"Late review, but highly recommended! Everyone knows I love Asian food, and this gem satisfied my craving. It was a very cute & quaint establishment with attentive service. I'd definitely return whenever in MIA!"

Visit Restaurant Page"We found this on Yelp just looking for a good sushi spot. We didn't know what to expect and honestly I don't want to ruin the surprise buuut... it's inside a beautiful building thru a side door and into another little world. It's so cute and trendy but doesn't try to hard and the best part was the affordable prices with great portions and the most I mean it, the moooost fresh delicious tasting quality of fish. It was so satisfy we ordered so much food and it was all a banger. Try the ramen and the specials and if you can't trh it all at once go back bc we intend to make this our regular sushi spot!"
"popped in really quick for a bite before i met up with friends later. I was initially introduced to them when i was at a yelp event so i looked forward to returning. I wasn't very hungry so decided on a drink and a couple of appetizers . went with the takoyaki and pork dumplings. I was really interested in trying Nikki coffee house vodka (as i love the Nikki's whisky) so i got that too.Everything was great and super flavorful. My bar tender was out going and we chatted whenever he came by to check on my... great service.highly recommend!"
"I was so happy to see they were open this past weekend as we were biking past. There were no customers so my friend and I took turns giving our order as the other waited outside with our bikes. I ordered the spicy tuna again and it was great - they are consistent in their quality. Also got another yogurt drink with our order. Very sweet but cleanses the palate. We ate our bowls at a nearby park and just really grateful to Sunny Poke's staff and food."
"The food was great and the service was also great. Johnny was our server, who listened to our flavor profiles and made excellent recommendations! We loved it and had a great time. The mango sticky rice is a MUST have for desert. The Basil duck was really good and perfectly cooked. My friend said though the Pho had good flavors, it was still lacking. I thought it was good, but I'm not a pho expert. This place has been around for years and for good reason. Enjoy!"
"came out here after seeing that they do fluffy Japanese pancakes and its been a struggle to find a place that does in south florida. Found 1 other spot in boca but after reading reviews seemed this would b may more legit. When we got here so many other good thing on the menu so we decided to order a bunch of stuff and share. Got the sushi pizza, bacon bond, pancakes, fresh juice, Romeo and juliet roll, and nuggets and fries for the kids. Everything was amazing.. the the pancakes did not disappoint! highly reccomended!"
"Clean and nicely decorated. I was greeted by many staff. First time here.Previous reviews didn't look promising.I ordered sushi lunch A with a salad. My salad looked perfect compared to other photos. The dressing was nice and fresh. My order came quick. Each bite was tasty and fresh. I'm glad I tried this place. I'll return."
"4.5 starsThe best risotto i've ever had. I mean, I was pretty blown away at how perfectly cooked and flavored the rice was. The truffle added a perfect touch. I absolutely love mushrooms so the different types they included was great and cooked perfectly. I started with the Octopus which was slightly salty and overcooked but oddly enough, I liked it. Yes, it could have been less chewy but it wasn't bad but I've had better. My bf had the wagyu meatballs and said it was a 10/10. The Branzino was crispy and fresh! It's important to not over season fish and they did a good job with that dish. The ambiance gives lounge/club with the music and the clapping and lights. This is perfect for an outing with a group or celebration of some sort."
"I came to kaori for their Miami spice menu options and they didn't fail the food was extremely tasty the service was a 10/10 and the ambiance was dim and yet romantic this is definitely a great place for happy hour with your friends or for a date night I truly look forward to coming back the service was truly impeccable and the server was extremely informative."
"I've been wanting to check out FINKA for quite some time now.I finally had reservations to dine here for a late lunch while I was out in Miami. I dined here during 4th of July and it was busy but not super busy. There was no wait and no reservations probably would have been fine. I came with one other person and got seated right away. We ended up ordering the following to share: Grill Anticucho Octopus- This was two octopus legs that was served with some crispy fried potatoes and a delicious red sauce. I really enjoyed it and it was a nice start to our meal. I highly recommend it if you like octopus. KFC- This was their version of korean fried chicken. The outer sauce was super sweet but I liked it. It came with a boniato bread that tasted almost like banana bread and was super moist and sweet. I didn't think it went with the chicken but it was really good on its own. As for the chicken, it was very moist and came out as 4 large pieces fried perfectly. Gochujang Noodles- This dish was slightly spicy and used sweet potato clear glass noodles. There were snow peas, large pieces of shrimp, cabbage, and other veggies. I really enjoyed it. We originally asked our server if 3 items was enough food because we were afraid it wouldn't be enough. She said it would be fine and I'm glad she did because it was the perfect amount without any leftovers (we didn't want to bring back food). The service was excellent. The server was really knowledgable and helpful. She also kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. It has such a nice vibe and the bar area is really nice. It's great for small groups or large groups. The pricing here was reasonable. Parking is easy since they have their own lot. I would definitely come back."

