They offer a fusion of Thai tapas and sushi, which is great to satisfy more than one craving when my partner wants sushi but I'm craving a yummy duck salad ;). The authenticity of flavors is 5 stars for me! The duck salad is a standout, can't go wrong with the papaya salad either. Their curry dishes are a must-try, rich and aromatic. The seating ambiance is nice too, and the service is consistently swift and accommodating. A go-to spot for satisfying Thai cravings in Miami!"

The naan felt doughey but other than that it's a must try if you are into budget friendly ethnic cuisines."

"The Absolute Best Beef Rib Ever! Do not let the $56 discourage you because it can be shared amongst about 3 people. The meat is fall off of the bone tender and 100% juicy. It is also packed with flavor with the best char on the outside. If you choose to dine in the restaurant also has parking and tons of places to sit. I was not a huge fan of the sides but the meats definitely made up for it."

"We celebrated our Friendsgiving here on Saturday at 10:30 pm- I cant say enough good things about this place WHAT A BLASTTTTTTTshout outs- Susan is a bartender there and she is phenomenal- she helped me set up my reservation, she is so sweet and helped me with my million questions lol (highly recommended, this place gets PACKED) we got the table next to the DJ (next shoutout DJ DAN- such a fun and talented dj, he really knew the way to mix country with a miami twist, initially I was worried because I love dancing but dont know much about country but WOW he killed it and kept everyone on the dance floor) Natalie was our server and was an angel, she was always around and made sure we had everything we needed and was so much fun and seemed liked she enjoyed her job which is refreshing, sometimes servers in these spots treat you like they are annoyed but def not here! Everyone is soooooooo nice and genuinely having a great timeShoutout to Melissa who jumped w me on the bull! She made me feel so comfortable and was so much funAnd the bull runner not sure of his name but he was so sweet and took it easy on girls who were nervous which was so nice! "Cool ambiance with board games, an array of comfy couch seating plus bar stools and high tops, as well as traditional tables. Inside it was so dark that my friend and I ended up being one of those old folks who pull out their camera's flashlights to read the menu. We are those people now! The drinks we ordered from Cassandra were a Spicy Siesta (tequila drink) and a Cherry Blossom (a sweet vodka drink). They were tasty, fresh, well made, and quickly served. Mine had Tajin on it but it wasn't Tajin, which is a brand not a generic name for chili salt. What was on there was the sorriest chili salt I've ever had (no flavor and almost a powder instead of tiny salt kernels). We played darts, which was fun. The bathrooms were covered with graffiti--maybe one person started it as a prank and then it just kept going on and on until the mirror to see yourself in is just another piece of graffiti over graffiti."

"THE PLACE: located in front of the arena, this was a perfect place to grab a meal and wait for traffic to go down as we left a concert. Tables are available inside and outside.THE FOOD: my fiancé, and I ordered a few Nigiri roll 4/5 these were simple and good, but oddly are sold by individual pieces., the Angel roll 5/5 fantastic! A great combination of flavors and textures, and came with many pieces enough to satisfy two people. The René roll 3/5 left much to be desired. It was a normal room, but didn't have anything that made it stand out or excite me in anyway. Miso soup 5/5.THE SERVICE: Our waiter Pablo was great. He was attentive, got our order well and had a great customer service skills. I also enjoyed and admired the fact that a person who seem to be the manager (tall, bald and in a suit) was walking around checking in on guests, taking dishes to guests, and helping his staff- this is exemplary workmanship, and the few things that always bring me back to an establishment. You can tell a lot based on how managers work themselves and interact with others."

"Stopped into Lokal for a quick lunch before my flight. I had the pleasure of having Tati as my waitress and I loved her energy, knowledge of the menu and attentiveness. Tati recommended the Mint lemonade which was superb and so fresh! To eat I had a Bababooey Burger which was mouthwatering. What I also LOVED about Lokal was how dedicated they are to providing high-quality handcrafted burgers and sauces that are all made right in house. Inside there is an entrance to Victoria's Vinos y Vermuteria, a wine and vermouth bar that's also a part of the Kush Hospitality Group."

"The Corner is indeed on a corner and a great go-to spot in the area. I heard from a friend that this is a Miami staple and it lived up to the chill hype she amped it up to be. We came here with some friends after a Heat game, looking for some grub and a nightcap. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and it wasn't too busy at the time we arrived. If you come before a Heat game, I was told they have specials on certain drafts, which I think was cool. My friend said that this spot is a place where you end a night rather than begin and it held true as the place began to fill up the later we stayed. The vibe is cool & laid back with their playlist on pointttt with A Tribe Called Quest and Wu Tang Clan playing. You order at the bar and then grab a seat when they give you a number. I didn't get a cocktail this time around but all my friends loved theirs. The Painted Lady was a fan favorite! We also ordered some bites and it was all pretty good. Standard bar food but a little elevated is how I'd describe it. I got the grilled cheese and that was good but next visit, I definitely want to get the Chicago Dog because it looked amazing. A great spot to hang with friends or even bring a date."

