Quick little health conscious food spot on the campus of Jackson Memorial Hospital. Hospitality by the owner was great. She asked many questions to make sure my wrap was made to my liking. Lots of premade/pre-wrapped options also.Costs are a bit high compared to the complexity of the food here due to the relatively captive audience of healthcare workers, students, and patients. Overall, nice quick spot to go to if you're tired of the nearby places and want to switch up your rotation of lunch spots.

So sad. $38 for average at best salads. I was disappointed. Small portions and weird vibe. I don't think it should charge $20 per salad. Not a good value for portion.

I was craving a salad and this was unfortunately a very disappointing experience.The place was empty when I walked in and I perhaps should've seen this as a sign. The only good thing about this place was the staff.........the woman serving me was super lovely!Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The salad was incredibly small, there was hardly any chicken at all, the broccoli was past its use-by date, and it turned out to be perhaps one of the most expensive salads I've ever had.I will definitely not return.

While staying at the Hilton Garden Inn found the Walgreens. It is sunny, bright and clean and simple. Staff is friendly and helpful and Can help you in Spanish or English. Can Our salads were freshly made with fresh ingredients and easily adjusted for our preference. It was a cheery atmosphere with pleasant Latin music. The only downside that I can think of is that the prices were not clear on the menu, so if you are concerned about price just ask. I would definitely return. I wish I had one near my house.

Really good salads! You can choose your own combination or a preset one. Tasted fresh and smelled delicious once they're putting it together I would like to go back and try their gyro, panini and honestly I would like to try almost everything on their menu. Service was nice, there was o my one girl who was very nice and attentive. She offered and explained everything on their menu.

Nestled in a shopping center that trees basically block. You wont know its there from street view unless you are familiar with the shopping center. I went around lunch time and it was empty. The options they had for a salad bar were mehhhh. I ordered a large salad with spinach and chicken and croutons and it was $20. Also the only protein they had was chicken according to the staff. The croutons were beyond stale and the chicken lacked flavor. I would've been better off walking down to Publix and getting a ready made salad for $7. I will not be back and will not recommend.

Pronto Salads is a hidden gem in west Miramar! If you are looking for high quality healthy food, this is the place! Where do I even begin to explain how great this place is? First, yes they do serve salads and yes they are delicious, but they serve a wide variety of healthy dishes. I love food in general but try to eat healthy. Having this near me has been a life saver for my very hectic lifestyle. This is a family owned restaurant and the owner gives EXCELLENT service. Seriously she goes above and beyond to give you a special treatment. At one point last year I was restricted to eat a lot of items in her menu and she went out of her way to buy new items for me so I could continue to enjoy her meals. My kids are picky eaters and she will prepare their items differently so they eat it! If you are looking for good quality healthy food, this is the place!

Delicious and fresh salads. Fresh made healthy juices. Service is excellent and place is very clean.

omg so delicious!!this is such a cute cozy sit-down lunch spot.I was in the area, and I googled lunch spots and I saw this location.I always yelp first before I go to any restaurant, and I saw the Mediterranean panini was the most loved.I order it, comes with chicken cheese sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.the lady who was there I forgot her name, I went on 5/4/2022 @ 2:30pm so whatever her name is, SHE WAS AMAZINGGGG and so caring!!!!!panini was delicious, toasted and warmthe kale salad they give on the side so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!the Cesar dressing that they also give is delicious, I asked for more and she was kind to give me more with no hesitation.the hibiscus tea was great!basically spent $20. might be pricey for some for a lunch.but I actually got full with the side salad and half a panini!!!!!the other half will be my dinner.so it is not bad, they give a good portion!!! very fulfilling!!i recommend this place 100!!!

I ordered a soup and got paste.... Literal paste. Disgusting, can't eat it, it's discolored. Gross. So upsetting when you haven't eaten all day and then this.
