Always good food and sizeable helpings! Great desert and I'll always recommend the ribs.

Pros- open late some sides are goodCons- living off their rep not nearly as good as they used to be. I wouldn't suggest naive suburbanites -the neighborhood can be rough

All I can say is that the guys worked hard to accommodate the crowds and the bbq chicken wings were GOOD.

The service wasn't great. The ribs were suppose to be a whole slab but it seemed like a half there wasn't any bread and no napkins or utensils included. Dwight's didn't have any tuna salad and the girl that took the Oder clearly didn't listen to what I told her and to keep repeating myself. The ladies that were in there were complaining that I walked in after them and was finish before them. I had to wait for them to cash me out had I been a dishonest person I could have walked out and no one would have known. I wasn't the only honest person there tonight. Ribs tasted better a long time ago.

Dwight's food was good at one time. Not any more. It just doesn't have that flavor and I'm sure that I'm not the only one that feels that way. At one time there would be lines to get into that place. Not anymore. You can just about walk in and walk out these days. I was there recently and spent almost $70.00. Not to mention something that I purchased, Stuffing, was not in the bag when I got home so check your bags for the items that you paid for. I was going to call but, I don't live in Philadelphia so what would it to have meant? I was very angry though because the girl serving the food was stressing about a personal matter and couldn't focus, almost forgetting to even put the right sauce on my ribs My daughter in law purchased some ribs for her mother in law and took them to Delaware only to get a call later that the ribs were not done (Cooked properly). My husband didn't like his food order either and said that he heard that their food wasn't any good anymore. Well Dwight's doesn't have to worry about this family and extended family patronizing his establishment anymore. We're done! We don't want to get sick, cheated, or considered unworthy of good customer service or good food. Adios Amigos!!! I wish I post this without any stars. They don't see serve it. Try the Reading terminal, their ribs are very good!

Dwight's is currently doing curbside pickup, you can call your order in at (215) 225-6030 or place your order with one of the staff members that are outside tending to the customers. After placing your order it's about a 20-25 min wait and I believe that they're only doing cash only right now, prior to COVID-19 they accepted cash and card payments. The food is great and filling I never finish it in one sitting. With each platter you get 2 slices of white bread, which isn't pictured because I don't eat white bread I opt for an additional side of cornbread.I eat here often and I would definitely recommend it.

I have been here a few times. I went yesterday (April 4, 2024). There were three gentlemen in front of me, which wasn't a problem UNTIL I GOT UP TO PLACE MY ORDER.The last two gentlemen in front of me received 3 side orders, not 2!!! One of them ordered corn on the cob - he received 2 pieces.I ordered my platter, I was told it only came with 2 sides (wow, what happened to 3 sides like the earlier patrons) and when I ordered corn of the cob, 1 damn piece with no butter, no pepper but a shit ton of salt.Make this my last damn time going to this establishment EVER!!! I don't appreciate being taken advantage of just because I'm a femaleI see why black owned establishments don't last long, I guess they pick and choose who they're "favorites" and treat them like they are high & mighty.It's definitely less than a 1 star rating!!!

The food is absolutely horrible!!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!! I couldn't finish a portion of my platter $35 wasted on complete trash!!!! Never again you couldn't pay me to sample a bite of that nonsense. Shame on them the bread is the only thing that was good!!!! The "OLD DWIGHT'S" was perfect!!!! This new aged b.s. should be shut down immediately I wouldn't give this trash to a dog.

I walked in but quickly walked back out. I was disappointed by the sight of a broken window that appeared to have a bullet hole. The food looked terrible, and I feared the possibility of food poisoning.

i had the opportunity to try the ribs Saturday at an adult field day , by far the best ribs i ever had in my life thank you so much & keep up the good work ‼
