This place was sooo good! Nice date night spot. The passion fruit margarita was absolutely fire and I am a very harsh margarita critic.I got the tiger roll and the salmon roll. I loved the rolls and can't wait to try more. The rolls aren't huge so I was suggest getting a few rolls to share with a big group. The service was really good too and waitress was really nice.

Came here for a final hurrah to the last weekend of Miami Spice. Staff was kind, and went over in detail the different menus and deals for both Miami space and general happy hour (2 for 1 sushi and drink options on weekends?! Great deal!)The empanadas were my favorite part. We tried a beef and caprese and were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. I could have eaten more of these for my entire meal. The other app, roca chicken, and the sushi platters we got for entrees were okay, but nothing that stood out. I really liked the flan I got for dessert-- it was light and not overly sweet which was perfect way to end the meal. Overall, nice staff and a fun, laid back environment, with a menu that had a few stand out options.

- Came here for miami spice - Their dinner menu ($45) comes with a draft beer/wine, appetizer, entree, dessert - The ceviche was ok- The sushi platter was only tuna and sushi, not much variety - The churros were ok - The service was good though

There are some great deals here even without Miami Spice. Bogo certain sushi platters and drinks. However that's what makes this curious. For the appetizers, the chicken bites or not appealing. They were tough and a little dry. However the beef and caprese empanada were pretty good. And honestly dessert was also fine. The churros were nice and warm and the caramel sauce was tasty. The flan was also ok. The chef's choice sushi platter, however, was a bit small. I saw the reviews and I didn't believe them but now I get it. There 3 different types of rolls. One was overly seasoned already, The plain salmon and avocado one was fine and the tuna. One had some sweet passion fruit juice or something oddly fruity that soaked it through. The rules were also falling apart and varying in size. And for how empty the place was at a 3 PM service was super slow.Like like omg I'm getting full and parking might expire slow. But the inside is nostalgic to the 2000s, and colorful and eclectic. I imagine dinner may be a different experience, and that the pace picks up then. Although the chef's platter really makes me wonder how the rest of the sushi is?

Stopped by for lunch and decided to check out Miami spice menu. I think it's very good price for what you get, the tablita app alone is pretty filling. If I ordered it again I would probably skip the sushi platter and do another steak option, but all in all, would definitely come back.

Ladies night on Wednesday. $19 for unlimited sushi from 4-10pm. Came with a girlfriend to try it out tonight, let me start off by saying that all the sushi pieces were delicious. The sushi is chef's choice. We also made it to their happy hour which the drinks were 2x1. Overall, if you want to have an inexpensive dinner with girl friends this is a great spot.

We decided to stop here to grab a drink & wait for our table to be ready at another restaurant. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender & she asked if we'd like something to drink. We ordered a cocktail & a modelo. The bartender handed us menus but we declined. She came around again & asked how the drinks were & pushed the food on us again. We decided to grab the check as our table was ready at our original dinner plans & she commented on the fact that we weren't going to grab food.Hopefully next time we return the experience is a little better. The place was empty aside from one party of four at a table.

Went for lunch with some friends and had the empanadas, sushi rolls, and drinks. The CAPRESE empanada is delicious, definitely a must have if you love cheese and tomato. I had the white sangria which was alright, too sweet for my preference and only had apples in it which is odd. Out of the four sushi rolls we had the must have is the HUANCAINA roll. Another solid roll was the TIGER roll. TUNA TARTAR roll had a great flavor as well. The lest favorite was the VOLCANO, it was cold and I was expecting more of that warmth, smokiness, and crunch you get in a traditional volcano roll. Parking is hell. Coral gables has gotten wild with the parking situation. The restaurant was empty when we went which worked for us. We sat outside and it was well kept. Our server Claudia was very kind and informative. Would be back for the empanadas and sushi, but not the drinks.
