Group of 6 Chicas went to Aqimero for their Bottomless Brunch and Bubbles to celebrate 2 birthdays. Everything, including the aesthetics were to perfection!! Jasmin was our server and we have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She was friendly, great to talk to, helpful and had those drinks coming (and we thank you). Every drink served to us was a different flavor and they kept getting better and better. So grateful we selected Aqimero and we can't wait to go back. We enjoyed it from beginning to end.,

The hostess and server were kind and thorough with the menu. Also attentive to our party. I recommend coming for appetizers and drinks rather than dinner. I was not impressed with the dinner options. After spending $900+ for a party of 7, we took pictures around the hotel and were yelled at by staff to not take pictures because we are not guests here. Well that's crazy... i may not be a guest, but I just dined at your restaurant. Other than the rude front desk guy, and mediocre entrees... the vibe was intimate and cute

Fancy dinner spot in the Ritz Carlton. The menu is a nice fusion Latin spot. Would recommend the truffle flatbread and empanada for vegetarian options. The presentation of the food was wonderful as well. The cauliflower was a bit smokey for my taste. The crème brûlée desert which they flame at the table with espresso tasted like tiramisu cream and was heavenly! Service was great as well.

I was excited to try Aqimero after a friend showed me a video of his dinner selection that was an enchanting presentation. Learning it was located in the Ritz Carlton was a bonus as well. I immediately expected great ambiance, food and impeccable service.The entrance from street level into Aqimero is breathtaking. The hostess was friendly and advised she would be able to seat us when the third person in our party arrived. That was perfectly fine. We headed to the lounge area and grabbed a seat. Within a few minutes, a very nice server approached us and we ordered cocktails. I had the Espresso Martini and my friend ordered a Spicy Marqarita. Both drinks were satisfying and the tab was closed. We were seated in the bar area and advised of our waiters name. Another nice server offered us water and advised of the specials. However, after an excessive amount of time had passed, I went to the hostess stand to advise our waiter never approached our table. Shortly after, a young lady came to our table and informed us the person we were told would be our waiter went home and she would assist instead.We started placing our orders and one friend asked if they had salad. She was informed the did not. (that's odd for a restaurant not to offer a salad). She then ordered the Crab Cake Benedict and a Lemon Drop Martini. I ordered the pancakes and since I had looked at their online menu, I asked if they had bacon and eggs. The waitress said they did. (why would these items not be on the printout Brunch menu)? I ordered those as well as a Peach Bellini.The waitress brought the Lemon Drop Martini and an Espresso Martini. I advised her I ordered the Peach Bellini. She took the Espresso Martini back and placed it back in the area for servers. Then there was a wait for the Peach Bellini.My pancakes, bacon and eggs were all very good. My friend and I were both completely deflated to see there were 2 small box style crabcakes and not fresh lump crabcakes as was expected in a venue located inside the Ritz Carlton in Center City Philadelphia. This was a major disappointment. And to top it off, her dish was cold as if it had been sitting awhile. That's unacceptable.We ask for the check, and the first thing listed is a $22 Espresso Martini! My friend now goes to the hostess stand where our waitress was located. She acknowledged the mistake and had it corrected prior to presenting us with a new tab.There were far too many mishaps and disappointments for me to say I would recommend you try them. However, there are good reviews as well, so decided for yourself.Cheers!

Love the atmosphere of this place. It's a perfect stop after the Christmas market, the inside is festive and feels very posh. Love it! Service is great, seating is hit or miss. The drink menu could be a little more exciting, compared to other cocktail bars in Philly. Especially for the price.

Truffle fries always make everything better. It's cute. I always end up just coming for a casual lunch or early dinner. It's just an easy option. The crust they are able to get on the salmon is amazing.

Came here at the recommendation of a friend and I was happy I did. The space is spectacular and it was decorated for the holidays, which was a bonus.I sat at the bar and ordered drinks and a few appetizers. For cocktails: - I started with the 1976. It was delicious, crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced.- Next I ordered the sancerre, but I should have looked at the price - at $27 a glass, it was nothing to write home about. Inflation sucks.For food:- I started with the hamachi (Peruvian) ceviche. Surprisingly delicious. The flavors were bright, well-balanced, and punched you in the face, but in the best way.- I ordered the octopus. Unfortunately, this was a huge miss. I asked the server if the octopus is good here, because it's kind of difficult to get octopus right. Everything was wrong. It came out at room temperature, including the sauce and accoutrements. This seemed wrong like it was left to die on the plate warmer in the kitchen. And the octopus was ridiculously chewy. I tried it a few times just to make sure it wasn't inedible and each time I was chewing forever. Had to send it back.- Finally, I ordered the truffle fries, which were fantastic. Highly recommend.Overall, I would recommend this place. They have great cocktails and food. Hopefully the one dish was just a fluke.

Came here for lunch. Slow service but food was very very good. Ordered the guacamole and it was very fresh and tasty but what really blew me away was their cast iron chicken. I am never usually one to order chicken off the menu but with the limited selection I asked the waiter if he would recommend the chicken or salmon for lunch. He recommended the chicken and it was very very good! I was shocked at how moist it was. I'll take the slow service if the food is this good

Aqimero is such a nice bar and right in center city at the Ritz Carlton which is so nice! The space is beautiful and feels very upscale. The drinks are pricy but really good! I did not try any of the food this time but I will have to try it next time! This is a great stop in the city!

Came here for brunch on a Sunday and had a pleasant time!We did the endless brunch option but I personally am not a fan of champagne so I ordered cocktails a la carte while my friends did mimosas and Bellinis. I wish they would add bloodys or another breakfast beverage as an option for non champagne drinkers - it is the ritz after all, I expected more! The food presentation was on point. Very aesthetic dishes but the quality was here and there. The pastry basket was pretty average nothing memorable. The parfait however I thought would be average as well was actually delicious! The toast sampler was tasty, I wish the mushroom was more of a pate than chunks of mushrooms. We also got the burger; huevos rancheros and crab cake Benedict as the entrees. They were all tasty! But I wish the crab wasn't fried and had more lump crab. Overall, service was decent and food was good. I had a nice time but I honestly expected more of a wow factor since it's at the ritz
