I would suggest as a solo outing or no more than 4ppl in a group since seating space is limited. I sat at the bar and Nia was my bartender/server. She was kind, made sure to check on me the entire time I was there, and gave recommendation on drink. I ordered the chicken and carrot cake waffle with a side of grits. All of the food was great! I'd definitely recommend others to check the restaurant out.Plaza parking available.

It was pretty good! It was a cute cozy space that had a great little artistic vibe! The location was nice, parking free, and we were seated quickly! Can't beat that! However, there were a few things that led to the 3 stars...First, they were out of several dishes. Our server told us they would have it at brunch the next day! Uhhhmmm we're here today! Second, they did not have the ingredients to make a Bloody Mary! That's a brunch staple! Third, the fried green tomatoes were cold and hard. You could tell they had been sitting awhile! I will say that they brought us out another batch that was fresh and delish! Lastly, my friend wanted the oxtails. The server told us they were out of them. She then left and came back and said they had one more serving of oxtails and grits. I wondered how you could be out of oxtails but have oxtails and grits?!?! Although my friend didn't really want the grits, she ordered it! Needless to say, to got mostly bones and gristle. It looked good though! She gave it a 2/5. I ordered the Fried Catfish and Grits and it was AMAZING!! Hot! Freshly Prepared! Seasoned to the Gods! The Carrot Cake waffle was tender and delicious! The coffee was basic but I am a coffee snob! All in all, I think I'd give them another chance! The service was amazing. Our server was attentive and friendly! My food was good, and parking was great!

I am updating my review after my most recent experience during brunch. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations and I may need to consider another restaurant in the future. First, we got there at 1pm and there were multiple things that were sold out: ox tails, snapper, and catfish, which were a majority of the protein options on the menu. Needless to say all of the items we went there for were not even available. Second, they gave me a hard time to get egg whites and I didn't know they wouldn't do it until my salmon breakfast bowl came out. The kind server said they asked but the kitchen said, "they prepped all of the eggs for the day." Honestly, that comment led to other questions.Third, my friend ordered an espresso martini--we found out later it was made with tequila instead of vodka, it was very sweet, and didn't taste like any of the other espresso martinis he had that weekend. He recommends not ordering this drink. Fourth, it pains me to write this because this is conveniently located but the parking was difficult so give yourself extra time.

Visited for brunch on a Saturday morning. We had a reservation for two and I had one extra but they accommodated my extra guest. We had Harry as a server and he was very informative and attentive. He was jovial and we enjoyed his service. Staff continuously checked on us throughout our meal. Be aware, there is a 20% automatic gratuity. Food was really good. I can't wait to go back and try more. Drinks were good. They offer bottomless mimosas during brunch. I loved the decor and how tranquil it was. I was able to hold a conversation without yelling over loud music. There is a parking lot with plenty of free parking.

The service was great. Everyone from the hostess to our server were very polite. Our server even walked us out as we left. We were there for brunch. The portions were large. None of us were able to finish our meals. She recommended the veggie omelette as the only vegetarian entree. I also had an order of pancakes that I shared with my sister. The vibe was chill with a nice mix of RnB music playing. The restaurant is small but it's a huge winner in my book.

The food was amazing, and it was really a vibe. My husband and I sat in the balcony area where you face the parking lot while eating. It is covered in, so if it rained you would be okay as long as the wind isn't blowing. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information about the menu. We didn't even need the menu with her. Very nice spot for Virginia Avenue!

Ahhhmazing!! It was so nice to enjoy a vibe outside of loud music that you have to yell in order to have a conversation and without hookah! The vibe was still nice and the food was even better!! The customer service was great from Will and a young lady that said "my pleasure, never a problem". I had the surf n turf - strip steak with cheese crab meat, side of eggs and grits that needed no salt!! And listen.... THAT CARROT CAKE WAFFLE!!!I'm definitely spinning the block on this one

Had brunch here with a few friends. We were told it would be at least a hour wait but as luck would have it we found sears at the bar and were able to stay there! Food was delicious! Salmon croquettes were amazing! Drinks were flowing and we were enjoying them. The staff was very friendly and took the time to ask our names and remember them during our stay. Drinks were a bit pricy, but where isn't these days. I would def recommend and I plan on returning myself.

Restaurant in a plaza, but check in was easy and smooth. Parking very easy. The ambiance once inside was comfy and cozy. Waitress (Frisco)was absolute a gem. She was very knowledgeable and catered to our every request. We were a large party of 15. Everyone raved over their food. We all drove in for a conference from all different parts of the U.S. When I come back to Atlanta this place is definitely on my list!!

S/O to Jalissa for the amazing service!! She's the best, super knowledgeable, friendly and super attentive.. Blacked owned establishment, nice decor, great playlist, nice ambience and very clean.. The food was amazing!!! Soooooooo good!!! Red Snapper was good, pink beans and rice was good, a lot of flavor... Fried chicken was super moist and 2 big pieces.. Cornbread tastes like pound cake, good, sweet and moist, the henny shrimp for the appetizer was really good, shrimps was so big, loved the sauce and etc.. Lobster bites were good and cut up nice and I had the side of collard greens.. This place didn't disappoint at all. Loved my experience and time here! I will be a regular here.. Private parking lot with plenty of space, they take reservations and that come with a $5 deposit that's non refundable but the deposit goes towards your meal.. No issues at all... Service was top tier!!!
