. Milano's is a solid place if you're craving a quick bite to eat or just pizza in general. There's nothing special about the pizza per se, but the place is open late and the slices are quite filling.Paid street parking is available at a limited capacity.

Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had on my 45 years on earth! I was at the hospital waiting for my dad. Said what the heck cheese slice on Philly let's see. I came back and stick the pizza on the window. Just gave them a lil souvenir back.. bill me

It saddens me when I've to make a critical review. We ordered the Milano special and wings. Though they sent a large instead of a small (which was nice of them) it was cold and the toppings were sparse. It was mostly pepperoni with a light confetti of what was supposed to be sausage, peppers, mushrooms and onions. The tiny bit of vegetables were raw, and mushroom were non-existent. Wings were good and everything was packed well but the blue cheese sauce was watery. Also I requested a little extra sauce and it wasn't saucy at all! The pizza crust was nice and thin. Delivery was fine I just wish the pizza wasn't cold and had come as described. I've a hunch it was a pepperoni pizza they already had made and they just belatedly added the rest of the toppings.

I live right across the street from this place and its always a good go-to if you need pizza ASAP. I wish they were open later at night! This place always has a variety of different pizza slices to offer so you can get anything you are craving. I've gotten all types of slices here and pies including personal and large pies. The veggie pies are even good!

I feel like every time that I'm on this block, I crave pizza! It's because I know that Milano's is right there and I sometimes fight the urge to cheat on my diet, but today, I gave in and had pizza, the BBQ chicken pizza was really good, but then I saw the pastries in the case and had a mini double chocolate cake! Now, that was delicious, that was the best part of the meal!!! I don't always treat myself to pizza but I really enjoyed it, everyone was very friendly, it was reasonably priced, and I would come back, maybe order delivery. The Sicilian and pepperoni slices looked really good! Next time, I should try those!Convenient location! I'll be back...

I normally go to this pizza shop if I want a slice or two really quick when I'm on the go. They always have about 7-8 options of different toppings to choose from. I would give their pizza about a 6/10 and the other day I decided to switch it up and get a cheesesteak which was pretty good.

I hate to say it. I used to love Milanos 5-6 years ago, But recently the quality has gone down on my current pictures as you can see the pizza is very very soggy and sometimes when we do big orders The topping quality is so inconsistent I don't know what happened but I'll be honest the guy that's doing the cashier is a very good guy

Absolutely the best pizza around. I visit Jefferson hospital often so when I'm down here I specifically go to this place to eat. Never had a bad meal! Fresh and delicious pizza. I stayed the weekend at a hotel near by and used the milanos loyalty program card w their app for freebies ! Ask them about it. Definitely worth every cent. My favorite is the bbq chicken pizza :)
