"Stopped here for lunch. They have a wide variety of lunch specials at great prices. I ordered a lunch steak fajita daily special - it also came with rice and beans. The beans were DELISH, the rest was average. Hubby ordered chicken and shrimp and said it was good. Chips and salsa are provided and I really liked that the salsa has a nice spice to it....but it was very runny. Service was fast and friendly."
"There's a lot of Mexican restaurants in this part of Nashville, but this is one of my favorites! This taqueria is a sit in restaurant. The ladies who work here are very attentive. I always get the quesabirria which is AMAZING but I tried their burrito this time and was highly satisfied. It came with a grilled jalapeño, lime, and grilled onions. All the food in the picture was just $25!!! It's located next to Fresh and Fresh market, which is nice because I can grab a good meal and do my grocery shopping in one trip."
"Excellent chimichanga! And the margarita was HUGE! Very clean place. Friendly staff with great service. I enjoyed the decor which was really nice boat decor. Prices were totally reasonable too. Authentic Mexican."
"Great little street taco shop in Columbia. Probably the best Mexican food I've had in Columbia...really. They are quick and have excellent flavor. And you can get 3 tacos with rice and beans for under $9.The taco salad was also very good. Great flavor in the meat. I think they put cheese dip down underneath the lettuce, which was different but quite tasty.I will certainly be back!!!"
"3.5 starsNot the fanciest place for dining in. But their great for cheap eats. Basic menu you would typically find at a food truck spot. Business hours they stay open pretty late. To go orders you can drive up to the curb and one of the ladies will approach your car for orders. And the food will be brought out to your car. They have the cantaloupe drink here that comes in a extra large cup for $3. Definitely a favorite that has us coming here just for the drinks."
"Got the fajitas texanas and beef chimichanga to go. The service was clean, fast and friendly. The salsa portion was larger than I have had at other Mexican restaurants in to go orders; although it was lacking flavor sadly. My fajitas were very bland but they did have plenty of shrimp compared to other restaurants. I went home and seasoned them more so that they were more palatable. They also gave two packs of flour tortillas to go with the fajitas; most restaurants only give one. My mother's beef chimichangas were a little tough and mediocre as far as flavoring. I probably wouldn't eat her again; might come back to just try the margaritas."
"This little mom and pop shop sits inside the Nashville Farmer's Market. We got there for breakfast and I knew I was going to get a breakfast burrito. My hubs was in as well once he realized they also served traditional American breakfasts.Everything was so delicious! Great food, large portions and a great price!"
"I have wanted to try this place ever since I saw it opened recently. I also was excited that it was very close to my house. The inside decor looks really nice. I showed up at around 730P. I knew I wanted to try the birria. I was encouraged to order the combo because I wanted rice and beans. I got it to go. She told me it would be 10 minutes after I ordered. It was ready in 5 minutes! I took it home and dug in. I was Well pleased! I did not get the consome which I realized later (it's $2 extra) I will definitely get some next time. And there WILL be a next time :) The beans were very tasty. I loved the subtle zing they had. Very flavorful. Almost like ranch beans from Texas. The rice was also good. They open at 10 and it looks like they have breakfast burritos too! I will have to try from their vast menu."
"Love this place excellent food, probably the best Mexican food in the Nolensville area. And the Margaritas are superb too! Compared to all of the other Mexican restaurants in Nolensville and Brentwood, in my personal opinion, this one surpasses them all!"
"Food is really tasty - meets our California standards and then some. We had shrimp, birria, carnitas and al pastor and everybody was happy. Guacamole was good maybe a little over mixed which seems to be the style in the south. Service was fast and friendly and prices were reasonable. There are outdoor tables and tables as well as tables inside. It's a really good stop for lunch."

One of my favorite authentic places on the Nolensville strip. Everything tastes and looks more authentic. Guacamole is always fresh. Yes, it is a little dirty and sitting in an old gas station, but everything is so yummy. Staff can barely speak English...but no matter, just point to the menu and enjoy the food. I frequent this place about 3-4/year.

I got 2 tacos, chicken enchilada and some rice, excellent food! the chips and salsa are made in house you can tell. Price was good as well l, I could see myself coming back if I ever came back to this town but I've never been here and don't know if I'll ever be back in this town.

Yes I was the only one in the restaurant at this time so service was excellent! I am from Arizona where you can find a taco shop on every corner, but this place brought back that hometown feeling! It was lovely to find a well seasoned tender meat being served the original way plain with cilantro and onions, none of that creative toppings! Salsa was on point! The torta was excellent! Perfect amount of toppings! Again like I was at home! Pricing is alittle high but I guess that is everywhere right now! I would go back if I ever stop in the area again! Thanks

"Not bad. I'm not a fan of the watery salsa-too hard to get it on the chip. The food took a long time to come out but they kept offering chips. The Dos Equis was nice and cold and the iced mugs were a nice touch.Food pretty good. I'd eat here a lot if I lived in this town."
