Jersey Mike's Subs

My sisters been going to this specific location 3 times a week and always gets the same sub made by the same person. Today the manager attended her and did not want to make her sub the way she has ALWAYS ordered it because, and I quote " it's going to ruin my grill". After fighting back and fourth and feeling belittled she gave up and the other female employee was kind enough to give her chips at no cost which was very much appreciated. Management should definitely take a hospitality course in how to speak to customers.

I went by there today they open one by my house and I had the chicken bacon it was really good and the person to help me on the counter was very helpful and nice I will be back

Overall this place is a great place to eat from, we ordered food to take home nd honestly the service was excellent. It was my first time eating from a Jersey Mike's and I can see myself going to this place more often over my other sandwich areas, they were very clean and very diligent with their orders. They were quick and efficient and really made the experience all the better, and the food was delicious. The food was so good, we just ordered the subs because we had chips and stuff at home which is what we normally do and honestly it let me focus more on the sub which is what's more important. The subs were excellent and filled with flavor as well as made exactly how we asked and I couldn't have had a better sub personally. I highly offer this place as a great moment when you're craving a good sub at an good price.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and a club. Both were fresh and came out fast. Bread was fresh and fluffy. The Philly was not too cheesy but just right. Workers were fast and courteous. This location is probably the best place to eat in this plaza judging by the reviews of the other places. I'd come back to this one if I'm in the area.

This is by far my favorite Jersey Mike's in all Miami. The staff is very friendly, they actually make conversation and they remember your name when you come back. It feels that you're not in Miami for a few moments they're so friendly. All the vegetables are fresh and I love the pickles they use here. Also they have an option for gluten free bread, not my favorite but pretty tasty.

Great Place!! Fast. All Staff are courteous and respectful. Management is friendly and accommodating when possible. (I noticed the cookies had just come out of the oven and asked for a warm one ) Highly recommend!!

Very impressed by the customer service at this location. Very friendly and customer service oriented. The bread was very fresh and the cookie was delicious. It's nice to come across restaurants that put customer service at the forefront of their business.

Ordered a large order for take out and them sandwiches was bussin' they put their heart and souls in between them baguettes

We love Jersey Mike's Subs. The food is great and the service is better than most other fast food restaurants. Philly Cheese Steak

Let's first start off with these teenagers don't care they have a job or that they are getting paid. They are rude beyond rude. Second thing they have the worst quality meat possible. There were bones and cartilage in my sandwich and when I've been trying to call them to explain to them what happened they're not answering the phones. There is no corporate phone number to call and get this straightened out. Do not go to this establishment.