Cute and cozy spot for some Korean fusion eats! Limited seating indoors but we were able to get seated immediately around 8pm on a Wednesday night. Friendly staff and good variety on the menu especially for vegan and vegetarian options. Unlike typical Korean restaurants they don't offer banchan for free. However portion were solid for the price, I loved the crispy rice on the bibimbap and the japchae actually exceeded my expectations. Definitely can skip out on the kimchi fried rice, a bit sour and there was no egg for some reason (we ordered this for take out).

Hungry and lazy after the day at the beach, I was already still full from the filling Cuban sandwiches from Sanguich. Looking for something more light, Japanese food came straight to mind.Solid sushi place. Prices a bit high for what you're getting. Actual fish quality pretty good. Tucked into a small hotel. Service excellent. Definitely not fine dining if any sort, but the food lives up to expectations.Spicy Tuna and Yellowtail was excellent choices, Sashimi boat also was pretty decent.Would I come back again? Maybe if I didn't have a ton of other choices around the area. A solid place to come to nonethelessz

What a lovely restaurant with impeccable service! I would love to come back for their Udon! Everything I tried was amazing: the cocktails were solid, dumplings, tempura, and some kind of croqueta style balls were delicious. I will definitely be back.

Had lunch at Sunny Poke on Sunday afternoon. Selected the Create Your Own Bowl with Spicy Tuna as my protein.QualityAlways searching for a great poke bowl, I stumbled on Sunny Poke and knew I had to check it out. None of the signature bowls stood out to me, so I decided to go with the Create Your Own Bowl. They start with a selection of white rice, brown rice, mesclun salad, or noodles. This was the first place I have seen noodles as an option, but I still stuck with my standard white rice. For fish the choices were kani kami, tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, and inari tofu. Once again I appreciated the different choices, but still went back to spicy tuna. But, after seeing them scoop it out I immediately regretted my decision. I find I do not like how the pre-mixed spicy tuna looks or tastes. I wish I had selected just the standard tuna, as the spicy tuna was not as fresh as I would have hoped. Seventeen assorted toppings then follow with the tempura crumbs, pickled red onions, and edamame among the best ones I added in. For sauce I went with spicy mayo and wasabi aioli, though eel sauce and sesame soy were available as well. They then had around fifteen other toppings, including extra protein, with additional charges attached, of which I only selected seaweed salad. Overall I was not particularly impressed with this bowl. The fish was not that great, the ratios of everything were off, and hot rice would stick to the sides of the cardboard bowl making it a challenge to eat.QuantityI felt like the bowl was a little small, especially in comparison to other poke places, but it was the tiny portion of fish that was my bigger issue. I ended up eating about half my bowl with no protein because the ratio was entirely off. A double portion is definitely a requirement. ValueWith the add on of seaweed salad, my bowl ended up costing $16. Considering the size of the bowl and the small amount of fish it came with, I found it too expensive.AmbianceSunny Poke is located in the Sunset Harbour area of Miami Beach. This hip community continues to grow and add new restaurants at a rapid pace. Sunny Poke is part of the eastward expansion and is connected to its more formal sister restaurant Sushi Garage. Getting in the entrance is a bit strange as there is no direct stairway from the sidewalk to the front door. Instead you need to loop around the railings to get in. Outside they have a collection of tables for individuals who want to eat on-site. Inside the space is small, but has everything you could need. You walk to the end of the counter to start your order and make your way to the register at the end. A few stools also sit at a window bar inside if its too warm to enjoy your meal outdoors. The space itself was very modern and extremely clean. No music was playing during my visit, which was a little creepy.CrowdWhen I arrived there was only one person at the restaurant finishing a bowl outside. Two more people stopped in while I was eating, but it felt very dead on Sunday afternoon. Considering the swarms of people leaving yoga and fitness classes in the nearby area, I was surprised it was not a bigger draw for the health conscious crowd.ServiceThey had three people working behind the counter on this slow Sunday afternoon, and they were a little too eager when I entered. Before I even had a chance to even take a look at the menu they were asking me what I wanted to eat. However, I was impressed by the cleanliness, both inside and out, which having extra help definitely made possible.ParkingSince I was running a few other errands in the area, I ended up parking at the garage two blocks away. Street parking nearby is almost three times as expensive, so if you don't mind a short walk, the garage is your best bet.ExtraI just was not very impressed with my meal at Sunny Poke. While I appreciated the expanded menu giving different and unique choices, I felt the prices were too high considering the small portions. I also think they need to ditch the cardboard bowls immediately. As a relatively new spot, there is still time to improve, but in an area nearly bursting with food options that time will be limited.