"What a cute burger spot tucked away in gorgeous and busy Brickell.Service was great. The gentleman that worked there was kind enough to take a photo of me and I was very impressed with his skills. He was also an actor which is always a cool thing to encounter in certain restaurants and cities. The "Italian Job" burger was delicious. FYI: it's a roasted red pepper on top of the burger. It's definitely worth ordering again.Despite having the worst parking there because it's Brickell, this spot is definitely worth multiple visits if you can Uber in."

While I know Gramps is new to this venue, it somehow embodies that old miami vibe we all yearn for in a revamped and refreshed setting that's suitable for the current demand. It's got what you need, what you want, and most importantly what you deserve: solid drinks, an amazing view, low key vibes, stiff cocktails, good tunes & light bites.Oh, and they have valet parking which is basically required to use when coming here. Key Biscayne will always be the most scenic part of Miami in my opinion but now it can also have an almost divey bar in a posh neighborhood that really brings together the grit and glamour we have within us. The service is quick. The drinks are affordable. It's pet-friendly (as long as they are leashed) and the vibe is chill. Strongly recommended"

"Visited this location on a Saturday evening and it wasn't busy at all which is great, recommended by friends this little hidden gem definitely surprised me. It's in the corner and has a small entrance. As soon as we walked in , it definitely gives industrial Miami vibes . The menu on the other hand had many things from burgers to different types of beer on tap . I tried the chicken and waffles , which the chicken was full of flavor and amazing seasonings. The waffles were just ok , a bit dry and didn't do much for the plate it self .. just got for one of their burgers - wish I did . Regardless a great location to stop by when in Miami , and try something new."

I live 40 minutes away with no traffic and based on their experience, I immediately made a reservation for a Saturday at 11am.Plentiful free parking in the complex's parking lot. A duo of friendly and accommodating greeters sat me quickly. I was told the dining room was small but I commend the setup for fitting as many customers at a time as possible.Before discussing the food, must say the "head dishwasher" is such a lovely human being. His leadership of the operation is so intentional, no wonder the staff are all so amazing.My dining partner and I had two servers - both were fantastic: attentive, kind, patient. This was indeed the absolute best service I have experienced across South Florida this year!Now the food. OMG. Everything! Safe to say, I ran back to work that Monday to rave back to my colleague. Everything was better than I anticipated. We started with the bacon spindle which my mind could not picture what was described but it was indeed a spindle of delicious, somewhat fatty, perfectly cooked and seasoned sweet bacon. So good! The pancakes are the perfect density and consistency - thick enough to hold up the flavor and maple syrup without being chalky. Perfect flavors - we had the infamous banana walnut pancakes. Whew, boy! SO GOOD! When the "head chef" explained the technique for the bananas, I understood why the flavor was so perfectly balanced. Jealous Fork also serves seasonal options. We tried the shrimp and grits pancakes which the way it was served was very unique but all the flavors came together perfectly.The mimosas definitely carry their weight - more fizz than juice and great companions to the food. Also the Salted Caramel Affogato was the best.I left, very happy that Jealous Fork is so far for me to go. Otherwise I would be there everyday. Highly recommend!!"

Before Ashoka it was Saffron, and before that Imlee, and I am pretty sure it was still another Indian restaurant before Imlee, which name I cannot recall. We went there for lunch. Their lunch menu has many choices, from vegetarian to lamb, at a very good value too. You can choose a smaller set, or the thali, which includes salad and dessert as well, prettily arranged on a tin tray. The samosa is excellent, crunch on the outside and on our first bite, steamy hot! It's great they are freshly fried instead of made ahead. The lunch portion doesn't have a lot of meat, but with the delicious sauce scooped over the rice, along with the naan and other food, it's not likely you will go hungry, and given the price, I think it's a fair value. Service is on point too."

"Given that it's my favorite cuisine, it's only fitting that I close out 2023 with a review of an Italian spot. This chain came on my culinary radar when a foodie friend mentioned their gnocchi day on Friday 12/29. $25 got me all I can eat gnocchis with a variety of sauces. These appetizer size balls of dough and potato were served with shaved cheese and a variety of sauces. As for me, I tried and liked only their two red sauces: basic marinara (with a nice slightly Smokey flavor) as well as the bolognese with a decent spread of meat. They served as a yummy introduction to their menu.The special also included a $5 glass of catana Malbec, all fruity and with notes of mocha.Since I saw the pizza oven when I walked in, I knew I had to try. That they have Hawaiian pizza? Even better! Besides the classic toppings of real prosciutto, thin slices of pineapple and a nice helping of marinara sauce, Italica also seasons their creation with jalapeno. Some purists might not, but you my dear readers know this is my favorite kind of pie. Located in a strip mall, this location has free parking. There also spots in Midtown/ Wynwood and near Miami Shores I believe."
