Ocean breeze, drinks, and vibes. This place was great and we will be coming back. Casual ocean side bar/lounge spot with vibes from Wynwood Gramps. The music is loud, soulful and always a party. The DJ was playing bangers that transcend the years and will pass the vibe check with flying colors. Everyone is just hanging out, drinking on the deck and maybe having a few bites to eat. The food is excellent, fresh made to order. Nothing complicated but complexity in the flavors. Sea side food and drinks done right! The drinks are sturdy and the beer/shot combo is a must. The staff are all chill folks that add to the experience. They all are good at what they do and bring you the service and smiles that will result in better tips, that were rightfully earned! Take my money! Carpool if you have a big party, parking can be limited during a peak day/hour, but it's simply because, it's a cool spot to checkout. Great for groups and good times. I'll have to try this place again on a Friday night and see how it differs from a Saturday brunch-dinner time. Keep y'all posted!

There isn't a single thing not to like about this place. That Whiskey Joes feel but with home made, good food Located right next to the Rusty Pelican and the boat marina, so the views are great. They have valet parking that's $7. I'm not sure what other public parking they have as that's all i've done the two times i've gone there. The service is always fantastic. Whether at the bar or at a table. All the staff always gives off a very "homie" feel that's always welcoming. The first time i went they only had the lazy oyster pop up which was and still is incredible. I've tried their raw oysters that are always fresh and had the pleasure of trying all their cooked ones last time and WOW. The chili one was soooo flavorful. They also had lobster still rolls and STILL do. They were great when i had them. This time they had the lazy oyster + a whole menu. We tried their fish dip that was complimented with home made chips and pickled peppers and jalapeños that make for a perfect addition for each bite. We also had the conch fritters that were fluffy and had a very yummy spicy-ish sauce on the side(depending on your threshold.) The burger was absolutely delicious. I loved the sauces and the martin roll as the bread Crinkle cut fries were a must. The lobster was seasoned perfectly and the garlic roti was a great addition to dip it into the chili oil and eat it with the lobster. We finished it off with the key lime pie which was extremely flavorful but a bit too tarty for my liking. Next time i'd really love to try their chicken dad which along with this desert i saw had candied saltines Can't wait to go back.

When people ask me what's left of the old Miami, it becomes harder and harder to pin it down. While I know Gramps is new to this venue, it somehow embodies that old miami vibe we all yearn for in a revamped and refreshed setting that's suitable for the current demand. It's got what you need, what you want, and most importantly what you deserve: solid drinks, an amazing view, low key vibes, stiff cocktails, good tunes & light bites.Oh, and they have valet parking which is basically required to use when coming here. Key Biscayne will always be the most scenic part of Miami in my opinion but now it can also have an almost divey bar in a posh neighborhood that really brings together the grit and glamour we have within us. The service is quick. The drinks are affordable. It's pet-friendly (as long as they are leashed) and the vibe is chill. Strongly recommended

Tried Gramps for the second time and was once again blown away! We had to get the burger again and it was just as good as the last time. Hands down the best burger in Miami right now. We also tried the variety dozen of oysters from Lazy Oyster and they did not disappoint. Their selection of mignonettes was superb. The Baja Caesar was great, the dressing was not fishy and my favorite part was the crispy tortilla strips. The Conch Fritters were delicious, as was the spicy sauce that came with it. The chicken sandwich was not my favorite, just because it was hinted with curry, but overall not bad. The service was impeccable as always and the lo fi dj had the best music for a relaxing Saturday afternoon. Can't wait to come back again and again!

Came on a Friday night to Gramps Getaway, standard marina bar place. I had the classic Margarita, but it tasted more like sour mix. Saw good reviews for the fresh oysters and they were good. Also tried the Rockefeller oysters and they were tasty. Their cheeseburger was also good. So food was like 4 stars. But prices were a bit too high for what I ordered. Music was good, but don't think I'll be driving out this far again.

This place is the best. Great way to end a work week, beach day, watch a game, or just to have a great time. Outdoor location with shade providing great drinks and a variety of food options, highlighting the lazy oyster. Great views of the water, good service, and all the food I've tried is amazing. Highly recommend any of the oysters & the chicken sandwich. Check this place out if you're in the area. Dog friendly, kid friendly as well.

Absolutely loved coming to Gramps Getaway! Have been meaning to come by as I've heard great things and just looks like such a nice spot by the water. Made it on 4th of July and really enjoyed my time. Service was quite slow since it was busy and not enough servers but any interaction was met with kindness. We ordered the gramps mule and rosemary's baby cocktails to start. Both delicious and refreshing. To eat, we ordered the blackened grouper sandwich (a 4th of July special) along with the broccoli salad. Both of these items were so delicious and fresh. To end the meal we ordered their cherry pie special which was also really tasty. They are very pet friendly, which is always nice to experience. The parking is via valet that was $7. Great bites and drink options. Drinks and food are fairly priced for such a nice spot right next to the water with a lovely city view. Good music and good vibes. Definitely looking forward to coming back here soon!

Nice place, very chill, good spot to stop on the way to/from beach. Mocktail aperol was very refreshing. The faux-jito needed to be sweetened, it was heavy in the lime and very sour.

The place has valet parking and it was $7 dollars upon arrival. Not sure if the rates change at certain times. The scenery and the view of Miami skyline was breathtaking. Everyone was very helpful there by giving us information off the history of the place and about their kitchen. Even the Dj came to speak to us (Dj Smiley) he definitely passed the vibe check. The oysters tasted AMAZING!!! I was impressed because not that many places in Miami serve chargrilled oysters. The lobster roll was fresh and tasty. It was dispapointing to find out their kitchen opens at 4pm but we were able to get light bites provided by Lazy Oyster. Our bartender was very sweet Thank you Nicole for your service and great drinks you made. Check this place out don't hesitate!
