I'm sorry but I have never had a more disappointing matcha latte!! I paid $5 for badly flavored milk:( However they do have a nice interior, seating and ample amount of sockets if you want to bring a laptop to work or just charge devices.

I think there is another location of this shop- I went to the one in the lobby of a bank. The two guys working were super friendly and helpful. Great coffee!!!

Service: two very friendly guys were behind the counter. One offered to make me 2% instead of whole milk! Ambiance: really quick on the go coffee shop, perfect for before the office or quick mid day pick me up. It's inside the lobby of an office building I believe.Drink: Caramel black salt iced latte is delicious! I recommend, I love love love it. Not too sweet (I didn't even ask for this modification but hate when coffee is overwhelmingly sweet) and the black salt is a perfect touch. TLDR: friendly staff, perfect on the go coffee. Get the black salt caramel iced latte :)

We came in on the recommendation of friends and were surprised to find an operation in the lobby area of a large office building. This coffee bar needs to serve its drinks in paper cups, presumably because there's no possibility of running a dishwasher in the limited space that's available. We ordered pour-overs and croissants and were delighted by the quality of both the espresso drinks and the pastries. The communal table in front of the coffee bar worked perfectly for us. Because there's WiFi and clean restrooms, one can linger over a cup of coffee just as in a real coffee shop.We especially liked the Ethiopian pour-over, which had an ineffable cherry taste that we haven't yet been able to duplicate at home with other Ethiopian coffees.Writing about the 12th Street Elixr in 2019, I concluded: "It's basically impossible not to like this café, which I recommend very highly." I feel exactly the same way about this location!

This place is okay overall. The decor is slightly bougie and gives upper-middle class vibes with the clientele to boot, ranging in shades of yuppie. The variety of seating is nice, especially since this is one of the few cafes in the city with cushioned seating (but no sofas). Baristas are pleasant and the wait times are never too bad. My main gripe is with the quality of the drinks. I'm not sure if it's just the decaf espresso but it always tastes a little off even with a lot of sugar and oat milk (from the self-serve table which needs to be refilled/checked more often). I'm docking another star because the person I was with one time had ordered a pour-over and used the whole milk from the self-serve table, only to discover it had spoiled. For a place that specializes in drinks, this was pretty sad. I'd rate them a 2.5/5 if I could.P.S. They don't offer regular decaf coffee.

Let's just say I'm not a huge fan of fancy coffee drinks. However, my kids convinced me that I had to try this local Philadelphia coffee place and had to order a specific drink (iced strawberry oat milk latte). Upon entering, there was a welcoming, hoppin' chill vibe. There are chairs & tables with some additional sitting areas. I could totally see myself with my computer and coffee just hanging out with or without friends. And the staff was friendly as well. In any case, I placed my order and it was prepared promptly with a smile. It looked beautiful and was delicious!

Right by suburban station so really nice spot to hop in for a quick coffee pre- or post- commute! All Elixr baristas I've encountered are so friendly and nice! I've been to their Sydenham location a few times and had a great experience there too! My go to is the Strawberry Oat Latte w/ matcha! I like a little bit more strong matcha but for the general person I think this is good! It's in a larger office building so just a few seats set up off to the side. More like a stop and go place.

First - I'm obsessed with matcha. When I heard about strawberry matcha from this place, I had to give it a try. It did not disappoint! I've been here a hand full of times and each time, I only got the strawberry matcha with oat milk. I'm sure their coffee is great as well, but I have yet to try it. The service and ambiance is great! Like every coffee shop, they're always busy on the weekends, but the strawberry matcha is worth the wait.

Extremely convenient location if you're not in center city, but closer to the parkway and still looking for amazing coffee. I got this matcha on the go, they have this new seasonal strawberry oat matcha, and it's probably my go to right now. It is so refreshing because of the strawberries but still thick because of the oat milk, a great transition drink into the spring! Because it's not a main location and is inside one of the corporate building, the selection of food is limited. Same for merchandise and beans. Highly recommend if you're running errands or on the go. If you have more time I'd still recommend the roastery a few blocks down.
