I almost am afraid to write about this business because I don't want it to become too popular. Food Point is my favorite deli and mini mart in the area. It is so clean and service is super friendly. I always feel welcomed at Food Point. I have been trying to give up meat lately, and their vegetarian/veggie hoagie is absolutely delicious. It's become my new favorite sandwich and kind of an obsession. Highly recommend.

I visited a few corner markets and even Rittenhouse Market and ordered hoagies, by far Food Point is the best. The guy in the deli with the Eagles cap, beard and mustache even makes the best hoagie at Food Point. Each bite, to the last, you take should taste the same and he's got it down. I've never bought a hoagie so meticulously made to have an experience where is bite tast the same to the last bite.THANKS!!!

Solid neighborhood convenience store with a seriously good sandwich selection. Breakfast sandwiches made to order. Hoagies freshly sliced in front of you. Bonus is that the two guys working there are funny and personable. They seem to know the majority of customers by name. You could walk right by the place. But it's worth stopping in.

Food Point's hoagies are my absolute favorite. I would bet that you can't find a more affordable or higher quality hoagie anywhere in the city! Staff is also so friendly, making it an awesome experience every time :)

I'm the Duke of Food Point with 200+ Check-In's. Yet somehow Christopher R. still managed to get a free coffee before me!But in a way I can understand. After all, Since I've seen I witnessed how Christopher R. has been able to pull off getting free desserts out of places that don't even typically offer it (and have even reaped the benefits!), I have grown accustomed to the powers of his free food persuasions! And since my being a block and a half away makes going to Food Point so damn easy, I'd probably still go even if I was mad bro (http://cdn3.digitaltrends.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/you-mad-bro.png).At the heart Food Point is pretty much just your typical corner store where you can get sandwiches, give your caffeine fix quick satisfaction, play lotto, get a cheap phone that's probably crappy, actually find Faygo outside of an ICP concert (I only went to one because I was curious, and damn did I regret it!), and pick up some practical items. But Food Point also goes a step beyond the typical when it counts, especially with things like the deli section where you can get a better than decent sandwich for as little as $3 (6 inch meatball or Italian hoagie). From wraps, to soups and salads, and then some, the deli options are also better than most other convenience stores that don't have Wawa or Old Nelson in the title; making it a worthy lunch destination on the cheap.Thanks dudes indeed!

They make really delicious sandwiches. They have a wide variety of deli sandwiches and salads of your choosing The only downfall is the cleanup a half hour Before they close and they don't serve sandwiches during that time.

Definitely the best hoagies in philly! Each hoagie is made to order and the meats and cheeses for your sandwich are sliced in front of you which is awesome. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, definitely going back! Prices have gone up a little bit just like everywhere else, but still reasonable for such quality food!