"I try to refrain from giving out 5 star reviews unless truly warranted, and this spot earned it.The atmosphere is very modern and not your typical Mexican joint which was refreshing. Employees were friendly and attentive as well. The food:Their salsa that comes with the chips is fantastic. Probably the best "free" salsa I've ever had at a restaurant. Baja Tacos- Easily in the top three best fish tacos I've had. The fish was perfectly fried with a panko like breading, perfect amount of toppings, and a pretty big portion for just two tacos.Chicken Suizas- Delicious and fresh tasting chicken covered with cheese, whats not to love? We will be back!"
"I just ate the best chicken enchiladas of my LIFE. So delicious, so affordable, so worth giving it a try. Just order it!!!"
"Outstanding food and the owners are so kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our dinner experience at the new dine-in location and wish them all the best on their success. We'll be back!"
"So happy to have some new ethnic food optionsNice selection of menu options for all eaters--adults and kids. Authentic flavor and appearance. Since it was our first time we tried multiple items--nachos, Latin bowl, salsa/chips, street tacos, yuca fries, and loaded tostones. Everything was super fresh and made to order. It was Friday night and the line was starting to back up in the street. They double checked our order before we paid and checked again as they were giving it to us--Excellent customer service! They are open on Sundays (the sign was from the former restaurant that was closed on Sunday). Great quantity for the price and averaged about $10/person which is a plus when you're feeding a family."
"My fave Mexican restaurant! I usually order to-go and I'm always satisfied! The service is great and the food is greater! I wanted to make sure I reviewed them on Yelp to give them their flowers!"
"We have loved Taco Mama in Tuscaloosa and are so happy there is one in Nashville. Think of Taco Mama as a Moes/Chipotle but with even more food customization options. We love being able to build our own dish with a ton of different options to choose from, and they never skimp. Also they get the food out to you almost immediately after you sit down... freakishly fast service. The food: I built my own tacos with barbacoa, shredded cheddar, grilled onions, avocado, ancho chile slaw, and chipotle bbq sauce.... divine casual food. Their queso and chips is always really warm and tastes like a comfort food. It's mostly college students and the like going here, but I highly recommend Taco Mama for a casual Mexican place, and I'd bet you will be a returning customer after trying it!"
"We decided to try this restaurant on a whim. We walked in, were seated right away to a booth, which we always prefer. The restaurant was very clean and organized, which seems to be rare in Nashville (smh). The menu was straightforward and the food came out very quickly. The combination fajitas were spectacular, lots of flavor. The combo with the chicken quesadilla and cheese enchilada were very good as well. The waiter was on top of the drink refills. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!"
"Dear Nashville, Ya'll missing out!!! These tacos are the REAL DEAL!!! They are soooo good!!! Fresh tacos, authentic mexican. Made to order. Get the "Tacos a Ranchos or Rojas" i forgot the name but my belly is like #wewillneverforget. Its a bootleg looking orange truck. But the magic that happens on the inside of this place. I'll be back!!! My tastebuds thank you. Oh yea CASH ONLY!!"
"Tacos Y Mariscos Linda Mexico is the epitome of hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant located in a nondescript building that has definitely seen better days. The parking lot is very tight and I was glad that I found a parking spot by the entrance and I backed in the spot.Walking in, I found myself anticipating a fantastic meal. I am a firm believer that the best Mexican food does not come from higher end restaurants with a focus on ambiance and vibe, but rather the best Mexican food I have found comes from humble little mom-and-pop type places like this.My server was great. She was friendly and outgoing. She definitely added to my overall positive experience here.Looking at the menu, I opted to go with four tacos. I got a spicy pork, a beef and two chorizo. Let me also point out that the tacos were $2.25 each. They brought two sauces, a red and green. Both were great, though I preferred the spicier green. The tacos themselves were incredible, as well.I would definitely recommend here and I will give it five stars."
"We really enjoyed our lunch here. We scored a $2.99 margarita that was so yummy as well. We ordered a variety of street tacos, lunch carnitas, burrito supreme, and a dish with Carne asada and elotes, everything was tasty. We are planning to come back already to try their other dishes. Chips and salsa and fresh tortillas are added bonus. All in all only paid $50 for a family of 4. Such a great deal!"
"Feed me Mexican food and a Margarita, and I am one happy lady. I have dined at Agave's twice and have been pleased with the service and food quality. My party of three was greeted and seated immediately with a basket of warm tortilla chips and salsa. I usually would order a veggie taco salad, but I wanted to live a little dangerously. So, I ordered the shrimp tacos and a made-to-order (off-menu) passion fruit Margarita. O-M-G, I almost shed a tear with the first bite- it was that good. The food came out hot, and my Margarita was delicious. Highly recommended, and will likely return in the next 30 days."
