I continue on my quest to visit some Texas Style bbq restaurants that are not located in Texas. I don't know much about Atlanta, but this is in a very unassuming location. Behind an apartment complex? YupThey offer a limited menu on Thursday, their first day re-opening after the weekend, but everything they are churning out is just delicious. I highly recommend this spot! The smoked burger - caramelized onions, pickles, American cheese, and some sort of mustard sauce. I asked for no cheese, of course. It's a nice smoky thick burger, which reminded me of my days going to Guy's back in Houston, but this one is even better due to it being cooked medium rare.Black pepper and garlic sausage - an excellent Texas style sausage with loose packing and served with an orangish-colored mustard dipping sauce, which is different than the one on the burger.I added a sweet tea and an ice cream cup from the freezer (near the front door) made by a local place called Butter & Cream. Overall, I was very satisfied with this craft bbq spot. Customer service was excellent as the manager and/or owner came to visit my table and ask how my meal was. Slightly disappointed I didn't get to try their brisket or ribs, but the food I did have basically matches any craft bbq spot in Texas, and that's saying a lot.

Went on a Saturday around 4:30 not busy at all. Got the Huey with the added 1/2 slab of ribs. Side Mac and cheese , collards and cheese gritsAll the meat was fantastic liked that we got to try all the meats with the Huey. The brisket was so tender The sauces were just ok but good Bbq does not need any sauce or very little sauce. The collards cooked till tender but lacked seasoning.Banana pudding needed more bananas in it.Customer service was very good Will be back

I like to buy my BBQ in platters instead of a la carte. But if I had to choose a place to buy it piece by piece, it better be good. This place was great. Parking was simple. Once we walked inside we were led through the menu by the best cashier. Certain days have different menus. Saturdays are for brisket and Sunday is smoked chicken. Will I come back tomorrow (Sunday) for the wings...maybe lol. I recommend turkey, cheddar sausage, collards, and of course brisket. White sauce needs to be requested, it isn't on the table. The sweet bbq and mustard sauces are just as good. I didn't try dessert but I did try the experimental blueberry sausage. It tasted like a charcuterie board incased in a sausage. Not bad but the cheddar jalapeño is definitely better. I'll be back to try more one day.

I stopped here after touring The Eddy. I had the Regular turkey sandwich, which comes with pickled red onions, special sauce, and I added jalapeños for a little kick. Chanler, I believe his name was told me the Mac & cheese paired well with the turkey, so I got that too. The turkey sandwich was really good but I wasn't too impressed with their Mac & cheese. I really loved the vibe of this place. It was very chill and welcoming. They had the Olympics on at the bar next door and also had some music playing in the background. I would definitely come back if I'm looking to get out but I'm not trying to break the bank.

This place has both good food and great service. An associate helped walk us through the menu ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. I got the chopped brisket sandwich. It was HUGE, piled high with brisket. I split an order of Mac & cheese with my partner. He got the half pound of sliced brisket. It was just as delicious as mine. We both really enjoyed our meals and can't wait to come back and try the wings.

The food is bland! The BBQ doesn't have any flavor too it. There's no love in there cooking. If you're looking for gentrified BBQ this is the place. Their food prices are high but the food doesn't taste good ! This BBQ meme is a proper representation of this establishment! There reviews are fake cause the place has been open for 2yrs! This is there new LLC to hide their bad reviews

Came in after a Braves game. Found them on Yelp and it was definitely worth it! 4 out of 5 of us got their burger and LOVED it. I got the pulled pork sandwich, so moist and their BBQ sauce is excellent! Don't sleep on the Mac n Cheese either! It's got the perfect cheese consistency.

MUST visit - I cannot give this place enough praise! Myself (Multi-year Texas resident) and girlfriend (Texas native) ate here for dinner after reading very positive opening reviews, and they did not do a justice! The customer service here is top notch. Everyone was super friendly (staff, management, and chefs), gave great direction/recommendations, and frequently checked in to make sure everything tasted good. This was by far some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I got The Huey to taste as much as possible along with some extra sides and sausages. The brisket was tender and juicy, sausage packed with flavor, and even the turkey (which can normally lack at BBQ spots compared to the other meats) was crave worthy. I would have been happy just eating the sides alone. The cheese grits were a great consistency and brisket chilli was seasoned exceptionally well.In addition, the restaurant is connected to a bar/brewery so you can eat, drink, and listen to live music (on select nights). My only complaint is I don't live closer. This has absolutely become a regular spot, and a must try for anyone local or visiting.
