"Very good. I have no complaints. Although I will say I didn't think the Cuban sandwich was better than any other I've had, it was a great sandwich. There's NO indoor seating. You order at a window outside. Pro tip: you can have your sandwich delivered to the Bay 6 bar which has indoor seating with AC. Have a cocktail while you enjoy your sandwich. Pro tip 2: the parking lot is tiny but there's plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood behind the restaurant."
"Great drinks along with a dog friendly patio. There's plenty of seating outside too; some high tops, and some lounge seating for larger groups. We had dinner plans so we didn't eat here and just got drinks. The flatbreads looked really good though, I was tempted to get the dill pickle one. For drinks, I got the frozen white sangria and really enjoyed it, it was refreshing and not too sweet. My fiancé got the woke af and another drink that I forgot the name of but both were good as well. Definitely a great spot to grab drinks with group or for a date night!"

"Amazing food, great people! The quiche was so good I bought a whole one for the family! The muffins! The coffee! Clean and cute!"
"One of my favorite spots downtown! I've eaten at Rae's pretty regularly for the past 7 years and counting, it's really THAT GOOD! The sandwiches are always on point...fresh ingredients, made to order! 99% of the time I order the Reuben. They have daily specials; my favorite is the beer cheese soup! It has a spicy kick, so beware if you don't like spicy food. Rae's is a family run business with very friendly service! Keep in mind that it's a popular lunch spot for downtown workers, so going during peak lunch time means there will be a line. The dining room has several small tables for dine in, or they can pack your food up to go."
"When in Nashville you must try Hot Nashville Chicken. I went with "mild" but probably should have tried something spicier like medium! You order first and then find a table to sit at and they bring the food out. Everyone who worked here was very nice and helpful. I recommend!"
"As I've been saying in most of my reviews from my Nashville trip so far, on the whole, I had so many great meals there... but of course, I had to go for some Nashville Hot Chicken, and this place near Vanderbilt's campus came highly recommended. I am happy to say, it was phenomenal!Red's is quite simply a roadside chicken shack. They have a small outdoor covered eating area with counter seating around the edges, everything is served take-out style no matter where you plan to eat it. There is a bar next door that they'll bring your food to, but I didn't explore that, it was a fairly nice day to just eat right out front.I approached the window and my order was promptly taken, no non-sense, no fuss, they're just interested in getting you great chicken made fresh. This IS NOT fast food, and they express that on their sign, but regardless, I waited just 15 minutes for piping hot, made to order, hot chicken. I went with the Hot Chicken Plate with the 3 jumbo tenders, as they were currently out of thighs due to a power outage that spoiled their last supply. That mattered exactly not at all, because the tenders were enormous, juicy, and very filling with a perfect level of spice. I went medium to gauge, and it was just right for me. Flavorful, good heat, not excruciating. The plate came with two sides, I opted for their pimento mac n cheese and cole slaw. The mac was exceptional, really nice sharp cheddar flavor, very creamy. The cole slaw was refreshing and cool, not too mayo heavy, and provided a nice switch to the hot chicken. I also got some great ranch for dipping. It also came with a couple slices of white bread, as is tradition, for mopping up sauce and making little bite size sammies. All told, I could not recommend this place more. I love a place that just cuts to the chase with great food, and Red's is exactly that. I'm sure there is lots of excellent hot chicken available around Nashville, but this should be one of your choices!"
"First time trying Hattie B's and they definitely didn't disappoint! I know they're hyped up as one of the best chicken joints in TN so I've been wanting to try them out.My husband and I weren't too hungry when we visited though so we decided to share the dirty bird fries. Highly recommend! It was a good amount for two adults. We both loved the fries with all the toppings it came with. Top notch as far as loaded fries go!Service was quick and the interior was kept very clean. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was packed! But surprisingly the wait wasn't too long for us to get our food.I will definitely be back to try more of their options! Their chicken sandwich and the desserts sound delightful!"
"I have been meaning to stop by here and finally had the chance. So glad I did!Very cute shop. Lots of options and great customer service'Had their iced coffee which was great and my S.O. had a cortado and was a fan. Also got a peach scone, however didn't realize till I left that it was blueberry. But didn't really matter because it was delicious and one of the best scones I've had in awhile. Definitely have to stop in for lunch."
"Got a club sammich last time i was there. It was huge! It was so delicious!!!! Made perfectly! I got it to go thankfully, because I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Such good food! I don't go there often enough."
"Amazing sandwiches (I only had one actually, but really wish I could have tried more). I had The Poorest of Boys, and it was enough to let me know that they have mastered the panini press. The sandwich was hearty, and as someone who never looks to go out for sandwiches, had me considering driving from Arrington to Columbia again, but I didn't have time. :( The daily soup I got as a side was amazing too. Tastes very homemade, and I would be shocked if there was any significant processing behind them. Owners and all the employees were super friendly. Plenty of counter bar seating in addition to small tables and some booths. As someone visiting from California, I would consider this a must eat on my next trip."