"The food here was pretty good. It had a lot of flavor. Let's start off with salsa. For me, the salsa says a lot about the restaurant. The salsa was very flavorful and yummy. I loved it! The chips also came out nice and warm with it. I had their fajitas and it was very flavorful. I enjoyed it. The only complaint about it were the small shrimps and we only got a few of them. The rice was very flavorful. I loved it. The guacamole was also very good. I also tried their ground beef nachos and I liked it. Service wise- our server did so good. I wish I got his name, but I didn't. He didn't fail to check on us and did so good in bringing us everything we asked for. In all- I had a good experience and would come back."
"Have had my eye on Mariscos Sayulita Nayarit but it's on the other side of town and I would pass three places I enjoy just to get out there. Today I took the drive out there so I could check them off my list and I now regret waiting so long. This place is clean, bright, nicely decorated, and the staff is extremely friendly even with my poor Spanish. I took a seat at the bar and Elisa (sp) took my beer order and all of a sudden a server brought me a plate I didn't order (it was complimentary). The dish was called Tostada de Ceviche Marlin and it's marinated Marlin on a tortilla shell with diced tomato and celery. I gave it a try and it is fresh with a light "pickled" flavor, and with the garnishment is really quite good. The chips and salsa was served and I really liked the salsa, mild, a nice flavor, and you can tell it's made in-house. This menu can take you a bit to study and while Nayarit style seafood is the emphasis, there are many traditional Mexican dishes available too. After watching dishes being served to various tables (that looked incredible) I decided on the Fajitas Sayulita which one of the waitresses gave me a two thumbs-up! This consisted of bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, ribs, fajita steak & chicken, along with traditional sides. My first bite was some of the chicken with the onions & peppers on a tortilla and it was a "WOW" moment...great flavor and very tender. Loved the bacon wrapped shrimp which were also filled with queso cheese...these are addicting. Everything on the platter was great...some of the best fajita flavors around. Overall this dish is a real standout and I am looking forward to trying some of the seafood offerings. ALL of the servers were great answering questions and making me feel welcome. For me...this spot is well worth the trek across town to enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine."
"Big fan of this spot. They have 2 locations, and both are decorated with vibrant colors. It's a fun place to hang out, drink, and grub at. My favorite tacos were the chicken adobo and beef fajita. They also do a specialty taco of the month. Service is pretty quick and very kind!"
"Love this restaurant and the service! It's such a great neighborhood "hidden jewel." Atmosphere is very pleasant and it's always wonderful to walk in.Spinach enchiladas are my absolute favorite. In my opinion, no one in Nashville/Brentwood even comes close."
"This is the best place to get Tacos in all of Hendersonville. I usually just get the spicy pork Tacos as I believe these are their best. The steak ones are good too but you just can't be the pork ones!"
"Hey @NicT, my husband and I were the other couple in the restaurant today. You didn't just say a bad word, you yelled the F word in the middle of a restaurant with children at your table. I know that because you were yelling. Also, why are you concerned what the owner was discussing with us? I had asked him what part of Mexico he's from because my grandmother is from Mexico. He was not doing that to make you notice and he was not loud. Your table was already seated when we entered. It wasn't until you were finished that we heard you complain to anybody about your food. It wasn't loud in there, as it was only your table and ours. So if your food was so as you put it nasty, why did you eat it and then expect to not have to pay? Maybe you should've complained before eating the rest of it.Oh, and we did notice you went straight out to your car to type in your one star review, lol. Maybe you didn't like the food so much because you don't realize that Mexican food depends upon the region. And his cooking style was very much where he is from in Mexico. On the flipside, my husband and I really liked our food. We had wonderful service and a wonderful conversation, about the differences in cuisine and how much I liked the Birria. We discussed that I was from San Antonio. He was NOT contradicting you, he was answering my questions and just chatting. We discussed where they source their meat from and found out. It was a local place that my husband and I go to as well.My husband and I will definitely be back. We had a fabulous meal and enjoyed our food tremendously. I am sorry that you did not. But, that's not my problem. The only disappointing thing during our time there was listening to you, yell and curse. Oh , try their margaritas. The seasonal margarita is cucumber With a bit of spice to it. It was delightful!"
"I got a shrimp taco, chicharron taco, pastor taco, and surtido taco. The tacos are a pretty decent size and are nicely filled. I might have went overboard with 4 tacos for myself. My favorites were the pastor and surtido. The shrimp taco was too chipotle tasting. The chicharron taco was nothing special. Don't forget to top off your food with their green sauce. I think they have the best creamy sauce anywhere in town. Also, margaritas are more on the sweeter side."
"This particular Chuy's is located in the Opry Mills shopping plaza in Nashville, Tennessee. Since it is such a large shopping plaza, parking is definitely not an issue. The atmosphere is eclectic and fun. The service was professional and friendly. The food is more Tex-Mex instead of Mexican. Pretty decent for a chain restaurant."
"My wife comes here often and loves the food here. I got to try it for the first time a few months ago and I am now a fan as well. The carne asada tacos were absolutely delicious and the queso and chips were very tasty as well. Their mild tomatillo salsa was very tasty and I would take that home if I could. The staff are also very kind and the food is very affordable, which is great. This is a little gem in Cookeville and I would stop in any time I'm in the area!"
