I ordered Korea Taqueria for a group lunch today and it was a hit by everyone. We ordered the Meal for 4 had the Birria Tacos, Sweet Garlic Soy and Spicy Gochujang Wings, Kimchi Cheese Fries and Chips and Guacamole. So many great flavors! The guacamole was perfectly tangy and creamy. The sauces with the food are a nice addition to already great flavors. We even got free drinks with the order, Watermelon Aqua Fresca and Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca. Both are wonderful spring/summer drinks. The cucumber lime drink was especially good! I had to call the restaurant for answer questions I had about ordering and the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. That actually was the reason why I settled on this restaurant to order from. The downside is ordering take out that the food sometimes gets a bit soggy in the containers so next time I'll go there and eat as soon as I get my food. And I will definitely go back!Sorry no pics because I couldn't get pics before everyone dove in.

Different Cheesesteak #1177. I got the Bulgogi Salsa Macha cheesesteak. I had high hopes for this cheesesteak. If you follow me you know how that usually goes. Not well. I liked the individual parts. Very good roll. The meat had some moisture and flavor. The sauce in the little tub had a just enough kick. I don't like my cheesesteak in layers (i like everything mixed together) and the cheese was not melted. I did like eating it in front of Keith Haring Garden.

Awesome taste! Everything fits together; it has the right amount of sauce, slaw, and chicken. I do wished they used a different buns for the burger bc brioche gets soggy easily. Service was fast and price is reasonable. Def be back for their tacos!

I've always wanted to try their food truck but was never able to get to it.Korea Taqueria is now a hidden gem tucked away in Gray's ferry (Wish it was closer to Fishtown). While they only offer takeout service, their culinary creations are nothing short of extraordinary. I recently ordered their Spicy Pork Tacos and Kimchi Fries, and I was blown away by the flavors and portion sizes. The Spicy Pork Tacos were a true delight. Each taco was generously filled with tender, marinated pork that packed a flavorful punch. The fusion of Korean spices and Mexican flair was well balanced, creating a taste sensation that left me craving more. The korean cucumber added in was a great idea. The kimchi fries were also amazing but since I didn't eat it fast, it did get a but soggy. Just heads up. But I could tell it'd been even better if it was fresh. Korea Taqueria deserves every bit of praise it receives. Their Spicy Pork Tacos and Kimchi Fries are not only visually appealing but also incredibly satisfying in terms of taste and portion size. The skillful fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors are much welcomed in Philly. It's such a great combo. Combined with the welcoming ambiance and friendly staff, Korea Taqueria is a must-visit!

Bruh... I don't have a lot to things to say about this other than it SLAPS. I visited Philly this weekend and decided to try this corner spot. Sooooo fricking delicious! I got a cauliflower burrito and my family got Burris tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I can't even explain what I ate. It was just a flavor bomb stuffed inside a burrito. I let was so good that we needed up going back the next day for round 2 lol. I recommend the whole menu and all the sauces haha. Call in your order since it's carryout only. The place has street parking. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but it didn't stop me from eating in my car lol.SN: my burrito pic looks horrible because I didn't have time to try to take a cute one :-D

FOODI visited Korea Taqueria's truck at South Street Fest and ordered the bulgogi tacos. It came with 2 tacos for $11, which is pricey for the amount you get. Although I found it rich in flavor and well-balanced between meat and veggies, I will say that the tacos as a whole were a little to salty for my taste, to the point that I was unable to finish them.Nevertheless, if they're ever in the area again, I would definitely visit to try other items on their menu, especially their Korean bulgogi birria tacos (didn't see them on their menu this time around).DRINKSThey have assorted beverages from bottled water, sodas, and agua frescas.SERVICEService was quick and easy, and I received my order within 5-10 minutes of ordering. The staff were friendly and kept the lines going when they were long.

Gun to my head what am I picking:Birria tacos ORthe Bulgogi beef cheesesteakAnswer: CheesesteakThe cheesesteak is simply the beef on a roll covered in wiz. It's a simplistic formula but the marinade and flavor of the tender shredded beef stands all on its own! It reminds me of the formula of chaps pit beef in Maryland. Let the meat do the talking. The Birria tacos come with about 4oz of consume and a 2oz cup of green sauce. The tacos are hearty and register a steep for $15 for three. This is not on par with regular tacos but is on par with prices of Birria dishes. The tacos are double wrapped corn tortilla with cilantro and onions. Once again th at tender beef inside. Finally the nachos chips themselves were nothing to write home about it. They were generic, a step above grocery store tortilla chips pack in the cardboard container another with cheese, sour cream tomatoes and others pictures. I was on the fence about the nachos but they were a Sunday shareable dish.I'd been seeking out Korea Taqueria for a bit given their social media and the buzz around them. Their truck parked in my neighborhood for an event gave me the opportunity. For $15 the cheesesteak was a bit pricy. The tacos were on par with other places so I'm not really drawn back there but the food was tasty so I'll give the truck 5 stars.

When you're always wanting it all and can't decide between having Korean bbq, tacos or a cheesesteak. Oh my I found the perfect spot. Located in the Gray's Ferry section of south Philly, take out only, situated on the corner with a simple white sign hanging, it has to be good right? It looks like a mashup of Korean and Mexican foods.I decided on the bulgogi cheesesteak with American cheese, if you don't know it bulgogi is the sliced marinated beef from a kbbq, now imagine that in a seeded roll with cheese, it's a beef bulgogi cheesesteak! second choice, imagine the birria tacos with its side dipping broth. Here we have bulgogi birria tacos with its dip Ok after the tasting, I must say this is a pretty cool tasting experience. I'm sure it's been around, probably not something I'll want all the time but it's worth the tickle to your taste buds

I Seen That This Place Had 4.5 So I Decided I Had To Try! Plus The Pictures Of The Food Looks Sooo Good. Overall I Believe This Place Has A Great & Unique Concept.. But The Execution Was Not Done Correctly & Here's Why. I Tried The Sample Meal For 1 w/ The Cauliflower For The Tacos.. The Cauliflower Was Good Alone.. Just Not In The Tortillas. The Cook On The Wings Were Not Good & I Asked For Them To Be Fried Hard & It Was Not. Also The Crust Of The Wings Could Be Way Better Too.. Not A Fan Of The Wings At All. The Guac Taste Like Its PreOrdered From Somewhere.. It Wasn't Giving Fresh Avocado flavor Or Texture At All. & They Gave Me A Small 2oz Soufflé Cup Of It. Since It Wasn't Good I Wasn't Mad.. Lol.. But If It Was Actually Good I Would've Been Pissed.. Lol. My Nephew Had The Gochujang Chicken Sandwich & Cheese Fries & Even He Said His Food Wasn't Tasty & Could've Been A Lot Better. The Drinks (Watermelon & Cucumber Lime Juice) Were Pretty Tasty But A Tad Sweet & The Horchata Wasn't Flavorful Enough. The Churro Cheesecake Should've Just Been Called 'Dulce De Leche Cheesecake' Because It Had Nothing To Do With A Churro. It Didnt Have A Churro Crust.. It Didn't Have Cinnamon Sugar On It & It Didn't Even Have 1 Fried Churro On Top. Just Call It Something Else Because It Was Pretty Tasty.. But A Let Down Due To The Expectations Of The Name.