A vibe always! Love this little spot. Most of the time you have to flag down a waiter or waitress but once you have their attention you are good to go! They have food trucks that pull up but the house food is solid too! Good little pre dinner spot or late night spot .

Amazing - went here for the brownies and they are excellent and delectable. My prior favorites were from my sisters' place "the farm" in CA. While they are a bit different style, they are as good and close by - my new favorite!!!!!!The red beans and rice are also excellent (tho Isaaca - I am adding a bit of Tabasco I highly recommend this spot and frankly would just go back because Isaaca and Fred are good people but the food is great

While we've kept in touch, my best friend/college roommate and I hadn't seen each other in years. We suffered through 4 years of French class, saw each other crush and then held each other after the breakup. We watched our high school football team lose and our beloved Nittany Lions win. We went to each other's wedding. Then boom, marriage, raising children, demanding jobs, elder care and suddenly it's 30 years later. We met up in Nashville for a long talked about weekend of exploring and catching up. Not a lot of alcohol, lots of music, copious amounts of food and lots and lots and lots of talking.Coming from Ohio, I wanted her to experience all of Nashville. Unfortunately she got to experience her first hurricane too. That didn't stop us though. I wouldn't dare let her visit Nashville and not try the hot chicken. Of course I wouldn't think of introducing her anywhere but Hattie B's. We expected the usual line but I guess because of the downpour it didn't even take us 10 minutes to get through the line to the counter to order.I ordered the 3 tender plate with slaw and mac and cheese. I know better so I ordered mine mild. I had so much food left that I had lunch for two more days. I also bought a cobbler to go. Instead of eating it that evening, it spent two days in the hotel fridge - I know the cobbler had been good fresh, 3 day old cobbler was barely just edible. My mild mannered midwestern friend "chickened" out and ordered the chicken sandwich, southern style. While I and everyone I know loves HB chicken, my friend didn't think it was anything special. For her side, I refused to let her get anything but the mac n cheese. (We grew up in the north, where mac n cheese either came out of a box or mom mixed some noodles with velveeta if she were getting fancy.) My friend had never had true southern M&C. Although Hattie B's is actually made with pimento cheese, it is a worthy contender on the table at the county fair. It's one of my favorites. So here we are, a transplant to the South says Hattie B's can do nothing wrong to the northerner's "meh, give me chick-fil-a". I'm sticking with my 5 star review.

So this place is literally a shack next to a McDonals. You wouldn't know what it is until you got up to the window. The chicken is piping hot and the flavor has some heat. This was the best Nashville chicken I've ever had, hands down. There's only 8 different items on the menu, but highlighting the chicken. The line gets long, so be prepared to wait a bit, but it is well worth the wait!

