The Mexican Grilled Cheese

this was a refreshing visit tonight to come to this place. Superfresh food without a doubt and a very interesting environment. Sometimes house restaurants can be a little strange but this one seems pretty cool although I think the room decor could be a little bit more loud so to speak as it's kind of at the moment. Some areas are a little bit more elaborate than others but nevertheless it's a very cool place with a very atmosphere.as far as the food is concerned here it is exceptionally good and I think it's a lot cleaner tasting as far as ingredients and seasoning than other restaurants in the area that serve similar food. I seem to have a pretty solid range of options food-wise and some things that are pretty similar to some of the other restaurants in the area as well. Particularly la quesadilla although the food is substantially better than la quesadilla. The price isn't bad at all for what you get. Service year was definitely fantastic. No issues with getting drink refills or chips refilled. Waitress seemed to be okay with going to check on dairy contents do to a person that was with me with allergies.only complaint that I have is that it seems like the salsa could use a little bit more spice as it was not hot at all although it does taste good

Better than the other Mexican food place in town, but the bar is pretty low. Nothing stood out but nothing was horrible. If you want Mexican and don't want to drive to Westmoreland or Carthage, then this is the place; or you could skip it. The leftovers in the fridge from pervious dinners out are probably just as good,

Not sure how the food is here... we were out looking at property in the area and thought we would check out the local town. Decided to stop at the Mexican grilled cheese, they seated us immediately brought chips and salsa and completely ignored us for the next 15 minutes. Left us with the impression if you don't live here don't stop here.
