The caldo de mariscos did have the earthy taste that catfish has. It had plenty of diced up octopus/squid, a few oysters, shrimp, catfish, and the half a crab pictured. The side of rice had a strong consomme taste. The chips were good, the green salsa was tasteless which was quite unexpected. I did split 6 oysters and they did not look as good (big/plump/firm) as others i have seen in my oysters on the halfshell eating past.

Visiting this place for more than 20 years,always clean and qiet .My favorite ? "7 Mares Sup".enough CHUNKS of everything and tasty flavor.chips and salsa good combination,the portion of rice and bread w/butter just the right amount , just DELICIOUS ! Shrimp and rice cooked to perfection. service ? very amble,friendly,corteous and kind all the time . Never disappointed

Delicious and good prices. Good service. What else could I ask for. And yes they respect social distancing. Clean place. You can remove mask once seated

Terrible! The food was horrible, shrimps are frozen Shrimp. They don't serve anything fresh. I truly hated this place, the staff is extremely friendly but the food really sucks.

The ceviche wasn't authentic, big chunks of fish in a red sauce, no tomatoes or onions. The service was fast but the food overall wasn't good. The chips and salsa tasted old. I don't think we'll be coming back here.

! I had a "filete a la florentina". The price was 19.99. The spinach texture tasted as if it was canned. The sides... extremely mediocre. Rice was yellow and salty. Horchata is 100 % powdered like "Klass" brand. I don't think I'll be back for a while. Very disappointed. Our server was great. She did forget my sisters appetizer and brought it after we'd finished our meals. But She was kind.

If you're looking for good seafood don't even bother coming here!! My husband and I always love driving to houston for the seafood, however this place was the worst spot I've ever been to in all my years visiting this city!!! My husband and I literally returned all of our food, and as I write this I'm looking for somewhere to pull over because I'm incredibly sick on the verge of throwing up!! This place needs to fire whoever the cook is and they need to be shut down until they understand how to cook their food!!! If you want somewhere that smells like feet, has food that smells like feet and food that is incredibly awful go right on ahead and try this place out!! Someone call Gordon Ramsey, he needs to shut em down and teach them how to cook!!!!!

If I could leave a no star I would this place is full of rude Hispanic people I came on my birthday Aug.3 2020 asking for a large Caldo de Mariscos and I had spoiled crab with blue guts ozzing out and the seasoning was bland this place ruined my bday stomach hurt and even though I have my receipt they won't give me a refund also treating me like a outsider because I'm A Black man that don't speak Spanish very racist and unsanitary these people should be shut down