"Mitchell's has quickly become our go-to lunch spot - and everything we've tried so far from their expansive menu has been incredibly tasty!I highly recommend ordering ahead online if possible ... especially on the weekend. If you do brave the dine-in line on a Saturday or a Sunday, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes ... and you may have to quickly stake your claim on a table after ordering. The interior of the restaurant is casual and comforting, with almost a "local diner" feel to it. The outdoor patio is spacious and covered!Of the several sammies I've sampled, the Pastrami and Swiss is my favorite. I also quite liked their Turkey Brie, which is a unique take on the classic. We have yet to try any of their breakfast options ... but that's only because I always seem to be in more of a "lunch mood" when I'm ordering. I'm sure that will change one of these days."
"Fun local bar, amazing happy hour. Just moved to TN from CA and was shocked to see $2.00 beers. The crowd seemed like a lot of fun and the food looked good. Prices from 1999 , pool tables looked good and super inexpensive too! I'll be back."
"Food good service excellent. Menu with variety. Close to home no wait time. Pulled Pork delicious and 2 sides with cornbread muffin was very tasty too."
"Haley's Comet was delicious. The sourdough bagel was soft and crispy. The vegan sausage had a lot of flavor even though I mostly got a bean flavor. The layout of the shop is very cute and aesthetic. I love the way the sunlight hits on one side of the shop."
"Y wife and i were just driving around seeing what we could find without looking at reviews. We ended up at this tiny pizza place. It's a very small location and if you blink, you'll miss it. Once inside, there are only 4 tables and none of them are labeled as reserved or off limits due to the pandemic. A couple was already eating and when they finished, nobody cleaned after them. Our own table was also unclean, but my wife grabbed the sanitizer and poured it over some napkins to clean it. We ordered a half pepperoni half Margaherita pizza, which was not bad, but not outstanding either. Just another place to have pizza if you're in the area. Drinks are bottled, no fountains. The wings I had were lemon pepper. They were way to dry for my taste and had too much seasoning to the point that they were more salt than lemony. Overall, I liked the pizza but the experience is forgettable."
"My new favorite lunch/early dinner spot. I had the tacos and Loved them!! My boyfriend had a salad that looked fresh and delicious. He also had a chicken salad melt that was yummy. We sat outside in the cute courtyard. Service was fast and friendly. I can't wait to return!"
"Morning coffee in Lebanon, I arrived at 6:20 am and spent around four hours here this morning as my "office" for the day. Quiet, comfortable and yes, great coffee! While the cortado was served in a cup, it was still delicious and had the caffeine boost to start the day. I chose their OG Bomb for breakfast and this is an interesting thing. It's a "lump" of dough with stuff inside it. Delicious and filling, but greasy enough that you'll want to eat it with a fork.Wifi worked well and I was able to bring the phone and laptops up to 100% before heading on to the next stop for the day.[Review 20067 overall - 423 in Tennessee - 1043 of 2023.]"
"Great place for lunch! They have great sandwiches with small cups of soups. I love the inside section with all the plants. It was a great spot so sit when it is cold as is kept warm for the plants."
"Wonderful place to stop by for a quick chicken salad lunch. I like to get the fruity and nutty kind as a croissant sandwich. The sweet tea is always my go-to drink."
"Oh the options!!! Space gets a bit crowded with folks trying to pick their options before ordering.Food was made fresh when ordered. The quality really comes through! I've never had a fried bologna sandwich before, and it was really good! Their bread buns are unique and really bring it up a notch. Great lunch grab!"
"So good! These guys know how to make breakfast. Both sandwiches and the tater tot casserole were amazing. the two making the sandwiches were super friendly and even offered us a complementary iced coffee. The inside of the restaurant was clean and inviting and the vault door to the bathroom was an unexpected treat."
"Schulman's officially has my heart. This vintage-inspired dive on the East side has everything you need for a memorable night. My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink on a summer Friday and ended up chowing down on some of their delicious burgers and smothered fries. We found some street parking a ways down the road, and were not surprised to find this place packed! Even still, we managed to snag a small diner-style booth. They do have patio seating as well - but it's a bit warm for that these days. You order food and drinks at the bar, and then they'll bring your food directly to your table. The bartender was incredibly friendly, the prices are spot on, and our food came out hot and fresh in less than 10 minutes! We each ordered one of their cheeseburgers, which are pretty sizeable and definitely shareable if you're not super hungry. If you like pickles with your burger, I suggest sipping on their pickle beer! This was such a fun addition to a delicious burger. We also ordered two sides of fries - one "Beast" style and one topped with chili and cheese. These comforting classics hit the spot, and I have no doubt we'll visit Schulman's again soon."
"Not very familiar with this area. I stumbled into this restaurant and have it a try. Wow... food was incredible and fresh. Their prices are so reasonable. What a great find!"
"Came here based on YELP review! I'm usually hesitant to try new places because of the unique ordering processes and I'm not your typical adventurous foodie! Anyways I came here hungry to an empty restaurant mainly because it was after lunch and the courteous gentlemen behind the counter really help me choose! The food& drink is served on polyurethane plates and cups! Which I presume is a good way to keep the prices low! The Gyro platter was heaping and delicious to say the least! The tzatziki sauce was delicious and Pita Bread was fluffy & fresh!I left there full and satisfied! Based upon my first time experience, I highly recommend this place!I hope to be back again someday soon!"
"I love Hattie B's Hot Chicken. I'm not normally a spicy food lover, so I stayed away from Hot Chicken when I first moved to Nashville, being scared and saying it's just not for me. Then a friend had a party and got Hattie B's Hot Chicken on a couple of different varieties and levels of heat. I was hungry and had to break down and try them. Boy, am I glad I did. I couldn't stop eating them. Even tho it was hotter than I typically prefer, I didn't care the flavor and crisp was so flipping good, I fell in love. Now, whenever I get a craving for Hot Chicken I go to Hattie B's! The service is always friendly, but it can be obnoxious how busy they get. You feel a lot of pressure to order quick and get out of the way! I can't complain about that though- it's a blessing! The Ambiance is casual and fun. Highly recommend!"
"C'mon Yelp. The bread is what makes a great Banh Mi, and this bread is really nothing special whatsoever. A Banh Mi baguette should be nicely toasted and buttered, IMO. The ingredients here are good and fresh enough, but the baguette is what is supposed to keep you coming back - too bad InterAsian Market & Deli doesn't seem to have the bread skills to back up what they've got going inside.Disappointing, as this Yelp listing seemed to have the underpinnings and potential for something great. A grocery store with easy access to fresh veggies making sandwiches in the back - sounds like a slow pitch home run derby to me - it should be easy enough, but alas, they just need to execute a little better.Pleasant shopkeepers, clean store with plenty of cooking necessities and a good selection of standard Asian grocery store items. Just far from a great Banh Mi. I got an Original ($6) and a Veggie Tofu ($6) and both were let down by their cold, dense bread rolls. A Banh Mi is all about the baguette, folks."
"Yes, this is a coffee shop i side a hotel. But they have all that us coffee nerds require here. Great soot to take in a coffee or espresso and relax. Wonderful view outside and the hotel lobby is steps away. Great place for a coffee if you're close by. It's a bit pricey. I spent $5 for a medium sized Americano."
