As a Miami local, I have been coming here for YEARS and I have to say, i love it. I have tried a lot of things from their menu and theyre all delicious! Whether youre getting food or one of their smoothies, you will be sure to love it. This place is located inside International Mall's food court and is one of, if not the only, healthy spots. My go to is usually the Chicken Caesar Wrap, but this time i went with the Salmon bowl and it was great! They let you customize it and substitute any i gredient you dont want! I got the combo which came with a soda and for 13 dollars, you wont find food this good anywhere else!

Best wraps hands down! I always create my own wrap- they have the freshest ingredients and nicest staff. I come here atleast once a week and it's always great! For mall food, it's the healthiest and tastiest!

I really enjoyed what I ordered, it was basically a carry out and I eat the foods throughout the week. The ladies attending me were supportive and welcoming. I hope this restaurants empowers more Miamians to eat healthy foods. Very simple ingredients and refreshing taste.

Delicious smoothie and wrap! I was walking about the food court when a lady from this spot offered me a sample green smoothie. I was really surprised when it tasted this good. I ordered a delicious California Wrap and The Hulk green smoothie. I wasn't a huge fan of the red beans in the wrap but the other flavors were really great. I'll definitely come back for more :)

Updating review as I come here most of the time during my 1 hour lunch and I've never had an issue. To begin with there's is always a wait here. I ordered a California wrap and then they helped a customer behind me. They asked me to pay in advance (I included tip) not knowing what was going on while they prepared his food and my order was put aside. After they helped him and he paid two of the employees asked me again twice what I ordered again. No apologies or reason was provided as to why this was happening. I didn't bother asking but I will not go back to a place where favoritism is a thing or lack of respect as I am a paying customer. At this point I did not bother to buy anything else and had a less than an hour break. California wrap was mediocre but then again their service spoiled my food. Updated 5 stars to 1. No picture since I had to a swallow my food by the time I got back to work.

Even though I do not find myself in Doral often because it is on the opposite side of town from where I live, I do enjoy eating healthy and Healthy Delights. I was just there yesterday and because I have followed the all to popular New Years resolution kick of trying to eat healthier, this is a solid place to grab a delicious healthy bite.My favorite item on the menu is the chicken Caesar wrap with a spinach wrap or tomato. I have yet to try the crepes at this place because I am a wrap fan but they do look delicious and will be ordering the crepe the next time I eat here. The restaurant is located inside the food court of the international mall in Doral. I also highly recommend the soups as I got to sample a delicious homemade lentil cream soup that was spectacular.

Love this place. Ever since I started my diet, I have a sensitive stomach to grease so even on my cheat days I avoid fast food. however ever since I found this place a few months ago, I must've wasted a hella ton of money buying from them! its absolutely delicious and doesn't make a dent in my diet. I order from them on Uber eats every change I get and sometimes go visit them at the mall. my personal recommendation is the tuna crepe and the nutella solo! anyways, I love the food. definitely worth it