Discover this phenomenal sushi restaurant located in Coral Way in Coral Gables, the decoration is so vibrant displaying a unique decor in every corner. The wall art and the figurines in the wall are fantastic too. The chairs are all different and the ambiance is very welcoming as well as the lighting, the venue has a lot of space and also offers outdoors seating. I loved the menu because it features photos, description and an interactive menu presented in a tablet with many choices including Latin/fusion dishes, signature rolls, sushi for big groups hot/cold teas, desserts and much more...I ordered the Marlenita and Santori signature rolls and they didn't disappoint. The pieces had a generous amounts of salmon, avocado and it was were perfectly prepared and crafted. I really loved each piece and the presentation was on point.I appreciate Esteban exceptional customer service. He was hospitable, attentive, and very professional. I will definitely return to try the signature bowls and eat more edamame!! Ps. The ice cream was soft, the Nutella made every bite delightful

Finally a delicious sushi joint in Cutler Bay!! We ordered take out from Volcanic Sushi to give it a try as we are tired of driving down to South Miami and eating Publix's bland sushi and what a pleasant SURPRISE! Alexander, Volcanic and Dragon rolls were my fave! We also tried and crab rangoons which I also loved. Prices were comparable to other sushi joints in South Miami/Dadeland area. We will definitely be ordering and perhaps dining in person in the future!!

"A vibe with amazing food!THE PLACE: Located in Wynwood, of course parking is tricky but possible to find. Back door Monkey was very cute and quaint full of eclectic neon lights making it picturesque. The music, ambiance, sparklers made the location so memorable! THE FOOD: On my visit, I had the following - Drinks: Noise reduction 3/5 a bit tart. Red Monkey 5/5 refreshing and light.Food: Spring rolls 5/5 crunchy goodness, Shrimp dumpling 3/5 not bad, but didnt shine like the rest of the food, Sweet & spicy pork belly 5/5 so good, and I dont even like pork lol Octopussy roll 4/5, Salmon belly roll 5/5. All were so fresh, had great texture, were flavorful, and more importantly so fresh.THE SERVICE: Bartenders were professional and did their jobs well."
"The bar has its own unique vibe, and the food matches it. There are live entertainment acts that go along with the vibes and a DJ set. Cheers to them."
"This restaurant opened where Tik Tea used to be, with a somewhat similar menu of bubble tea + ramen. In addition, they also offer Japanese souffle pancakes, which is for now a rare find in South Florida. The price is very reasonable, and they have lunch special which is $13.99 for a ramen with a bubble tea. Or afternoon tea special for a pancake with tea. The specials are a really good value. The bubble tea is pretty good, they have some popping boba added in besides the regular large black tapioca pearl, making it more fun to drink. The bubbles have a good chew. We ordered the pork ramen, the broth is really rich, though it tasted like... chicken, rather than tonkotsu. Like the chicken noodles seasoning packet. It's delicious, and I honestly don't expect a made-from-scratch broth that takes 20 hours to make, just a bit unexpected. The slices of chashu are really tender with a bit of melty fat. The noodles are a nice texture too, and doesn't look like from an instant pack. : ) My only complain is the egg. It was so overcooked the yolk had a black ring around it. Seriously, it's not that difficult to master soft boil eggs, so there's no excess that someone selling ramen can't get it done right. There's really not much toppings other than the egg and chashu, a few kernels of corn and slices of green onion and that was all. However, it's kind of you get what you pay for, though taking out half the egg and adding some veggies would be nice. Or offer options for extra toppings like sprouts, menma, kamaboko or greens. The pancake is quite delicious! It's not as airy as the one I've tried back in Asia. They use a mold to build the height rather than having the batter light and rise up high by itself, so it does fill you up quite a bit."
