Local neighborhood Middle Eastern market and food spot. Family owned and operated. Been there for years and they have the most delicious take out food options. We usually get the gyro platter or gyro. All of the food here is very flavorful and authentic. Last visit got some baklava to try it with pistachio dust on top and it was heavenly! Only took a star off because my last visit, the gyro lamb meat wasn't cut fresh and reheated on the flat top. I've also had the grape leaves and they are amazing. Definitely recommend.

I ordered 50 gyros for my daughters 17th birthday and it was a hit... everyone loved it, everyone asked where it was from of how fresh the meat was and the taste was amazing!

Pretty good. Great customer service. The people were very kind. Food was relatively cheap. There's a mini mart inside. I recommend to visit if you're looking for something different.

I had a craving for Middle Eastern food and stopped by to buy dinner for myself and my in laws. It was my first time going but I felt confident it would be good because of the great reviews. I called the restaurant to put in my order and got a very friendly gentleman on the line to fill my order. When I picked up my food I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a lot of interesting items for sale...it's really like a small supermarket inside. I picked up the food (at a very good price) from the same friendly person I spoke to on the phone and headed home. Everyone loved the food. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and great flavor. I think the stuff grape leaves could be the best I ever had. I'll definitely be back

Can you believe this restaurant has been around for 21 years?! I've been passing by this shopping plaza for yearssssss and have never noticed it till I walked into the Subway next door. Instantly caught my eye with the gyro window advertisement. I'm sorry but when you walk into a Mediterranean/Arabic location, you don't expect the staff to be speaking in Spanish to the cute little viejitos they were tending to. That's amazing! And the best part is that it seemed like the customers were regulars there because I had the viejito ask about the young guy (maybe part owner of the business) for his mom and how was she doing. I loved that! The customer service was spectacular. And although I didn't get his name, but the gentleman had long hair in a pony tail and light eyes. He was suggested the kibbeh combo and since I had never tried it, I gave it a shot. DE-LI-CIOUS!! Everything is made in house. The food had great flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with this hole in the wall. And their prices can't be beat! I'm so happy I came across it. Their baklava is to die for. And how cool is it that it's also a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern mini Mart too?? One stop shop! Looking forward to going back and trying something new off their menu :)

Small business, hidden gem! BEST GYROS EVER. It's been around Kendall for years and I just found out about it like a year ago... WOW LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS MISSING OUTTT!

This place is clutch!!! Every time we crave Arab food we come here!! Authentic and delicious food!! We purchased the tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, kibbeh, & tzatziki. I recommend these items to everyone! Especially if you're looking for natural dips and sauces that will add delicious flavors to you meals!They have a market in the front side of the shop and a small deli looking area in the back which is where they have the food. They make fresh tabbouleh, rice, grape leaves, kibbeh and many more delicacies. I believe this shop/restaurant is family owned and operated which makes the service top notch.

I had never heard of this hole-in-the-wall family owned place until I was in the neighborhood and in the mood for middle eastern food and searched on Yelp for something closer than my usual spots. Very large menu, and they have a complete mini-mart with goodies to buy as well, desserts, canned items, etc. food was served quickly, very reasonably priced and delicious. Loved it and would recommend. If I'm in the area I would definitely come back. I love supporting small private businesses, especially with these difficult times and the near-post Covid era, and Al Basha made it easy to get a thumbs up with great food and service.

Wonderful food and service! I had the Al Basha Combo and some Pistachio Burma and they were both delicious. I highly recommend this deli. It is a hidden gem in Kendall.
