As someone that eats a lot and tries out different spots often with friends. It's very refreshing when you find a new favorite. So many options but Hands Down iBurger brought the hammer down with the savory taste of their Burgers, Fries, and Onion Rings.Goishi at this location was an amazing server. We had NO wait time whatsoever (even though there were people there). No reservation yet we got seated right away.I highly recommend trying "The Classic" burger and also "The Cryer" burger. Fries are delicious, regular to sweet potato. The onion rings are a must have, presentation alone was very nice. Spent about $20-$30 a person and it was absolutely worth it. FAST service from Goishi ! We noticed very little wait time from when we ordered to when we ate.Overall a very clean restaurant, with very good scenery, and very good service. It is a little cold inside so dress accordingly.#IWANTiBURGER

While exploring Downtown, we were craving burgers and decided to give this spot a chance after seeing some okay reviews on Yelp. The chic decor and laid-back vibe immediately caught our attention, and we were excited to try it out. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned as we waited over 45 minutes for our food in an almost empty restaurant.Despite the extensive menu, we found it challenging to make a decision. When the food finally arrived, we were disappointed to find that the burgers were below average and ridiculously expensive, with each one costing $25 or more. They lacked freshness and were severely under-seasoned, leaving much to be desired. Even the fries, while okay, failed to impress, though we did appreciate the variety offered, including sweet potato fries. To make matters worse, the service was subpar, with our server often preoccupied behind the bar, neglecting our table. Additionally, finding parking was a hassle, as it was limited to street parking in the bustling heart of downtown Miami. To top it off, there was construction in front of the restaurant, forcing us to park further away.Overall, this dining experience was a regrettable waste of money, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

While craving a burger during a long day of sightseeing in Miami, I wanted a juicy burger! Did some searching online and iBurger seemed quite popular for some amazing burgers, therefore I just had to make the trek there! The location of iBurger seemed out of place especially since we were coming from the Wynnwood Walls, where it was so lively and had a great vibe. But if the burger was incredible as they say, it would be worth the journey to walk through snow! We get there and the service was great. Very friendly staff, and the waiter even addressed us as "hey friends", I know that's just a saying for him that he likely greets everyone with, but it was such a sweet touch to make us feel welcomed. He gave us menus that were in the form of iPads which I thought was very cool. It made scrolling and browsing so much simpler. Though I will say, a drawback and a turn off was to see all the fingerprints of other patrons on the screen. I'd recommend staff try to wipe down the iPads after each use. Otherwise, it's a bit gross, especially as you are dealing with burgers and fries that are greasy, wet and messy. The menu was massive, sooooo many options. My friends were shocked to see how many variations there were. After some time we settled on our order and it came out within a reasonable time. And the verdict is... drumroll.... it was a good burger but not the best burger of my life. Still good though! I got the pichana burger that had alfalfa sprouts and it was quite yummy. I'd go again, and I'd still recommend others to check this place out! (...but am still searching for the best burger(s) of my life!)

I love this place! I can't wait to go again. These burgers are out of this world. My favorite is the toston burger, but I'm excited to try the tuna burger on my next visit. The place is really calm and nice. The burgers are perfectly sized with amazing combinations. Parking can be a bit of trouble sometimes, but it's worth it. Highly recommended!

Solid spot for hearty burgers and salads. Spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor. Portions are reasonable but a bit expensive for the price point, they also include an automatic 20% gratuity. Service was a bit slow and we had to wave down our servers multiple times even though we were the only party seated inside.

I had back-to-back awful experiences. But, after a year passed, I stopped in and gave the restaurant another try.Seated at the bar, the servers were busy with big noisy tables and take-out/delivery.Still, I received timely attention.Ordered a classic burger and fries. I wanted medium, let myself be coerced to medium well. Not a hockey puck, but about 1 minute too long.Still, a very good burger. And, my fries were very good. The interim holiday crowd included two large parties.Very noisy, but this is a burger joint, not a meeting place.Prices reasonable, if not seriously competitive in a region that (over) charges $22-26 for a burger.Only two criticisms:An in-house charge of $3.50 for a can of Diet Coke is a ridiculous markup. And, I understand the 3.5% add-on for the "convenience" of using a credit card. But, it was added ex post facto - after I signed my receipt.I prefer advanced notice.

I came here on Fourth of July and the place was calm and not too busy. The waiter that came to us he was friendly and informative on the different things on the menu. I got the Beyond burger with a side of bbq sauce. FYI they charge for bbq sauce on the side like 75 cents. My burger was good. My daughter got the kid's cheeseburger and a side of mac n cheese. I tried her Mac n cheese and it was delicious. Overall I had a great experience I just think for bbq sauce on the side should not be charge that's why I gave it a 4 stars. I would recommend friends to iburger if they are looking to eat a good burger in the area.

The staff is extremely rude. It was raining so we asked to change our order from a to-go order to dine-in. The burgers were in the to-go box. We asked for fresh lettuce and tomatoes because they were soggy. The sever said that there would be a charge for new lettuce and tomatoes after paying $47.50 for 2 burgers. Do not eat here if you value customer service. The burgers were ok but the staff ruined the meal. Avoid this place!