"My friends and I went for dinner and we were seated promptly. I do recommend that you make a reservation because it gets pretty busy. The ambiance is like being at your grandmas home, very relaxing. We ordered many tapas and then were all delicious. We shared the lomo salteado and it was tasty. For dessert, we shared the mango key lime pie and the timba- both were good.I'd definitely recommend this restaurant."
"We love sushi runner in Doral. The service is always great abd their food is delicious. Our favorite is the NY roll and we love that you buy 2 rolls and you get one free every day! On thursday afternoons they also have the half price rolls which comes out to cheaper, I dont know any other sushi restaurant that does these types of promotions. Must try!"
"JUST WOW. I wanted to try everything on the menu!! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. I ordered the black garlic ramen and it was packed with flavor. I'm already planning to go again on my next visit down to Miami! Love this hole in the wall."
"New location for H&S in Edgewater. I walked over so no perspective on parking but it is a fairly busy intersection (across from the BP). The decor is earthy bright and comfortable. The specialty rolls have a Miami flare, and the small plate bites were great."
"We brought the family here based on one of my daughters reccomendation. The place is actually really large and we were seated in the side room, since this is likely one of the busiest weeks of the year for them. Waitress came rather quickly and was very attentive. We got our menus and had time to decide first for the appetizers, so that our main dishes wont come at the same time as our appetizers. That was the recommendation for this week. I wish I took photos of everything, since all the appetizers we ordered were great. very fresh, tasty and came out rather quickly. We got the Dim Sum, the fried String beans, the hangar appetizer and likely others. We then placed our order and I ordered the full Hangar steak, as did my wife and one of my daughters. The others ordered other steaks and fried rice. When I received my Hangar steak I was dumbfounded. It appeared more like a shish kabob of beef, not a steak. Just a large one. The description did not state it was on a skewer... So we made our displeasure known and the manager was quick to come over and agreed that the description could be misleading about what you are getting and that they were adding descriptions to the newer menus to explain what you are getting. I mentioned that the menu didnt state how large the steak would be or I would have ordered a larger one. This one is only 8oz and I have been known to eat a 26oz. However... As a gesture, the manager offered to give me a second steak on the house!! WOW! The waitress then brought out the second steak. Honestly, it just reinforced their true commitment to serving their customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Great food and great service."
"First time at Nobu, definitely not the last! We didn't have reservations so were seated at the bar, which was fine with us. We ordered drinks- lychee martini and belvedere martini. also got the Nobu Chardonnay which was surprisingly good! After that just started ordering things off the menu. Mushroom salad, crispy tuna rice, yellowtail with jalapeño, salmon with Asian pear, tuna tacos, black miso cod (to DIE for), tuna tataki, Wagyu dumplings, and some sort of shaved ice dessert. Came out to be $580ish for my husband and I. It all was SO good. Truly, well worth the hefty price. Will be back ASAP!!"
"My friends and family suggested we come here for lunch. I had no idea we had such a great place close by. Sandy was our server, she was very attentive, gave great suggestions and was very sweet. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We started with the spicy garlic edamame and the snowy cheese wings. Then I had the general chicken 107, the rest of the group had pork belly, ramen bowls and the pineapple fried rice. We finished with cheesecake, coconut cake and nutella cake. It was a great experience. They also have a nice variety of sake."
"Excellent all around experience at this location. The service was great and super friendly, the weather was nice enough that we were able to sit outside, and the food was fresh and delicious. The sushi rolls we ordered were very fresh. The mason jar dessert was perfect; not too sweet and the right size portion."
"Sesame Asian is pretty far from me but I have been seeing promos so I took the leap and tried it. I arrived on Friday night and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I had friends who had already arrived so we met them in a booth. The con about this part - we didn't see a server for 20 minutes. We had a canteen of water on the table but no water glasses. My guest and I were pretty thirsty for these 20 minutes. We didn't see the original server my friends had seen so we just flagged someone.Food - pretty impressive for the price. You get unlimited lobster, crab legs, raw oysters, sushi, hot food, dimsum and dessert. They did include a menu where each paying guest can choose one item out of the 4 items they had to be freshly cooked for your table. I went with the creamy udon pasta and my guest chose the lobster. We didn't like that the lobster on the buffet was a full lobster where we had to break it ourselves and that it was cold. When it's cold, the meat is a bit tougher. The oysters were delicious but they didn't have any vinaigrette to pair with. Sushi and sashimi was good. Dimsum were in heated bamboo trays and were decent. The hot food did have a few items that look interesting such as sesame chicken and bulgogi but these items looked overcooked sitting in a heater.I would say I definitely got my money's worth with a full lobster and oysters. I also really loved the creamy udon pasta and would come back ASAP for that! I did appreciate the scissors and crackers they left next to the lobster because we needed that to break our lobster. It was a lot of work. Last, they brought dessert out to us. We received strawberry ice cream, passion fruit shaved ice, chocolate cheesecake and macarons. I don't think they necessarily go together but we split this and it was a sweet ending."
"I came with my son and friend. The decor is simply gorgeous. The location is located in a small hidden alley near to the Lincoln road shopping area. The service from Stephanie was top notch. We tried 11 dishes in all. All were delicious and executed extremely well. All the dishes looked eloquently assembled. No dish was a disappointment. We enjoyed all of them. I recommend this place for a special event or evening."
"I live in California and happen to be staying at the hotel across the street. The Hamachi Jalepeño is to die for!!!! I also got the Paradise Roll which was fantastic!"
"I highly recommend this venue. The food is delicious and the service is just as great. Don't give too much attention to any previous reviews that don't give this spot at least 5 stars - new businesses are constantly growing and learning from their patrons' feedback; all new businesses want to do their best for their clients, and this place definitely puts in the effort to bring something new and fresh week in and week out. The sushi is as fresh as it gets, and the warm attention received by the staff will always make you feel like a regular. I live upstairs and I'm constantly wanting to go back because of how friendly and inviting the venue feels. Much appreciated,Sebastian"
"I LOVE Oaxaca! We usually get it via delivery and the food is always amazing quality and delicious.I have tried many Mexican places around town, but Oaxaca beats out the competition. I usually order the steak quesadilla with a side of guacamole and chips. The quesadilla comes with a delicious cumin dipping sauce that I'm hooked on! The food is top quality and so yummy!"
"In case it's not clear from other reviews and photos, this place is very small. The inside only has an ordering counter and no seating. Outside, there are a few tables shared with a few other neighboring restaurants, where you can eat your take out.I had wanted to try their ramen, but decided that it's not the set up for it, so I opted for the onigiri, which I always had fond memories of when it sustained me on a student budget in Japan, and takoyaki. The onigiri comes in a neat package (you can get these prewrapped seaweeds at Kimchi and other Asian stores) that allows you tear off the plastic and have the seaweed wrapped around the rice almost magically. The flavor was okay, fit the bill of filling me up. The takoyaki is pretty good, it came out piping hot. As I ate at the table, I had to battle with the wind to keep the plastic boxes and napkins from flying away. I probably would have enjoyed the food more under better circumstances. I can see this place being a good option for take outs for people in the neighborhood, but sadly not for me."
"I did Uber eats, whilst working. I ordered red curry crispy duck, Jasmin rice and tempura vegetables. They were all delicious. I highly recommend for a take out."
"This upscale looking bistro in the heart of Key Biscayne looks much more expensive than what it is. We were so pleasantly surprised the first time we checked it out and have been coming back since. Their lunch menu is a VERY filling amount of food for about $10. Parking is available and easy in a shopping plaza next to the place. On a Saturday around noon there were no crowds and good service. I've had the Pad Thai, Thai Fajitas, and Spicy Thai Wraps here. All have been delicious and very filling. The portions are good - if you are not too hungry you can share them. Service was prompt and good, refilling our water and helping us with any extra requests we had - soy sauce, peanut sauce, etc. The outside Seating is really very pleasant, a mix of shade and sunshine in the heart of Key Biscayne."
